I can’t imagine the measure of disappointment in the beginning of 2019 with the MOU with OMD falling through.

I think, if we are to get another financing PR here within the next month or so and it falls through... it will be much worse than the first. Detrimental.

I really hope and expect that not to be the case. With how much the scope of our projects has increased since then, so has our importance. And that not only to the Mexican people, but to the CFE specifically.. our golden key.
