if that's the case, they are negligent in their duty to shareholders in reporting these "sales", especially considering the date on the letter......two months ago:

9/4/14:RECEIVED LETTER FROM RICHARD HEDDLE - JBI THAT DECOMMISSIONING OF ABOVE GROUND TANKS: ES-5, ES-6 & ES-7 HAS COMMENCED.

Maybe they are decommissioning the tanks at P2O to move them somewhere else where they sold 2,5 or 15 processors at $10-12 million each and they need them there?
