How about posting some information to verify your claims!

YOUR HARD FEELINGS SHOULD BE DIRECTED AT Kinross!! They reneged on the deal!! The deal was signed and real!!

So now you have access to a signed agreement between SRGE and Kinross - Yeah, I didn't think so just more Pro-SRGE talk that can't be verified.

Here is why your statement is incorrect - SRGE says they supplied the SEC with all of the signed documents.

The SEC looked at all of the evidence and suspended SRGE. The SEC discovered all of the documents were fraudulent and found SRGE guilty - hence the death penalty for SRGE.

But, if you have the documents you better send the to the SEC and get this matter squared away LMAO!!!
