According to the CEO the sample packs are currently costing shareholders anything, since they were paid for in the past.

The first picture is the inside of the 3-panel brochure, opened. The second is the outside of the 3-panel brochure, opened. The 50,000 pocket packs that will be distributed in key New York public locations such as Times Square and Grand Central Terminal have already been manufactured and paid for, in full, long ago in preparation for this event.
