90% of the common work force refers to the company they work for as "we" "our" "my" ect... when they basically have no say in the operations of the company. They either do as they are told, or find another job. Examples
We (the company) are working on a project with IBM.
When are you coming to work with OUR (the company) company?
You see, just as many trust their employer to do what's necessary to keep them employed, so do many trust Eric to do what's necessary to make WNBD successful. Only time will tell, but I'm sure there are better things to discuss than the way people view their position here right???
