Yessir. Expected though. Tough reality that is and has been difficult for everyone to face. Just when we thought that this Can could not be kicked any further down the road, this virus was a blow to not only us, but the whole world. The weeks have been quiet only until recently have we began to have some buzz regarding this story. Unfortunately, the buzz has also been accompanied by the conversion of notes diluting our stock causing panic and perhaps even rumors whether they be true or false.

June 15 is significant… That is when many Mexican state governors are re-opening their economies, including the construction sector. As we learned yesterday in AMLO’s Morning press conference, he is spending much of next week touring the different aspects of the Development of the Isthmus of Tehuantepec. I don’t know about you, but I like his recent turn of attention to the area. Count on it, The northern hemisphere projects are an integral part of this development. That information is public in many places, including Mexico’s Project Hub website (just not mentioning our name). And if that were not enough, we have the transcript from an interview from last week with Horacio Zarate, the President of the National Energy and Petrochemical Council, speaking about Mirage’s projects and intentionally not mentioning our company name (I’m not sure the reason). we also have the PR with the second largest labor union in Mexico that was just released last week. Further, we see that very same Mexican labor union very careful to not make public the name “Mirage“ or even Michael’s real name… Referring to him as “Michael Waldo” instead. we also have the governor of the state of Puebla just last week saying that the power of his state is destined to be natural gas. Our Concho line runs almost right through Puebla, it’s a no brainer why he said that!

Only once June 15th comes around can progress begin to be made. Ward will likely have a trip to Mexico shortly after they point. Probably to revisit one last time the technical feasibility of the projects in how they fit into the overall plan and then it’s go time. So, let us hang tight and revisit once México reopens. I know the dilution is painful, but a few pennies in the wrong direction is literally a drop in the bucket in the dollar ranges this stock is worth and will eventually be at. Eyes on the prize, our narrative has not changed, only prolonged along with the rest of the world.
