Thanks Scuba-D. The article does not mention men who may be an even better market than women. Once men realize that it is better than Viagra or Cialis and that it increases sex drive which the other ED drugs do not do, how could they not want it?
A man needs to have the desire along with the blood flow to the penis. Sexual desire can wane is males just as it does at times in females. Men are the ones with the greater demands on performance. A woman could use a lubricant and then fake things and get by.
If a man were to not be able to get a firm erection the party is over and he would feel terrible about how things went.
Could shareholders pay a private eye to secretly watch our CEO to gain a better handle on whether he is ardently working hard for the shareholder to get a deal. The evidence could show that the money is going to a lavish lifestyle of comfort and luxury.
The private eye would know how to get important information that we shareholders do not know how to find. We also do not have the time and energy ourselves.
Congratulations to stock holders who have been here at CUR for three years. The pps has gone from $6.00 to $0.32. The stock will need to go up 18X for you to break even. That right there is true faith beyond the norm.
I do think that NSI-189 will find a medical use. Some stocks in the past have gone up 100X. Priceline went from $2.00 to $1,000 in about 4 years time. The low was around March of 2009. Booking travel online turned out to be a good idea. They bought out Booking.com for cheap at the time. An investment of $10,000 was 5,000 shares. 5,000 shares is $5 million after an investor being patient for 4 years.
I had no position in Priceline unfortunately.
I have found in the past that with Fidelity, Ameritrade, and Etrade that if you place a GTC order for way above the current pps that it gets rejected. The brokerages make money buy loaning out your shares to the shorts.
Having a sell order locks up those shares. That is good for the longs. If all the longs had a GTC sell order in place it would support the stock price theoretically. This does not affect naked shorts though. I think naked shorting is illegal.
A$10 sell order might be too high to be accepted by the brokerage house.
Could it be that “Toad” is now GM. I do believe that if we do get good news the percentage gain would be sizable for VDRM.
Up 23% on one million shares bought today. No news and no stockholder letter in one year. It seems like we should hear something at some time. Can a company go completely silent long term without claiming bankruptcy?
Thanks Downtownmissybrown for the information. I had read from other sources as well that the pain involved in the Epi-pen style injection mechanism is minimal. ATRS (Antares) has an advanced injection system that might be of interest to minimize pain or anxiety in users. Does 50 to 70 usd per injection seem like something that would be worth it? Will insurance pay? Can the cheap bremelanotide being sold online be shutdown?
FDA approval and manufacturing renders a much higher trust in a product that you inject into yourself. I would not use I product that is made in China and sold online myself.
The whole topic of whether men might find the product even more effective than it is in women has not yet been discussed in any detail. I am a man and I have a curiosity about using bremelanotide (Vyleesi)myself.
The next thing that should be discussed is IMO off-label use law for men to have access. My understanding is that the physician is entitled to use his own medical judgement.
Product demand from men could be equal or greater than the product demand by women.
It looks like a sale of 250,000 shares brought the price from .02 to .015 in about twenty minutes time today. To be able to move a stock price by 25% so quickly with so little amount of money involved is remarkable.
Ultimately the value of a stock relates to potential future earnings and value of assets. If bremelanotide hits big in the market at some point traders would have to take notice. I agree with Adam Feuerstein that injection is not an optimal method of delivery, especially concerning women. A simple skin patch could do the job cheaper and easier IMO. Are they working on this idea? Peptides cannot be delivered by pill.
Is the former putative potential deal to produce Elixer with a Canadian company still a possible future product? I think there was a regulatory approval required from the Canadian government concerning CBD infusion into the cream. Once approval hits maybe we are good to go. Why is there so little information to go by?
From what i read the injection is almost painless and is easily self administered. Peptides need to avoid the digestive tract. I still think that a transdermal patch could be feasible. It would be simpler and cheaper. They tried a nasal spray already and it had a problem with high blood pressure in some people and the dosing was less precise.
When a human gets sexually aroused I assume blood pressure is expected to go up to some degree. I hope the FDA is astute enough to allow for that.
Perhaps it is the fear of probable reverse splits and subsequent dilution that causes potential investors here to take a pause. I totally believe in the science and the observed results in animals and people. Once we add stem cells and nerve growth factors it could have a dramatic positive result. We do not have a direct competitor to my knowledge. At some point a stock like this should start to move up in price.
All the excessive pumping post activity and the Penny Stock 101 recommendation have done nothing the help the stock price it seems to me fo far. People are skeptical for some reason with this company. Once actual fundamental data hits that is undeniable then people will buy stock if indeed cannabis or hemp ingredients get consumed in drinks and food in substantial quantities.
The FDA has to make infusion legally acceptable. CBD has no psychoactive effect. I have not seen any claims of harm yet from higher doses or prolonged use of CBD. As a hemp extract it is not considered to be a regulated drug (no clinical testing required) but I am not a lawyer. Once CBD drinks are considered legal it could have exponential sales growth.
Coca-Cola and Pepsi would then go after the necessary production assets.
Does Dr. Otiko automatically get SEC approval to add outstanding shares to then sell and dilute current shareholders?
The PDUFA date is Sunday, June 23. Is Friday the likely date of the important FDA announcement? What is a likely price per dose of Vylessi (bremelanotide)? It is available online for fairly cheap. Can that illegal sales channel be shut down?
Two patients have been enrolled. This was announced 5/29. NVIV is down after that news. This is counterintuitive.
Thanks gi197845. That was a well considered response. I suppose the Claris lawsuit risk has diminished at this point as a risk factor. I did not know that the Xyosted injection was entirely painless. Injection should become more popular if that is the case. Topical gels are still very expensive here in the USA.
Todd you say noose tightening as if there were some sort of punishment coming for Dr. Otiko. It is not clear to me what that punishment would likely be.
Now would be a good time to promote the idea of a cannabis based drink or several varieties of cannabis drinks.
If TLANDO gets approved what sort of stock price would be the result? Taking a pill would appeal to patients more than the skin creams or injections that are the other methods of delivery. An aging demographic in the USA should mean more hypogonadal men seeking a treatment in the near future.
If a patent gets granted or the sublingual pill is successful perhaps the toxic lender could get payed off somehow?
Thanks Agreed. Great article about ED and Bremelanotide. It did not discuss the possible combination of Cialis use for the vascular remedy and bremelanotide for the induction or sexual desire. It seems intuitive to me that the two drugs could work synergistically with a sum greater than the parts. How good looking the sexual partner is has also got to be a factor to consider.
Is it possible that publishing the OWC research might attract unwanted competition and that is the reason that they keep their intellectual property under wraps? If cannabis does have significant therapeutic value other companies might attempt to eat their lunch.
Why not do a 1,000 to 1 R/S or even a 10,000 to 1 R/S? Then he could dilute from $15 a share back down to .0015 again. The higher the stock price after the reverse split the longer it takes to dilute the value to nothing and the more money that he can extract from clueless investors in the process.
That is a powerful message you posted. It is the most salient post I have seen here. I am surprised that it has not yet been deleted. That may still happen when a moderator sees it. 9 out 10 small biotech companies fail. Shorting biotech would be a smart money strategy. There should not be a need to play dirty.
6.6 million is pretty good volume. If it was just Dr. Otiko selling shares then it would not be up 7%. Somebody must see some sort of future value in the shares that they bought today.
Our market cap is $5.2 million. If we could generate $1 billion in annual sales what would be the market cap?
Has anyone else noticed that once Clay Trader shows up on a stock shortly thereafter you will get coordinated sharp sell offs similar to a Bear Raid. I have seen this happen in other OTC stocks. When Clay Trader arrives it is like a signal to organized Bear groups to go into a preplanned coordinated action.
Is the new 25,000 sq ft facility the same news that came out in February about a new production facility in Centennial, Colorado south of Denver? Or is this another additional facility?
I think most people think that the transdermal technology could be a huge market success. I think most people have doubts concerning management with regard to competence and integrity.
Could the share price be artificially low to benefit those companies that are being acquired? They get 3 or 4 times as many shares. Then in the future when the actual revenues drive the stock price they will have 3 or 4 times the value for themselves than if the stock price was at a normal ten cents where it was when the deals were signed. It is easy to manipulate the price on OTC when the rewards are significant. This is just a speculation as I have no hard evidence.
In the proxy the company ,NVIV, wants me to authorize 1,000,000 shares of “blank check” preferred shares. Is this a good idea? What is the meaning of blank check preferred shares?
I think the revenues go to the podiatry practice and then are claimed as uncollectible by VDRM. Of coarse both are the same person , Dr. Otiko. So one person is unable to collect a debt from the same one person which is himself. This is where I would like to see an SEC attorney take a look-see about this and how legal it really is. It seems corrupt to me.
From 25 to 10. What was the reason for such a large decline?
Is is possible that the sublingual tablet could be a winner?
Is this a scam or the next big thing in the cannabis space?
My understanding is that 5 medical centers are open for patient enrollment. My question is why are there no new patients that have been enrolled? Are suitable patients turning down treatment?
Our future appears to be one of ruthless reverse splitting and then subsequent merciless dilution. Where is the optimistic news going to come from?
For a company with an 800% growth rate the stock price of DVLP seems to me to be a bit subdued at this moment in time.
What are the latest advancements and accomplishments that we can discuss or evaluate with GRSU?
