Could the share price be artificially low to benefit those companies that are being acquired? They get 3 or 4 times as many shares. Then in the future when the actual revenues drive the stock price they will have 3 or 4 times the value for themselves than if the stock price was at a normal ten cents where it was when the deals were signed. It is easy to manipulate the price on OTC when the rewards are significant. This is just a speculation as I have no hard evidence.
