As LoanStew said, I have provided adequate information for anyone to see that Alex Smid is still calling all of the shots.

Why don't you provide documentation to verify and prove that the Phantom CEO Michael Davies really exists.

I guarantee you have zero proof the Davies is a real person - if you do post it.

The Alex Smid MO is still the same. SAEI was suspended for issuing fraudulent press releases.

He did the same thing with SAEI and his vodka company - having the fake financing companies. Oh, he did it with the Ethanol company.

If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck - it must be Alex Smid using the fictional character Michael Davies to fleece unsophisticated investors of their hard unearned money.

I will be waiting for proof Davies exists.
