Ok, post the email as I recall Magna stated in a email that they had no business relationship with SRGE.
I have an email from magna and they stated that they are doing there due diligence and upon completion they would loan them 5 million dollars

You are going to have to communicate in terms I understand -
i will take that as a no - apparently you know nothing about it...thanks anyway
It is kind of hard to be bought out or do a JV when your only asset is a copy of photoshop.
Why do you think SRGE has any mining concessions - it has been proven that SRGE has nothing but a appetite for fleecing investors.
IG
LOLOL!!! I don't think anyone here believes that:
Momo has been right countless times in the past.
100% Proof That Cinco Minas is Abandoned!
Tob, are you sure about this, you might want to re-think this
SRGE owns the concessions. SRGE has NOT abandoned Cinco Minas.
As LoanStew said, I have provided adequate information for anyone to see that Alex Smid is still calling all of the shots.
Why don't you provide documentation to verify and prove that the Phantom CEO Michael Davies really exists.
I guarantee you have zero proof the Davies is a real person - if you do post it.
The Alex Smid MO is still the same. SAEI was suspended for issuing fraudulent press releases.
He did the same thing with SAEI and his vodka company - having the fake financing companies. Oh, he did it with the Ethanol company.
If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck - it must be Alex Smid using the fictional character Michael Davies to fleece unsophisticated investors of their hard unearned money.
I will be waiting for proof Davies exists.

Now, MoMo says that SRGE has been mining at Cinco Minas since 2008.

Listen carefully Ten! SRGE has been on site at Cinco Minas since 2008-2009 when purchase agreement was signed!!!
SUSPENSION OF THE USE, ENJOYMENT, EXPLOITATION OR EXPLOITATION AT THE PRESENT MINING CONCESSION, OFFICIAL LETTER IS/421-6985 16 OF AUGUST 2012, OF THE DIRECTORATE FOR REVIEW OF OBLIGATIONS.
How, with the traffic ticket law firm? I don't think have been hired by SRGE - so there is no legal representation - maybe Huettel will make a guest appearance.
I guess they are going to pretend sue Bandera like MoMo is suing Kinross and Simon Casey.
Looks like ole SRGE is producing the death rattle as we speak.
The SEC has already given them the death sentence - as good old MoMo says:

MoMo, so now you are saying that SRGE has been at Cinco Minas since 2008 - 2009. That is interesting and also a completely fabricated statement. Just a few reasons why you have been busted again.
Say it ain't so - I-Glow has done it again! It seems that in 2008 good SRGE and Alex Smid were in the Ethanol business:
DALLAS, May 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Southridge Enterprises, Inc. the "Company" today announced that it has enteredinto an ethanol sales agreement with Agrobin Hunt Corp (AHC) for the supply of55 million gallons of ethanol per year, with an option to extend for another two years. Deliveries are expected to begin in June 2008 with the ethanolbeing sourced from Petrozilian Energia SA (PES) in Brazil.
The Time/Date stamp is ALWAYS at a lower resolution than the video/photo. It will always pixelate when you resize a still taken from the video.
You SRGE guys are begging for a way to make this nightmare go away - but as always the TRUTH prevails.
IG
The model is stocked at Amazon. The most recent review was 5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome deal, January 18, 2013.
So someone is still buying the model and if it is still working why buy a new one?
The SRGE guys are begging now - just any little thing to make this nightmare go away.
IG
TenKay, I looked at the image on a larger monitor and I think you are right. It is a person and the pixelation being stationary while the camera is panning gives the illusion of spinning!
It isn't a face but the persons entire body. They are quite a ways away from the camera. The pixelation they are using is only one size. In this case they are only covering a small location on the video.
Another reason it is not something spinning is if you pixelated something that was spinning the movement speed would be grossly distorted to the point of not being recognizable, it would simply be random flashing of colors. In this case it "appears" to be moving at maybe 60-100 rpm...but it shouldn't actually look that way if it was actually moving at that speed and is pixelated. Look at the other pixelations in the video and focus on a group of four and see what it looks like.
What you are missing is this confirms the document Janice posted where Minera Cinco Minas filed a complaint against SRGE for trespassing and placing decals and logos on equipment, When they went to confront SRGE they had left after the staged photo shoot.
SRGE put on a few coats of paint and placed a few logos and decals for the photo shoot - there has been some weathering. The photos are new not old.
This confirms the email from Armando that states SRGE has no mining concessions and the mine is abandoned.
Everything shows that CM is abandoned. There is a tremendous amount of evidence mounting each day that shows this is a pump and dump and unfortunately you got caught holding the bag.
IG
Did you see the equipment? It was in a state of disrepair and obviously no functional.
The GPS coordinates that is showing are correct for Cinco Minas.
It is obviously Cinco Minas and it also obvious that CM is abandoned and in a horrible state of disrepair. The video shows CM from a distance and goes to close-ups of the equipment and the tailings pond. CM has been abandoned - very obvious.
Now, how about real evidence.
It is going to be hard to use, "I talked to Tatiana..." on video evidence that Cinco Minas is abandoned.
You must remember that these videos and photos substantiate the posts by Janice where she posted the document from Minera Cinco Minera that stated SRGE was trespassing at CM, placing decals and logos on equipment to stage a photo shoot. When they went to confront SRGE - CM was abandoned and SRGE was gone.
It also. corroborates the email from Armando that states SRGE has no mining concessions:

Dear Mr. CyberCall,
Regarding the four concessions related to the attached documents, all were involved in a judicial procedure before the federal labor authority, and were assigned to the plaintiff workers in the final resolution. Consequently, the labor authority instructed us to transfer such concessions to the workers and hence the legal property of such concessions are entitle to the workers. As far as the Public Registry of Mines is concerned, Southrige has no rights to this concessions and moreover the documents attached are false. These are documents that were not issued by this public office and artificially elaborated to misguide.
Hope this clarify the matter, should you have any other doubt do not hesitate to reply.

I agree I have looked at the video and something is spinning and pixelated.
I am not sure what it means as it is the only moving part or thing I see in the videos but I am fairly certain it isn't a person face.
I will try and contact Bandera to see if I can get a response.
IG
Tob, they don't have all of the pump and dump money that SRGE has to afford such luxuries.
IG
MoMo, are you sure about this statement:
Nope, Jaime is owner of MSJ and the news was put out through PRNEWSWIRE a very respectable news service which confirms all press releases before releasing to the public!!!!

MoMo, what other companies that have been suspended by the SEC and sent to the greys have moved to another exchange?
It is very odd that there has not been any information about the move to a new exchange made by SRGE - it seems that all information is coming from you and Sierra now.
And it was very odd that the last PR was done on another press release service when all of SRGE's previous PRs were on PRnewswire.
Could it be that SRGE hasn't released any information and already moved on to the next pump and dump - just like they did with SAEI.
When will SRGE be issuing a PR to update shareholders?
IG
Janice, does the law firm named by SRGE even know they are representing SRGE?
IG
MoMo as usual you are 100% wrong! and I will proceed to prove it.
The only MSJ PRs are the ones that have negative comments about Bandera - they were published by the SRGE promoters ergo every fact you have presented is negated.
Here the press releases associated with the email address, minerasanjorge@mail.com (which is a 1and1.com company - wouldn't they use the company email account???)
All of the press releases using this email address are in connection with making claims against Bandera or some other nonsense. I can guarantee this is the work of SRGE - you guys are showing your desperation!

From your post I guess you didn't see the video - LMAO!!! I need you to explain how the video was photoshopped to produce a abandoned mine LOLOL!!!
looks like some pretty good photo shop work to me, little date change, and a little photo cropping will produce a very nice pic. wrong sorry!!
WOW, now that is some spinning.
the majority of what I saw was a 60 ton per day mine that Bandera graciously invested 7 million to set up, and now Southridge has the opportunity to and has invested millions to get this beautiful mine operating at 500 tons per day.
DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - Sep 10, 2012) - Southridge Enterprises Inc. today announced it has begun a Multi-million Dollar expansion of its Cinco Minas Mill (CMM) located at Cinco Minas, Jalisco, Mexico. The new facility's high efficiency expansion will raise full production capacity to 500 ton per day (tpd), a more than 8 fold increase from the current 60 tpd production level..... At Cinco Minas, the analysts attended the ground-breaking ceremony that officially launched the commencement of the 500 tpd mill expansion construction.
Southridge's recent $15.6 million financing, arranged within the European investment community through Duvernoi Capital Investments Inc. ("DCII")
Why don't you post examples of how the video and photos are suspect?
makes no sense to me at all-the report is highly suspect...
BLB, you nailed it the history of his posts are when there is bad news on the board - we can expect a PR or at least news from Sierra very soon. If there isn't the PnD os over.
But, I think the SRGE creative writing team is hard at work.

Hey, maybe they can file another pretend lawsuit like MoMo did against Kinross and Simon Casey.
Has the new Attorney even acknowledged working for SRGE???
I suspect SRGE has already seen the Bandera report on this board but I'm emailing a copy to them as well as their attorney. I'll also send them that abandoned mine video.
g0nz0, you just can't be anymore busted than SRGE is on this one. It is obvious that the mine is in a state of disrepair and abandoned.
This confirms the document janice posted and the email from Armando.
Plus, it confirms the concession titles posted where SRGE is not on any of them.
WOW, the scammers don't have anything left - it is over.
IG
Very Nice g0nz0 - great find and the final nail in the SRGE coffin.
Time to put this horse down!
IG
I am assuming by your post you didn't read the article???
The funny thing is that they just confirmed that Southridge has the mine and they are still butt hurt over it.
Bandera believes press releases issued by Southridge Enterprises, Inc. (“SRGE” or “Southridge”) contain false and misleading statements about current mining activity and SRGE’s alleged ownership of the Cinco Minas project. Southridge claimed in a press release on December 26, 2012, that it had entered into a “joint partnership” with Kinross Gold Corporation with respect to the Cinco Minas property, a claim that Kinross denied in a press release dated December 27, 2012. Southridge was issued a trading suspension by the Securities and Exchange Commission in the US on December 28, 2012.
The independent report concluded: “There is absolutely no evidence to suggest that the Cinco Minas mill has been operational for quite some time. In fact, the condition of the equipment suggests many years of neglect. It must be noted that there was an indication of another party having entered the mill site. On one of the mill tanks, located where the power generators used to be, there was a large decal with the writing “Southridge Minerals”. Although it cannot be determined when the decal was put in place, it is obvious that the neglected state of the tanks is evidence to the fact that no one has been using the mill equipment; this includes local individuals, third parties or Southridge Minerals.
How about posting some information to verify your claims!
YOUR HARD FEELINGS SHOULD BE DIRECTED AT Kinross!! They reneged on the deal!! The deal was signed and real!!
So, now the Investors Tour is veiled in secrecy also - just like everything else concerning SRGE.
I think you might want to PM/Email MMR for details
It is another concession title - I didn't see that it was that hard to understand.
I see your page numbers changed again first you were showing 3of4 now it's 1of3 same papers nice try
More Proof SRGE has no Mining Concessions at Cinco Minas.
OK, here we go. From SRGE's own OTC filings - on Page 9: http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportViewer?symbol=SRGE&id=96742
On March 27, 2009, the Company entered into a Preliminary Mineral Exploration Agreement with Omar Alejandro Flores Madrigal for a 100% interest in the Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera Gold properties and mineral concessions in Mexico for a total purchase price of $7,500,000 USD. On March 30, 2009, the Company paid a deposit of $5,000,000 for the properties by issuing a total of 800,000,000 restricted shares at $.00625 to Comercalizadora, Servicios Y Distribuidora Track, S.A. DE C.V. (400,000,000 shares) and to Omar Alejandro Flores Madrigal, Principal Officer, (400,000,000 shares). On April 6, 2009, the 800,000,000 shares were assigned to Novamex Mineral S.A.. On December 10, 2010, the mineral exploration agreement was finalized with the purchase price for the assets comprising the mineral concessions "Gran Cabrera" was $2,500,000 and "Cinco Minas" was $5,000,000. As of August 31, 2012, the total purchase price has been paid in full and $2,257,914 has been incurred for exploration and development costs.
Who knows if CBIS is a real company or not but I do know that FDA approval takes years and many millions of dollars.
I saw the same nonsense from PRTN about imminent FDA approval - and they had just done the initial submission.
But, with that in mind - I hope CBIS does well. Just don't dilute yourself into thinking FDA approval is going to happen anytime soon - it will be several years - I don't they even submit anything.
IG
But Tob, you said earlier today that SRGE was in production.
I would say that a drill programme and assays ARE exploration!!
Now Tob, let's not get to carried away:
It is complicated in Mexico as foreigners can't own property (especially gold/silver mines) without a complex structure of trust companies being set up etc..
Foreign participation in the ownership of such companies must comply with the provisions of the Foreign Investment Law (the “FIL”), which does not impose any limitations with respect to mining, except on radioactive materials.
The FIL allows 100% foreign-owned Mexican firms to obtain concessions.
LOLOL!!! What next?
Garcia and Sanchez owned the mines. Smokescreen.
Thanks, I was to busy arguing with idiots all day - so I suspect I may be classified the same.
IG
If you can read the SRGE financial report it is very straight forward.
Do you want me to walk you through it - of course I will.
SRGE says in OTC filing that they purchased CM and GC from Omar Alejandro Flores Madrigal.
I posted a link to download all of the concession titles and provided the numbers.
I then posted screen shots of title number: 224770.
And as anyone that has researched this will find that SRGE or Omar Alejandro Flores Madrigal is anywhere on the concession title. SRGE scam exposed one more time!
See that was easy.
Don't worry I will post it many more times.
