They sure are. The NT form that was filed in on August 14 says
the subject quarterly report or transition report on Form 10-Q, or portion thereof will be filed on or before the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date
The benefit of being a company that has almost no revenue and no operations is that completing an audit is simple stuff. My bet is that the audit firm won't submit their work until they get paid.
So maybe the purpose of the P.R. is to raise the cash necessary to pay the auditors. In that way Mark will allow the scam to continue. That is to say, so the paychecks can continue.
Looks like Mark needs to put down the wine glass before he conjures up a P.R.
Recall that he recently provided an incorrect name for a new "business partner."
A quick breeze through the most recent P.R. shows that he still doesn't know the names of his business partners. The P.R. cites
Unless Kay and his two partners in crime have decided that their appetite for big salaries and benefits are sated (an unlikely circumstance) I think it likely that the company will file the required financials before the company gets kicked down to the expert market. Because if they do end up on the expert market, the days when they can issue new shares will largely be over and that means the paychecks stop.
Mark is endlessly greedy. He knows that there is more juice to be sucked out of this grapefruit.
I heard that as well. Then I realized that I had inadvertently stumbled upon VerbRadio. Once I realized that, it was clear that I was listening to lies.
I switched the dial over to Kremlin Radio, which has a slightly better track record.
The web site for Aligned Risk Analytics (or Applied Risk Analytics as Mark referred to them in the big "revenue producing" PR now has a web site that announces that the company will begin operations on October 25, 2023.
https://www.alignedrisk.net/
So another instance where Mark believes that $ 100 in incremental annual revenue is worth sending out a PR as he sits back and collects his ridiculously large salary and benefits.
Over the years I've worked with several people who committed financial crimes. Nothing big league. In fact some of them are shockingly small. I was recounting an incident today, in fact, with some colleagues.
A woman worked in a town's violations office, which meant she was responsible for collecting fines for traffic tickets and like. When a payment was received she would post the amount in the state database. If someone owed fines but they couldn't pay all at once, they could arrange for a payment plan that would allow them to make payments over a period of months.
In this case, the woman would accept FULL payments from people but code them in the database as if there was a payment plan. So she might collect $ 200, but she would only post $ 50 in the system. The other $ 150 went into her purse. She had a notebook that listed each instance when she pulled this scam so she knew when each additional payment needed to made. So it was interest free borrowing of sorts. Well, in some cases she missed making the payments, so the State sent notices to the violator that their license had been suspended because of outstanding fines. Meanwhile, the person had a receipt showing they paid in full.
In the end she did this to the tune of $10 or $12k. She was arrested, but I don't think she did any jail time. She was well into her 70s, so that was probably a factor.
Sadly, the Sheriff video was removed.
Urine is sterile, no?
But he has the wettest pants. No one has seen pants wetter than TFG's damp Underoos.
TFG doesn't drink, but his Adderall abuse is well documented. Apparently one of the side effects of this abuse is pooping one's pants, which is another one of TFG's revolting qualities.
The company really needs to discontinue operations rather than continue the 20+ year charade of pretending that there is a viable business here. The only one who has benefited from SFOR/ZRFY's existence are the 3 amigos.
The the big customer, whose name has yet to be revealed, should be thinking twice about partnering with such a scammy company. That assumes that the mystery partner even exists, which is looking more and more questionable each day.
Look back to the days when Rory made it sound like it was incredibly difficult to become a Microsoft Partner. Or a SalesForce partner. Or a Marketo partner. In many instances you fill out a web form and within minutes...BOOM...you're a partner.
Per the link I provided earlier today, each and every person who has signed up for TikTok shop was "invited" to be part of the Fall Sale via email. The email received by Market was the same one that went to 200,000+ other sellers.
Rory is acting like an scammy OTC CEO which is where he belongs.
And just 3 weeks ago some saps paid more than $ 3 a share for a stock now priced at less than 82 cents.
Wasn't it you who said that if those buyers had burned the money at least they would have gotten some heat out of it?
Exactly, TK.
EVERY SELLER on TikTok is eligible to participate in this promotion and they have been encouraging all sellers to sign up: https://www.tiktok.com/@sellwithtiktokshop_us/video/7280976361164901674
Rory is totally full of shit. No hyperbole there.
You saw in the NY deposition case where TFG threw his kids under the bus for the shady accounting that went on.
He would sink Jr. and Eric in a heartbeat in order to save himself.
You watch. "Donald" will be scratched out and "Eric" written in its place.
Glad to help. I would do the upgrades for you myself, but with the travel time/cost added you are probably better off using the guy on your continent.
Cheers.
I've upgraded dozens of desktops by replacing HDDs with SSDs, some 10+ years old and I've never seen one that doesn't support an SSD.
Not one.
Not arguing with your experience, but just something I've never seen.
Classic case of someone who thinks he is much smarter than he really is.
Between the dumb assesses (Gaetz, MTG, Boebert. Tuberville, Blackburn to name just a few) and the cynical (Cruz, Hawley for starters) the GOP has become a cesspool.
If you are looking to extend the life of the computer, I would do two things:
1) Bump up the memory. 4GB is not enough to run most modern versions of Windows, especially if you have multiple tabs open and/or run multiple programs. Memory is dirt cheap and is a do-it-yourself job. Popping in one or two new modules takes about 30 seconds. You want to be sure to get the correct type of memory. Desktops generally take SDRAM (vs SODIMM that are used in laptops) but you also need to be sure you get the right speed. It looks like DDR3 will work with the E8400 processor but I suggest you order from a merchant where you can return the memory if it turns out not to be compatible. Don't force the modules in. If they are the wrong kind they won't fit.
2) If you have a spinning hard drive now, consider replacing it with a solid state drive. Also very inexpensive these days and can make all the difference in the world. I've seen systems that took 10 minutes to boot up with a HDD take about 30 seconds with an SSD. This may be a job you will want done by someone who knows the ins and outs of PCs. You will probably want to "clone" the existing drive to the SSD. This can be a bit tricky and frustrating if you've never done it before.
Good luck.
This is yet another instance of a failing business that is in dire need of working capital (huge losses as you noted and a scary large allowance for product returns (28% of revenues) that has fallen into believing Eddie's line of B.S. that he can provide the WC needed.
Two losers losing together.
Is she stupid or is she just another grifter?
Hiking with someone of a certain age is a good idea. Remember the story about the two hikers who encounter a grizzly bear? One of them decides to make a run for it. His hiking buddy says "What are you crazy? You can't outrun a grizzly bear."
To which the first guy responds "I don't need to outrun the bear. I need to outrun you!"
As much as I think that Mark is full of shit, the thought that people in North Carolina couldn't be fluent in Spanish is off base.
I worked with a family business where the father and his two children grew up in the northeast US. They were about as gringo looking as you could get. But a good deal of their customer base was in Central and South America so speaking fluent Spanish was required. Being bi-lingual served them well.
That's hilarious. But so on-brand for Mark.
I can't wait to see the Aligned Risk / Applied Risk web site when they finish working on it. Maybe it will include a photo of a 30 story building in downtown Raleigh with the Aligned/Applied name blazoned on the top.
Hire clowns, expect a clown show.
I had a Reddit post removed and couldn't understand why. The automod said my post was "sexually explicit."
It was nothing of the sort, so I sent a message to the mods of that subreddit.
The mod replied saying that my post was not sexually explicit, but said it wasn't worthy so he refused to restore it.
Some people let a little bit of power go to their pea brains.
TikTok has over 200,000 sellers signed up. Verb is one of those 200,000.
No 8K was issued about the big partnership. That says a lot about the true prospects.
Yet another nothing-burger from Rory.
It's been almost two months since Mark tickled everyone's ass with a feather by releasing the PR announcing a huge deal worth millions of dollars: https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ZRFY/news/Zerify-Signs-Multi-Million-Dollar-Licensing-Agreement-For-its-Secure-Video-Conferencing-Service?id=408110
Any predictions on when Mark will reveal mode details, such as the name of this new customer and/or when they will start buying ZRFY products?
Link to a New York Times article about TikTok Shopping. Article states that there are 200,000 sellers signed up. Is Market is 1 of those 200,000?
https://www.nytimes.com/2023/09/12/business/tiktok-shop-e-commerce.html?unlocked_article_code=ll2SlYolxKFw9Fw5e0DPVjuZaUOFErDOUh2Z2X0TMaP_r6PbKR1ZoGy3n6ohsLndOAiwIF12KiejUTA-5XseIZtGtRVs1JkLCdUFmOtc2JtKlHfqW603TdK5KIcP7mmc_D9Q5hzl7k5_Jy97hAZAnc1ylWZEXHCCie06_Zk30WyMKeznKLedgx6boBjiePmOgmBeaAAK6WyUFGhPZbjeFJK0z7U_B5FasJckQG3G8RNP-syVJRc9hHwsqeUicHlh8CAWDJrJJ_q3OHf1wcrEC7ozuB5AM04KBgaag-3jb00u_pB2t9iPR4EBV0XDOhviTS8fpeKmbRT3yIl70yukvDBx&smid=url-share
The O/S is under 4 million shares.
The A/S is 400 million shares.
Pursuing Rory's dreams require a constant influx of cash. He can (and will) dilute existing shares by 99%.
OK, Boomer
There are several reasons why you might want to use cryptocurrency to make a payment. Anonymity is one (although the FBI demonstrated that BitCoin is not as untraceable as many believed). Transaction costs is another, particularly if you are sending funds overseas. While there are some transaction costs with BitCoin (exchanged post a buy price and a sell price), those costs are likely to be lower than the costs that banks charge for sending money via SWIFT - and there are no currency exchange fees with crypto. I sometimes purchase software not knowing that the vendor is in a foreign country and my bank hits me with a foreign transaction fee. There are cards that don't have such fees, but I'm too lazy to get another card.
In case case you can avoid the fluctuation in crypto by immediately converting back into your local currency.
I totally forgot that I had a fraction of a BTC sitting in an online wallet. When I logged into the wallet some years later and saw the value of my fraction I was pleasantly surprised.
Many people don't trust online wallets and so they download their coins to a hard drive or a flash drive. There are plenty of stories of people who threw a flash drive away forgetting that it held coins. And some folks have lost millions in crypto when the hard drive that held the coins died.
Also check out Amazon Pharmacy. They automatically show you what your insurance cost is and what your cost will be using a variety of discount programs they track. I'm a prime member so everything ships free. I've gotten 3 or 4 shipments from them and the service has been flawless.
Here's a web site with dozens of snippets from the deposition. Lindell is such a whiny petulant toddler. Just like his partner in crime.
https://caincloud.egnyte.com/fl/fYk81AMK4m#folder-link/2023-09-07%20Coomer%20Mtn%20for%20Sanctions
Mike Lindell goes apeshit during a deposition when the plaintiff's attorney refers to Lumpy Pillows:
Well, maybe not the right thing for the Country or anyone else, but if it saves his own ass from being in a prison cell I'm sure he would flip in a NY minute.
i don't know if there was a comment in the link that you provided, but I saw elsewhere that it was entirely intentionally that Willis provided Gym with multiple examples of threats that she and her team have endured - labeled Exhibits F through O.
As in..."F Off!"
Why do you doubt that Lindsey flipped?
