Love it, Sherman.
Ibow,
I do agree with the general consensus, as Penny mentioned, that the stock will move with the green light from Mexico.
But in addition:
PR for the hiring of a PR firm
PR for financing
8-k showing financing received
PR for breaking ground on construction
Until then, all we have is an idea.. an idea worth 6 cents a share.
Penny,
I 100% agree massive details are intentionally omitted. That is easily extracted from the details that are provided. Now what is that reason? And what is the reason as to why those working alongside Ward refuse to disclose it? My guess is that there is a common denominator.
I don’t know what kind of fees he’ll get per thousandth if dry natural gas, but let’s say it’s $1 which is extremely cheap... that’s $500,000 in revenue per day. Which is $182,500,000 revenue per year. And, in my opinion, that’s EXTREMELY conservative.
And I may error greatly in here, so please correct me if I’m wrong; this means that MRGE is worth at least 40 cents from this one project alone.
Energysector, great stuff. Thank you. Do you mind posting the link please?
So, we make money off the transport of each molecule passing through to Puebla. I wish he published the $ amount. Anybody know what the industry standard is?
If it says March, then perhaps it isn’t today’s PR.
Where do you see this?
It’s helpful, ibow!
Ibow, that is correct.. and I’m just saying I think it’s possible. Obviously Mirage and Northern Hem are closely tied together in this deal, so if not initially, then closely thereafter.
Haha taco meat indeed!!!
In my opinion, it’s possible that only Northern Hemisphere Logistics is singled out... I really hope both are to make the connection more obvious to investors!
AMLO This Morning:
07:36 | Lopez Obrador noted that with the treaty between Mexico, the United States and Canada, which comes into force on July 1, Mexico will have more foreign investment and this will help revive the economy.

What does this mean for us?
To bring us back to the conversation pre-pandemic (which IMO, we won’t continue the narrative until the beginning of next week at the earliest)
Here is SENER’s tweet from 2-1-2020

Yes he did. Rain or shine! Let’s go AMLO
Interesting article on the Corridor acting as a wall. Shows US federal gov interest. We are supported on all sides.
Ward (seems to be) a man rough around the edges with a great ego. The full proof and built in foundations of his projects speak to his brilliance.
One of my favorite things I’ve heard a fellow investor say in speaking about Ward’s development of the Storage Facility in the days of Tidelands, “Ward was before his time. In a sense, he was too much before his time.”
Well, he has been shut up..
And in my opinion; the size of the bone has grown.. and there is more meat than we can chew.
Jetfan,
I can’t imagine the measure of disappointment in the beginning of 2019 with the MOU with OMD falling through.
I think, if we are to get another financing PR here within the next month or so and it falls through... it will be much worse than the first. Detrimental.
I really hope and expect that not to be the case. With how much the scope of our projects has increased since then, so has our importance. And that not only to the Mexican people, but to the CFE specifically.. our golden key.
Come hell or high water
Strengthening the CFE is EVERYTHING that the CRE and AMLO care about. The fact that our project accomplishes this is VITAL.
Also, notice that the agreement Horacio made with US gas generating companies took place last March.. When was our PR released revealing Horacio to us? On 3/18.
Horacio is in agreement with us to acquire and file all necessary permits and documents necessary for our projects. We're in the process baby!
As Horacio said, we are on the Federal Government's agenda to present our projects. When will it be!?? I hope he has the date cemented down. As we know, AMLO can switch up his schedule. But remember, out of AMLO's own mouth, the Development of the TransOceanic Corridor is a "priority project" AND a fast track to Energy Sovereignty. Our day is coming... quickly.
By far the most encouraging thing I've seen in the last two weeks was this article/interview with Horacio Zarate. I know we've already read read and discussed it, but I noticed some things that had previously slipped my attention.. they are vital for us to take note of. I will place them in bold.
Clearly the entire article/interview is incredible, but for the sake of brevity I will only post a few parts that contain those key elements:
They will bring natural gas from Texas to Mexico
5/19/2020
Mexico is on the verge of concluding an agreement to produce clean and cheaper energy from natural gas brought from Texas, in order to stop the Federal Electricity Commission (CFE) from losing money due to blackouts and the so-called "Huachuliz" ”Also caused by companies that are using federal facilities to do business.
So He Said ...
"We already had a binational agreement from the National Energy Council, also with Texas energy authorities, they are in the best of agreements, it is an issue that we have on the agenda with the Presidency of the Republic, we will meet shortly to explain the project that we have and it will give a lot to talk about, because it will step on some calluses due to the excessive costs in which they sold natural gas, because now we will be able to generate much cheaper and cleaner energy ”.
This was stated by Horacio Zárate Acevedo, president of the National Council of Energy and Petrochemicals, who exclusively shared that last March they signed an agreement with US natural gas generating companies and which they are approaching with the Federal Government, particularly with Petróleos Mexicanos, with the Ministry of Energy and the Federal Electricity Commission, to take advantage of this agreement and bring the cheapest natural gas in the world to the country, thereby beginning to produce cheaper and cleaner energy.
For this reason, Horacio Zárate explained that the project to bring natural gas from Texas will allow that while the generation of energy with this gas occurs, the Federal Electricity Commission will begin to recover, “because it still has a lot of potential, despite having been abandoned and plundered, but it can still give a lot ”.
However, the president of the National Energy and Petrochemical Council said that Mexico should not abandon the intention of generating clean energy, “but first the CFE must shake itself. There are millionaire contracts that they made in the last six years, where they bought very expensive natural gas and that was the business of a few. There are the conditions to clean everything, to return to being an energy power and hopefully that the Federal Government will take advantage of this situation, because we are working for it ”.

Very nice. Thanks, Macod.
Oh they were?! Haha like I said, I passed out.
More like closed my eyes.. I fell asleep haha.
Two encouraging observations:
1. Mirage projects were not mentioned by NGI. Hardly a surprise seeing that even those working hand in hand with Mirage don’t! These same guys a year ago had written about the storage facility/ and had been at conferences where Ward presented. Why so hush hush now?
2. In speaking about the legal uncertainty with the private sector’s involvement in Mexico, these words sank down into my ears, “Natural gas projects have been shielded from these legal complications” (something to that effect).
It’s a reasonable expectation for Ward to release something small leading up to June 15th. Then hopefully something substantial leading up to and following the enactment of T-MEX/USMCA. At least that will distract my gaze from where I am prone to look: Septembre.
For anyone interested, this is tomorrow at 3pm Eastern. You can register online to listen in.
Christopher Lenton has written about Mirage’s projects in NGI and Patrick Rau spoke alongside Ward at the 2018 Natural Gas Forum. We may hear some things of relevance.

June 15th Mexico opens back up = progress can be made.
Early retirement!!!
Cmon AMLO, put the pen on paper!!!
Looks like the head of a purple alligator.
i see it in the tab of Chrome when you go to Norhemlog.com
Any ideas?
Shoot, Valero may be a Mirage customer.. The article excerpts below are from June 2016:
San Antonio-based refining company Valero Energy Corp. (NYSE: VLO) uses the Panama Canal to deliver gasoline and other refined products to ports along the Pacific Coast of Mexico and South America, but it remains to been seen whether the company will take advantage of the canal expansion to increase exports to Asia. Valero officials did not immediately reply to comment, but the company's investor presentation shows that the overwhelming majority of its Gulf Coast exports go to Mexico, Latin America, Canada and Europe.
Energy stock analyst Juan Leon with San Antonio-based investment firm U.S. Global Investors Inc. (NASDAQ: GROW) said the Panama Canal expansion is expected to boost Texas-based exports of natural gas, coal, oil, refined products, manufacturing, cotton and plastics to Asia. But before than can happen, Leon said Texas ports will need to deepen their channels to accommodate "Panamax" tankers, which require a depth of at least 50 feet.
"Past history has shown that federal funding can be slow and unpredictable, and these channel deepening projects can take years to complete," Leon said.

Haha absolutely, and that “Mexican” is the head of the Development of the Isthmus Program.
IMO, he is the second most important guy in Mexico we could hear these things from.. and only second to AMLO.
Haha of course. It does help though, that they are intentionally avoiding doing so until the time is right.
Wow.... that’s our project. Great share, Macod!
Anybody know Spanish?
Worth at least scrolling through, IMO. Dots all over the place.
AMLO is moving forward with the construction of priority projects. Starting today through Wednesday, he will be “waving a banner“ for different segments of the Mayan train. The banner raising is to commence the beginning of construction for those segments. These were originally supposed to begin April 30th.. so gives us an idea of our delay. The schedule for the rest of the week is below. Good to see him scoping out the C||T (TransOceanic Corridor) operations in the Isthmus.
Friday, June 5, Villahermosa
At noon, the evaluation of the works of the Dos Bocas refinery will be carried out, because a year of the start of the flag and that same day in the afternoon, he will supervise the expansion works of the Port of Coatzacoalcos.
Saturday June 06
The president will go to Cangrejera, in Veracruz, to see a refining train that is going to start operating and will also visit the Minatitlán refinery.
Sunday, June 7
In the morning it will give the flag for the rehabilitation of the Isthmus train track.

Jetfan, You’re not alone in being frustrated.
Ibow, thank you- I’m only trying to present facts.
And while we’re in the dumps together, remember AMLO saying a couple weeks ago that in September he is scheduled to present the “Executive Project” being the Development of the Transoceanic Corridor?
I hope AMLO KEEPS on presenting the various facets of the master project as it develops.. very reasonable expectation seeing as he has been doing this all along. Then, we have September to look forward to at the very latest and the possibility of an announcement in the meantime.
You very well may be correct that June passes without substantial news... Especially because we are very limited on what can even begin to happen until June 15th.
Yessir. Expected though. Tough reality that is and has been difficult for everyone to face. Just when we thought that this Can could not be kicked any further down the road, this virus was a blow to not only us, but the whole world. The weeks have been quiet only until recently have we began to have some buzz regarding this story. Unfortunately, the buzz has also been accompanied by the conversion of notes diluting our stock causing panic and perhaps even rumors whether they be true or false.
June 15 is significant… That is when many Mexican state governors are re-opening their economies, including the construction sector. As we learned yesterday in AMLO’s Morning press conference, he is spending much of next week touring the different aspects of the Development of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec. I don’t know about you, but I like his recent turn of attention to the area. Count on it, The northern hemisphere projects are an integral part of this development. That information is public in many places, including Mexico’s Project Hub website (just not mentioning our name). And if that were not enough, we have the transcript from an interview from last week with Horacio Zarate, the President of the National Energy and Petrochemical Council, speaking about Mirage’s projects and intentionally not mentioning our company name (I’m not sure the reason). we also have the PR with the second largest labor union in Mexico that was just released last week. Further, we see that very same Mexican labor union very careful to not make public the name “Mirage“ or even Michael’s real name… Referring to him as “Michael Waldo” instead. we also have the governor of the state of Puebla just last week saying that the power of his state is destined to be natural gas. Our Concho line runs almost right through Puebla, it’s a no brainer why he said that!
Only once June 15th comes around can progress begin to be made. Ward will likely have a trip to Mexico shortly after they point. Probably to revisit one last time the technical feasibility of the projects in how they fit into the overall plan and then it’s go time. So, let us hang tight and revisit once México reopens. I know the dilution is painful, but a few pennies in the wrong direction is literally a drop in the bucket in the dollar ranges this stock is worth and will eventually be at. Eyes on the prize, our narrative has not changed, only prolonged along with the rest of the world.
Saluki, the federal government is pushing for June 1st, but most states are not reopening until June 15th.
Best leftovers in the fridge you’ve ever tasted. I just bought under 5 cents. Crazy.
Good article, Jetfan!
Sounds like some Penny broke your heart, jackpot?
Add and strap the seatbelt!
You’re on the weekly roller coaster my friend.
Look, I’m not totally sure the reason why, but Mexico organizations will NOT publicly mention us.. the labor union refers to Ward on social media as Michael Waldo and Zarate intentionally avoids name dropping Mirage. That’s crazy!!!!! And the US is even worse.
All we have are a very small number of rare and poorly done PR’s from a silent CEO.
“It soon will be made public”
- Horacio Zarate Acevedo -
