Shareholders win, traders lose? - Tue Feb 23, 2010 6:13 am
I have a hard time understanding JB's insistence that the PR blitz resulted in traders losing and shareholders winning.
Even as recently as Saturday:
John Bordynuik We have continued to execute our business plan and haven't detoured to accommodate anyone. JBII has nothing to do with ihub and has no interest in it. I do receive emails from people on ihub sending posts. The PR campaign was a success for shareholders (as I said) but bad for traders and shorts. I will explain when I get back. I am very pleased with the results and very pleased with a couple of other events that triggered this week. See you all next week!

compound sacking!!!!
because that's the topic of this board, a place to talk about SPNG!!!!!!
is there supposed to be another reason??????
lol, how does actually filing before a deadline "thwart" something????....
I know it's not always the norm for this Co to release on time, but curious about the intermittent ability in filing required *dox* to bring success to a business plan.....
it's the same guy, do some DD......been following this one for like a decade......I'm also the moderator on the "Stanton Scams" board.....

present and past CEOs of this company seem to have a very poor track record of words vs actual results.....
wonder what the common denominator could be??????

Game 5 starts at 7AM EST today, score tied between Anand and Carlsen at 2 points each as game 5 starts. First to get 6.5 points wins.
for those keeping score, it once was claimed to be an $80K processor (that's only 1% of the now touted $8M based on Madison county "DD"....100 times greater price tag now if one uses The Memos from Madison County as the new metric)......
great post about keeping it "real"......worthy of its sticky status....
Item 5.02 - Departure of Directors or Certain Officers
On November 10, 2014, Mr. William Chady, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of US Fuel Corporation (the "Company"), notified the Company of his decision to resign from all of his positions with the Company (the "Resignation"); our Board of Directors accepted the Resignation on November 10, 2014, effective immediately. Pursuant to his resignation, Mr. Chady waived any accrued cash compensation owed to him.
On November 5, 2014, Mr. Craig Conner, Senior Energy Consultant of US Fuel Corporation (the "Company"), notified the Company of his decision to resign from such position with the Company (the "Resignation"); our Board of Directors accepted the Resignation on November 6, 2014, effective immediately. Pursuant to his resignation, the consulting agreement between the Company and Mr. Conner was terminated; Mr. Conner agreed to waive any accrued salaries owed to him thereunder, or otherwise and also returned the 5 million shares issued to him under the agreement.
Neither Mr. Chady nor Mr. Conner's decision to resign involved any disagreement with the Company pertaining to the Company’s operations, policies or practices or with the Company's management or remaining board members. Rather, in light of the Company's dire cash position, Mr. Chady and Mr. Conner were forced to resign to seek out and obtain more gainful employment opportunities
I wonder how much longer until Heddle says "hell with it".........
tick-tock......
fractional shares:
If you see trades the last milli sold by xxxx was at market close
Oh wow. If only CEO had that much dedication and confidence. He'll probably get 144 tattoo.
is there a source besides message boards that it HAS been settled????
if that's the case, they are negligent in their duty to shareholders in reporting these "sales", especially considering the date on the letter......two months ago:
9/4/14:RECEIVED LETTER FROM RICHARD HEDDLE - JBI THAT DECOMMISSIONING OF ABOVE GROUND TANKS: ES-5, ES-6 & ES-7 HAS COMMENCED.
On November 4, 2014, Mr. Harry Bagot, CEO, President and member of the Board of Directors of US Fuel Corporation (the "Company"), notified the Company of his decision to resign from all of his positions with the Company (the "Resignation"); our Board of Directors accepted the Resignation today, November 5, 2014, effective immediately. Mr. Bagot's decision to resign did not involve any disagreement with the Company pertaining to the Company’s operations, policies or practices or with the Company's management or remaining board members. In light of the Company's cash position, Mr. Bagot resigned to explore other more gainful employment opportunities.
maybe Heddle said otherwise in one of those phantom mid-quarterly updates!!!
(the ones where everyone argued: "it's not mid-quarter yet based on date XX/XX/XXXX, give him a bit more time"!!!!)
Those pics are several years old.....
recent info about the tanks being decommissioned seem to add evidence that they are of a more recent nature...
9/4/14:RECEIVED LETTER FROM RICHARD HEDDLE - JBI THAT DECOMMISSIONING OF ABOVE GROUND TANKS: ES-5, ES-6 & ES-7 HAS COMMENCED.
10/2/14:SAC INSPECT SITE. MET W/ED MALKIEWICZ - JBI. CONTAINMENT DIKES HAVE BEEN REMOVED ALONG WITH ANY CONTAMINATED SOIL. MR. MALKIEWICZ SAID WORST AREA WAS UNDER THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE PLASTIC WHICH IS PROBABLY CONTAMINATION CAUSED BY PRODUCT FROM SPILL NUMBER 1400991 WHICH WENT UNDER THE CONTAINMENT. SAND WAS FOUND AROUND TANKS. MR. MALKIEWICZ SAID SAND WAS PLACED DOWN UNDER THE PLASTIC WHEN CONTAINMENT WAS INSTALLED. ALL 3 ASTs REMAIN IN PLACE. THERE IS STILL PLASTIC UNDERNEATH THE ASTS. WATER AND PRODUCT WAS OBSERVED ON THE REMAINING PLASTIC FOR AT LEAST ONE OF THE TANKS. CONTAMINATED MATERIAL WAS PLACED IN TOTES AND IS STILL ON-SITE INSIDE ONE OF THE BUILDINGS. MR. MALKIEWICZ SAID HE DOES NOT KNOW OF ANY SCHEDULED WORK TO CLEAN AND CLOSE THE TANKS, AT PRESENT.
10/28/14:RECEIVED COPY OF LETTER FROM TERRI MUCHA - DEC OGC TO RICHARD HEDDLE REQUESTING UPDATE ON WORK REQUIRED IN STIPULATION. MS. MUCHA REQUESTED RESPONSE BY 11/14/14.
if they haven't sold one by now, I doubt it will happen....
*this isn't rocket science*...
However, when the normal plastic (polyethylene, polypropylene or poly olefins) was co-fed, it was
determined that this ratio of oil to plastic was insufficient to wet out the plastic due to the large surface area
of the plastic.
Consequently the ratio of oil to plastic had to be increased to 0.2 gallons of oil/lb of plastic to properly wet
out the plastic.
that never ceases to amaze me, 0.2 gallons of oil typically weighs more than the one pound of plastic.......
by mass, it truly is more of an oil to oil process than "normal" plastic to oil.....
a classic!!!!
but he met with Pike, according to the letter!!!!
more proof pyrolysis is BAD for the environment (and wallets!!!).....public or private.....
MM manipulation!!! PROs, CONs, dolts, aromatics, all that.......

what a JOKE!!!!
the efforts and due diligence he performed to ensure the Sponge Tech stock was legitimate
easy come, easy go!!!
those evil MMs at it again!!!!!
of course it was total BS......like about every other PR......
I read something like this, as far as "common denominators":
No John means NO JBI.He's the Core.
considering the value lost for most who believed his original BS, NO JBI might not have been such a bad thing.......but yeah, be hasn't been the only BSer at P2O, I agree with that.....but certainly the common denominator by any definition....
didn't you hear???.....buyout at 600 times current PPS!!!!!
