You may need to reinstall Quicken. I am just guessing, but that file may be something Quicken looks for when it is installing and once not found does not look for again. Of course, if you decide to try and reinstall Quicken, make multiple backups first and make sure at least one of them works before beginning the reinstallation. NOTHING sucks more than losing Quicken data.
