I do agree with the general consensus, as Penny mentioned, that the stock will move with the green light from Mexico.

But in addition:

PR for the hiring of a PR firm
PR for financing
8-k showing financing received
PR for breaking ground on construction

Until then, all we have is an idea.. an idea worth 6 cents a share.
