Since I only have one post a day, and won't be able to reply, I'm not attempting to argue the content of your post, but I do want to expand on it.
Most of us here know the racks aren't a new idea or concept in the marketing process of the winning brands lead product. To say they have been using them for two years with no meaningful increase to sales revenues would seem a little short sighted to those who understand Eric's attention to detail in executing a successful plan. Since the developement of the rolling displays Eric located a few aggressive store managers willing to allow the placement of the racks in their retail locations. As we all know, floor space and end caps are far more precious than regular shelf space in the retail enviornment, and this initiative allowed winning brands to collect valuable sales data comparisons, and prove the effectiveness of the rolling display racks.
After a considerble time period for testing and data gathering, they have finally began using this information to approach additional retailers (with proven success) to place racks in their retail location. Since this accelerated pace just began the end of 2010, and seems to be a continual process, it's a little early to determine how much of an impact it will have on sales revenues into the future. All in my opinion of course.

What is the company’s position on getting off the pink sheets/otc and moving to a larger stock market?
ANSWER
As the company’s business operations improve and justify the participation of increasingly senior figures in the investment sector, so too our options will be re-examined. I would like to replace Regulation D, Rule 504 financing with other forms that are available to reporting companies, however the cost/complexity of reporting status for us is still being evaluated. Winning Brands demonstrates that it is continuously improving what it does. Our goal is to emerge from the earliest and most vulnerable stage of publicco arrangements to something more mature, with all that this entails. It is important not to rush headlong into commitments along these lines that are inadequately thought through. I have recently increased the intensity of my enquiries along the lines of elevating the company’s stature and ensuring that our circumstances suit such advancement. It is easy to make false assumptions about the advantages of doing what you ask about. We must be wise in the question of if/how/when this is dealt with. High calibre advisors are being brought into the discussion about this issue,now that the prospect of a national U.S. retailing footprint for Winning Brands is becoming increasingly real.

I find it interesting that the usual characters show up as the momentum begins, buzz starts rising, and chart is looking great. Winning Brands will continue to grow, and expand product awareness regardless of whats posted on this or any board. Articles and testimonials are starting to appear all over the internet like this one below. It's a matter of time before the efforts by management begin to bear fruits, and the shareholders begin to reap their just rewards. The question is, do you want to along for the ride, or do you want to wave as the parade goes by.

The important part about the European trade show is the number of countries represented. These are other distributors which will be present, so it's worth noting the additional possibilities of rapid expansion across Europe.

The new distributor Roma will introduce Winning Colours to attendees of the largest trade shows in southeast Europe. The countries that send distribution representitives to this show is remarkable. This one show could land Winning Colours on the shelves in many additional European countries in the future.

Incorrect information once again. The factual and truthful information puts the O/S at 1,233,837,353 in June of 2009. To say the O/S has doubled since then is simply false and misleading.

The factual information is the O/S was 1,123,307,353 on 3-29-2009, (almost 2 years ago)not around 700 million as the post continues to imply. If fact the whole twisted posting habbit seems a little confusing.

That is a very simplistic, and quite possibly incorrect way of viewing the new IR firm. I have spoken with him as well, and believe in time his market knowledge, expertise, invertor reach, and connections developed over the years will bear fruit in due time.

Absolutly brilliant to use numbers to project future outcomes for WNBD that would put the market cap at approx 1/4 of current sales being generated. All this talk about triple o's is misleading and irresponsible to say the least. We have a company currently selling products in some of Canada's largest retailers, and advancing into the US through one of the largest populated city's. Future projections is fine, but it needs to be kept realsitic unless missinformation distribution is the reason for the post.

“Was the second order a replenishment order, or filling the pipeline?”
ANSWER:
Each retailer makes different information available to us about sell-through. It takes time in some instances to earn the trust of the retail partner to receive this information. Some others have the culture and mechanisms that allows vendors to determine this exactly. In the case of Spartan, the participating stores are not all corporately owned, but rather in a wholesale supply relationship. Thus, we do not yet have the means to distinguish between “re-stocking” activity and initial fill being made from our shipments. This may evolve as the account operations evolve.
We have an excellent relationship with Spartan. Winning Brands appreciates the opportunity that their decision to add the 4 ounce bottle (for starters) to their re-sets represents. Now that the originally targeted stores all seem to have their inventories and everything is in place, there will be marketing cooperation of various kinds to bring attention to the presence of Winning Colours Stain Remover in these stores. There will also be experimentation with price points in promotions to develop statistics for marketing strategies. In-store merchandising techniques of various kinds are being discussed with Spartan now to stimulate velocity at the shelf during 2011.

.I am in New York for planning meeting with Duane Reade tomorrow (Monday). Duane Reade stores are so numerous that it is almost impossible to be a normal New Yorker without being in one from time to time! I don’t believe that there is any equivalent saturation of any banner, in any category, in an American city on this scale.

Courtesy Call with a National Account

.In a courtesy call today with one of the three national accounts considering Winning Colours Stain Remover, the decision maker apologized for not having delivered the decision yet, given the fact that 30 days had elapsed, and asked for our understanding that it might take 2-3 more weeks. No concerns were expressed by either party – it was merely an acknowledgment by the other side that we would no doubt be wondering about the status, and that we will receive word, one way or another, asap.
I am sharing this with our stakeholders so that they are aware of the current circumstances. The other two accounts are in a similar mode – all having confirmed within the past week their understanding that we would like to get started if possible.
To clarify, these are not the only accounts being worked on either, they are merely the most senior, and the most advanced.

Yeah, we've been hearing that same ole sermon for about a year now, and the numbers just don't add up lol. Even at worst case senario (which is way high) we would be looking at $2.00 per bottle, but probably closer to $1.25 actually.... but even worst case we are talking about $24.00 per case at our cost. So to stock a national account of 2,500 locations with two cases each for opening order would come to a whopping cost of $120,000 dollars lol. If I remember correctly we have a P.O. line of credit for $500,000 through Bibby.
Don't seem like inventory or stocking capabilities should be an issue.
Nope I never have stated that, or proposed that possibility, but I do believe it has the possibility to become a successful company, and make shareholders happy in the future.
So is about 4,000 other start up pink sheet issues duh. What's your point? It may remain there, or it can blow through 52 week highs with the stroke of a pen.

You may worry about past quarters, but I prefer to look to the future as opposed to the past. Well, they are good for comparision purposes, but you can't speculate about the past, right? I'm not gambling on what they did last quarter, I'm gambling on what they are going to do in the future, and I actually like my odds here, but that's just me I guess.

3) WNBD is parternered with the largest sundries distributor in North America (Lancaster with 15,000 clients)
4) WNBD is launching product this month in New York's Duane Reade Pharmacy (owned by Walgreens)
5) WNBD is in three test stores with Lowes in the United States
6) WNBD has been invited to several line-item reviews, and made the short list for consideration in one of the US largest home improvement retailers. (waiting on decision from retailer)
7) WNBD continues to advance in the international markets

There have been quite a few things which have been stated pretty definitively by shareholders/ex-shareholders only to be proven wrong when the facts were revealed.
I agree with your summary of the way people react to free sample hand-outs, but I believe the pamphlet may make a huge difference in the way it's accepted and used. I think if people read the pamphlet, the largest majority of them will see they have an immediate use for the sample given the large number of uses listed. If they simply recieved a sample of a stain remover there is a good posibility some poeple would forget where they put it by the time they realized they had a stain to try it on. I strongly believe the pamphlets could make immediate believers and consumers in the product.
Maybe we could have awards in several catagories.
Of course those cost concious buyers could always buy a gallon from pearson's for $29.99 lol, but I guess it all depends on whether you want to make it look economical or not, right?

Shareholder Question: Performance of Displays

You talk about the displays. Can you comment on the performance of the racks AFTER they are installed? Do sales STAY better than before they went in?
ANSWER:
For readers who would like further background to this question, the archive entry of October 12, 2010 provides the context. For regular readers, the most current numbers for this particular display location, which is the longest running measurement of a specific before/after site, is as follows:
BEFORE
Display installed August 18, 2010. Prior to installation, Year-to-Date figure was less than 1 bottle per week.
AFTER
2010 = 233 units (increase to approximately 1.5 bottles per day following installation August 18, 2010 )
2011 = 083 units (approximately 1.25 bottles per day maintained during disruptive renovation of the department, just completed)
The current emphasis in the Winning Brands business model is to work to achieve a blended average of one large bottle per day per location across its retailer base. The best performing store to date of any banner with at least one year of verifiable numbers sold 686 large bottles. The best performing store to date of any banner during an in-store feature, without price reduction to the consumer, is 5 large bottles per day, for the duration of the feature. A feature can be as simple as moving the display to a prominent location within the store. Such statistics are providing guideposts to develop suitable programs and identify natural “winners” – stores with whom it will be possible to exceed the blended average consistently for mutual benefit.

Don't be silly. Many of these stock promo companies that have previously promoted a company has their old company profile on file. This investment banking stuff was a failed attempt in the early life of SNRS before they changed direction. This doesn't mean the company putting out this info is being compensated, and they usually aren't thus the old out-dated information.
According to the CEO the sample packs are currently costing shareholders anything, since they were paid for in the past.
You have been around the penny market much too long to be making such a rookie mistake. Why do you feel like you need to make your money back on the same stock you lost it on lol. Typical newbie mindset, if this is such a pos then cut your losses, and go play one with more volume and price movement to make your money back.
If the object is to get your money back, why should you care where it comes from? Many good plays out there to make money on if you don't like this one.
You refer to the support of a national account being a problem, so if they were to max out the PO financing, given an approximent 50% profit margin that's 250k in working capital to support the national account from the opening order alone. That doesn't account for any other gross contribution from other current retailers either.
This statement couldn't be farther from reality. WNBD has a 500,000 Purchase order financing agreement through Bibby, so that is certainly not the problem. Therefore much of the gross proceeds from a national account could be used for support, but good guess anyway.
FFF why do most people say we??
90% of the common work force refers to the company they work for as "we" "our" "my" ect... when they basically have no say in the operations of the company. They either do as they are told, or find another job. Examples
We (the company) are working on a project with IBM.
When are you coming to work with OUR (the company) company?
You see, just as many trust their employer to do what's necessary to keep them employed, so do many trust Eric to do what's necessary to make WNBD successful. Only time will tell, but I'm sure there are better things to discuss than the way people view their position here right???

I felt that particular type of investor would fit into the first group, but I guess there may be some that don't understand, or want to accept it when the music stops. With WNBD that day may be a long time coming, since the real music is just now being cued up.
Even in reading my post again, I didn't see where I expressed a concern for the company you work for, so maybe you have my post confused with someone else??
