I need to get more and I'll be just fine.
That will be true for the next 50+ years of your life. Get used to it.
Hope your Dad stays well. Sometimes, it is better to be lucky than good, but, eventually, it takes being good to be lucky.

That was my million? I thought I was playing with Churak's money?
Not even close to spam, but one hell of a nice grub -- full house and palindrome.
Time to make my mil back.....another mil on:
Philly +3
Denver -3
KC -7
Det +7
Texas -20
I am assuming we can mix college and pro. Thanks for adding the UT-A&M game. UT wants that BCS slot too much not to blow out A&M with some 21st century payback.
How about your car? House? First born? ARTHRITIS will collateralize...
Where the heck do you think the gone mil came from -- except for the first born and I had to return some to eliminate that ongoing expense. I might, however, be able to find some oil shale in Canuck land. Seems like Solv-ex had a patent for making that stuff into wasted millions.
Many will be more likely to play if you list the complete names of who is playing who. Many of us can cut and paste a lot more quickly than having to look it up.
I blew it all in Vegas -- nothing left.

I am leaving town this afternoon (Atlanta tonight, Philadelphia and Delaware tomorrow, and Louisiana Tuesday and Wednesday) and will not be back till the wagging week is done. Happy Thanksgiving to all. May all your wags this week be turkeys.
I'll take these three pro games. Heck, as long as it is funny money, I'll go for the gusto with a cool million.
New England 6 HOUSTON.......New England -6
DENVER 10 Chicago...........Denver -10
PHILADELPHIA 7 New Orleans..Philadelphia -7
I thought people sent messages and posters hung on walls. I guess we must have some inanimate people posing as posters. <g>
A mention and memorialization in the I-Box on this thread:

Nice wag -- off by an hour and 18 minutes, or so.

I am abck and will wag as usual.
I have a disconnected crapper, but I don't know what that has to do with this. The plumber's invoice said that he found that my "1 piece elongated Kohler Rochelle with ball cock is bad." I'm still trying to figure it out.
It might work well as a stamp on the back of business cards.
Thought someone here might be interested in this.

I have seen the light -- and it was not from a filament of my imagination.
We really do appreciate it. So just where should we use our powers to send this wonderful weather?
I figured -- that is what made it funny.
Hey, where are you?
LOL.
I like it.
Lots of rain here and a few tornados around town, but so far we have avoided the tornados. The rain gauge says we have had 3.5" of rain since this morning, but other areas have been in the 6"+ range.
For the next one, we ought to consider a rule requiring wags to be made by a certain number of days before the event or just by a fixed deadline and allowing wags to be changed until that time. On the other hand, maybe we should just make Matt stop changing the way he counts posts. <g>

Just had a very weird electrical event. Lots of lightening outside: one hit just across the street -- less than 30 yards from where I sit. I have a desk lamp with a halogen bulb. When the lightening hit, the bulb flicked momentarily -- as though it was burning out.
I assumed it burned out, until I flicked the switch and realized that it was turned off, not on. Even with the switch off, the bulb lit momentarily when the lightening hit. The lamp is sitting next to the computer and it was not affected -- at all, directly or indirectly. Both the lamp and the puter are plugged into the same surge suppressor and it's fuse did not pop.
You may need to reinstall Quicken. I am just guessing, but that file may be something Quicken looks for when it is installing and once not found does not look for again. Of course, if you decide to try and reinstall Quicken, make multiple backups first and make sure at least one of them works before beginning the reinstallation. NOTHING sucks more than losing Quicken data.
