I think the revenues go to the podiatry practice and then are claimed as uncollectible by VDRM. Of coarse both are the same person , Dr. Otiko. So one person is unable to collect a debt from the same one person which is himself. This is where I would like to see an SEC attorney take a look-see about this and how legal it really is. It seems corrupt to me.
