How does Finra even allow this stuff to happen???
How do you buy other companies and go Bankrupt?
It's on the expert market now I think that's the end, I think their bankrupt.....0001
Continuation of last weeks action? Looks like either MMs caught with their pants down or it’s just ultra thin moving back up. Hope everybody loaded the boat… we are going for a wild ride imo $$$
Great close!! Happy holidays to all!!
Well now could we be seeing some life finally coming back to this again? 2024 comeback!!!
Buying pressure is Huge! This will set a lot of scanners off after today!
And here they are! Let’s gooooo
I see 5s coming!!!!!…..
0004 getting chewed through now too
Just look at that volume!! And those huge slaps!!
Net Income (Loss) $ (1,469,598)
they're in bankruptcy and lost 1.5 million
Wrong board, my apologies. Hopefully good news here soon too.
Good news! Could you please share the tweet?
4s falling, huge tweet this morning, cancelled RS and more news to come… monster volume. We are setting up for a rocket ship ride imo
It looks like in the bankruptcy court if they could cut some kind of deal the company might survive but I can't see the stock getting anything, and if anything very little.
I don't know how anybody could be bullish here. I hope I'm wrong I'm thinking the whole thing will turn into a total bankruptcy and the stock will be canceled eventually. I hope I'm wrong.
I think the pr that they issued was made up by an attorney to help cover any liabilities by the CEO for all the interviews he did last year. I think he's maybe a little scared that they might come after him, but the SEC almost never come after over the counter bulletin board stocks, at least not that I heard of.
Have any shares been added to float since early July?
Yeah they're in bankruptcy and some people are fantasizing that they're going to wipe out the debt but that ain't going to happen, there probably is a small chance that the company could survive but I doubt even that, it's just your typical OTC dilution scam.
Anyone have any clue what’s going here? Aside from the filing that Is due, when is there supposed to be any word on the section 5 case
We should see the Q this week! And if revenue is showing in the right spot this time we should see a nice move North! This is way undervalued!!! Imo
Thank you.
Question to all. Is DVLP worth $500 for a million shares worth it? Risk vs Reward.
Hmmmm? TIA

NOTIFICATION OF LATE FILING
Well put, not going to add to your statement. Perfect
Some nice slaps !! 6 up !! Time to make our move North !!!!
I kept thinking about is: how are they going to do all these Acquisitions and everything they have no money!!! They just were issuing stock but it's a lot more to it than just issuing stock I mean is he going to run all these businesses by himself??? it's just another OTC pump and dump this time it was Crown King on Twitter doing the pumping and many people got bagged in this piece of junk.
PR talking about shareholder equity in my opinion is not true, there is no shareholder Equity. liabilities far out seed assets, so how can you talk about shareholder Equity. I would not be surprised if this thing turned into a total bankruptcy in the ensuing months.
I see you took my advice and changed your hairstyle it still looks like shit though bunny boy. Just like your stock picks I'm going to ruin you
Absolutely. I knew something was up when he refused to speak.
What a pussy right?
I got out in the mid 20s when stavros wouldn’t open his mouth because people were being mean to him on Twitter.
I see bunny got a new haircut that's about as much money as people have made here so get out of this garbage if you still own it.
You done pumping this, Bunny?
Perfect time to swap out of this into a real one. I am completely convinced AHRO is one of them. Do your DD and let me know what ya think.
Hey valid point. But I am sticking with my only OTC.
MAYBE some way they can finagle and give the shareholder something but I'll bet you it's a tiny tiny fraction of what it is now when they when all is said and done.
Really the debt is crushing and they were paying off debt from the old company that failed. I mean you just can't make these things up and people trying to paint that as positive because they have a long position in the stock. Just sell and find something else and get off the OTC bulletin board it is dead right now maybe in the future it will recover but it is really bad right now.
I could give you a list of companies where people are so far underwater they'll probably never recovery like ENZC, SIRC, ILUS, ect, ect.
Yes I saw that TB. DVLP hasnt even started the process of a BK other than having the Federal Courts approve their "petition" to file Chap 11. This is a long game which will be like excuse the expression "Chinese Water Torture" for the shareholders. Difference is AHRO is not wiping out its shareholders.
And AHRO has 5 businesses that are about to launch. Only $10,000 in convertible debt and the pricipals are converting the $2 MM they loaned the company into a performance driven PFD Stock. Lastly, Less than a $2 MM market cap with an IR program that is starting to see some traction.

DVLP and AHRO had almost the same share price yesterday
The shit show is about to begin. That was a horrible day yesterday considering all the volume terrible day via anybody's technical analysis when you have that much volume and you can break through a resistance level it usually spells curtains. Close them don't look out that window again.
Chapter 11 to protect shareholders under subsection 5 is just another fluffy way of saying yes shareholders will keep their shares they won't be canceled out but damn it watch how much dilution comes in versus the 7 million in debt.
You can't file Chapter 11 and carve out things it's all part of a greater plan to get rid of debt. You get rid of that by issuing equity unless they are raising fresh cash and in either case that means dilution. I have been involved in over 30 bankruptcies throughout my investing career as part of a fund and I have yet to see one bankruptcy where the shareholders are unaffected in a very negative way.
