Agree! And totally agree! Otc's free to continue....
gernb1 - I didn't say you weren't the first to bring up the museum thing....I think you were. Congratulations on that! Good find!
And Cassandra agreed that it could be a good thing, but then once she said that, it got turned into no, the real money would be in the maintenance, blah blah.
Curious how you came up with your alias if you're not into sailing.
Just thought it kinda funny how ya'll pounded Cassandra for the museum-zoo thing, and now along comes Sentinel posting how great this COULD be, lol.
BTW - Are you into sailing?
Hmmmm! Didn't we have a big go-round about the museum - zoo thingy just recently? LOL.
gotmilk - I know what you're talking about!! (Scary thought, lol)
I had exactly what you're referring to, but lost it when I got this new 'puter. Closest I can come now is the "cheers" one in the enclosed.....
BTW - Just clicking on the screen will return most of 'em to normal. I had to use Ctrl/Alt/Delete to get out of "cheers"
http://www.kyla.co.uk/toilet/
Anything is possible at this point.
If anything is possible, why do you begrudge someone else's viewpoint?
One of the nice things about being single and retired is...you eat when you're hungry, sleep when you're tired, lol.
Pretty much do what you want, when you want, and with whom you want.
Not trying to learn EDIGista, "expect" to pick it up by assimilation "soon."
Ya'll gonna get me jailed or booted for this off-topic stuff, but....one last OT post.
Krupa/Rich were great!...Tops!...for their time. I have several old 78's of them. There are drummers out there now, Neal Pert of Rush comes to mind, that are untouchable. They can completely separate their top half from their lower half, playing a half dozen totally separate rhythms at the same time.
No, you wouldn't know my name, lol. I've been in prolly a dozen different bands over the last 40 years, mostly playing the local club scene. Rock, Country, Pop, Classic's.
Last gig my last band did was New Years a year and a half ago. First time all 4 of us were in the same place at the same time in a long time. Got too old & lazy to be setting up & tearing down 47-odd pieces of equipt. Next life coming back as keyboards - a keyboard & a box to haul around! LOL Still jam now & again though.
Have a Gibson SG & Yamaha PSR keyboard I mess around with to jam with MTV or CD's, LOL
Last band did Classic Rock! Lots of Zep, some Sabbath,(Paranoid was a bear to get right) Santana, James Gang, Mac, Tucker, Mountain, Bad CO., Skynrd, etc. Had about 20-25 originals, & did blues, lots of blues. We did "Down by the River" in 2 minutes or 45 minutes, depending on the mood, even got some reggae in it sometimes!
Love the music!!
You obviously know this stock much better than I, but I'd have to agree with your assessment.
All in all, it's held the double from .12 pretty well so far.
Key words, "so far." LOL.
Sticket - Actually, no. I switched often during a gig.
Last band I was in I ran two snares, a 14x7 and a 14x5, both chrome. 14x5 was tight, gave crisp, sharp sound. 14x7 had looser heads, more mellow, deeper sound.
Good contrast, especially for blues.
BTW - This is second time you've posted the same message to me, but I haven't learned EDIGista speak yet, so you'll have to make it plainer if this is not what you were referring to.
I saw that. Good trading.
I didn't see the puffery coming soon enough to do me any real good.
a concerted effort today to distract from this:
Right! We MUST concentrate!
And memorize, if possible.
Stick to the same old stuff over and over.
Don't tell me, in all your wisdom, that you think someone has to come here to learn about EDIG?
Numerous reasons why I joined this board, among them was the now booted HotrodHans, lol.
Another is I like to look back on previous trades as I've discovered that some of 'em will occasionally make another run somewhere down the line. Several other reasons too, but.....
Lately though, to be honest, I get more laughs out of the rabid EDIGista's defending their precious baby on this board than I do reading the Sunday comics.
I'm mostly a mo trader nowadays, and yes, lol, I KNOW there are MUCH better stocks to trade than this. But too, a few hundred here and there several times a day does add up while waiting for the occasional big one, lol.
And yes, I know about the much ballyhoo'd $24.00 rocket ride, I was there. As I'm sure anyone that knows about it will tell you, I also made the proverbial bundle on it.
And didn't ride it all the way down as some did. In fact, didn't even make it all the way to the top. In around $3.00 and $4.00, out around $15.00, 16, 17 & $18.00. Pure luck!
As for long term on this one, as you say, anything is possible, but I'll pass, thank you. Much better long terms out there too, especially in Bio's right now.
Notice I didn't any anything about the absurd?
Assuming that last line in your post was a question, I don't think it's any of your business whether I own this stock or not.
But, I will say this....today I do not own any EDIG stock.
Thought about getting a wee bit a couple days ago, thinking it might pop a little with all the hype about the 10-k, PR, and especially knowing the webcast would be pretty much cotton candy giving ya'll that warm, fuzzy feeling, but thankfully decided against it. Wouldn't have popped enough to be worthwhile.
BTW - Aren't we about due for another last ten trades thingy?
ROTF! Perhaps a pretty expensive lesson, imo. Nice spin, btw.
Couple of questions...
Why are you all so down on the bonus thing?
The bonus's don't seem that far out of line for company management these days. After all, as you've said, they did manage to keep the company afloat during some trying times using some savvy financial dealings. And, as you've also stated, they have now put you on a course of many rich's to come. So why begrudge them a little reward for doing the fine job ya'll say they have been doing?
And why are you so down on MIR?
As I understand it, she is/was a long time EDIGista in good standing. Her only "crime" I can see is to ask some legitimate questions, make some astute observations and raise some concerns recently about the company. And for this, ya'll turn on her like a pack of hyenas. What's up with that? Are ya'll that insecure about your investment that no questioning, or criticism of the company whatsoever can be tolerated? ( or, since I have heard some grumblings, especially about the bonus thing, is it to be done only by certain "qualified" EDIGistas?)
Personally, I like to hear all I can about my investments, the good, the bad, and the ugly.
Has anyone tried this? Looks legit, but WDIK.
I just came across this site, any thoughts on it?

You may be on to something there.
I rarely get spam in my hotmail account, maybe one every couple of months, if that.
FWIW - After registering my hotmail account, when I'd get an email, I noticed that it showed the senders real name in front of their addy. So I sent myself an email to my hotmail addy from another email acct, and sure enough, every hotmail message I was sending was showing my real name in front of my hotmail address.
So I went to options/personal profile and put Old as my first name, and Drummerman as my last. Now it shows "Old_Drummerman"<Old_Drummerman@hotmail.com> to anyone I send a message to instead of my real name in front of the addy.
I've mentioned this to several hotmail friends. If you have a short alias, put it in either the first name or last name box and it'll work.
Too many nuts out there to be giving out your real name by sending a hotmail message.
LOL, for some reason your post reminded me of when I was trading CORV a while back. Actually looked to see if there was an ETTE stock to go along with it. Alas....no such thing.
Curious....Why would they say today that they don't have a timeframe at all for registering the shares, but in the recent 10-k they had a timeframe of 6-30-03? Seems a bit misleading to me.
The Company has agreed to use its best efforts to file a registration statement
for the shares underlying the Series D stock by June 30, 2003.
Email from RP:
Thank you for your e-mail, Todd. To date, they have not wanted the shares registered nor have they given us a timeframe for registration.
Kudo's to EDIG! I guess it is worth a PR just to state they finally fullfilled an "expected" deal, and on time too. LOL.
The Company has agreed to use its best efforts to file a registration statement for the shares underlying the Series D stock by June 30, 2003.
Key words "use it's best efforts." Looks like they came up short once again, lol.
Anything this company puts out is full of "we expect" "are expected" "are negotiating" "are scheduled" "we anticipate" "look forward" statements, hardly ever anything concrete.
I expect the webcast to be more of the same, just more cotton candy.
See what happens when you delete one of my posts? That'll learn ya, lol.
(Joke...I had nothing to do with it, honest!)
Actually, I thought I'd been booted as it happened right after my post was deleted. Thought that was kinda drastic, and gotta admit, had me a bit worried.
Matt - Imo, that board is one of the top 2-3 "picker" boards on RB...if not THE best. Two of the best 3 pickers are on vacation this week though.
Porscha - Thanks for the great report on the 'Vette celebration. Would have given my left... little finger to see that!
I know the feeling I get of seeing just 2 or 3 of 'em together, or a club rally, etc. ....can't imagine seeing a whole field of 'em.
I've had a Camaro for years, and decided at the end of '01 to get a Z28 SS with the thought of it maybe being a collectors item somewhere down the line. But.... once I discovered I was about 10k or so short of a 'Vette, I couldn't get the 'Vette out of my mind.
Kept thinking about being just another old gray dude with a 'Vette, and one side of my brain was saying it's kinda impractical, lot of money, etc., but other side won out.... finally said who the hell cares, lol.
Didn't like the Z06 roof line, and suspension a little too firm for my tastes, so ended up getting a black on black '02 Coupe with everything. (Except ride control...everyone I talked to said it wasn't worth it)
Right after putting in the order I went to the parts dept. and bought the Z06 grills for the front, had them before the 'Vette was delivered, lol. Believe it or not, they're just velcro'd in. Would have cost a small fortune to take the front end off and do 'em right. As it is, they cost $75.00... each. Coulda gone to Home Depot and got the same mesh for around $5.00 total, lol.
Only other thing I've done is tint the rear window as dark as possible....Unbelievable what they do with that stuff nowadays. Can't see in at all, but I can see out, even with shades on, real good....put chrome letters on the back "Corvette" indentations, and a chrome plate with the 'Vette logo down between the exhaust tips.
Thinking of putting on a Borla exhaust to bring out the sound a bit more, <g> and a K & N air system.
Had it up to 151 so far, (with more to go but was running out of clear road) and if it wasn't for things rushing past pretty quickly, you'd never think you're going that fast. Brakes, steering, suspension all seem to adjust for the speed.
I used to think 'Vette owners were fanatic nuts, but I totally, completely understand now. Love that machine.
test
Thanks! How many times has that been posted now, lol. It still looks like a loss to me. Besides, it's just standard reporting.
And yeah, I know, just wait for the next report, lol.
Can't wait for the webcast. Since they can say just about anything in it, ya'll should have plenty to talk about. Over and over and over, 24/7.
I rest my case. (For tonight)
No code, lol. EDIGista is the nicest term I could come up with for ya'll.
You sure are a confusing bunch. I was under the impression you INVESTORS just couldn't wait for the report to come out.
Now that it's here, and not quite as impressive as everyone hoped for, it's just "fine print" and "standard language"?
I always kinda thought the "fine print" is where the goodies were usually found.
BTW - Can you prove that "all of EDIG's markets are pretty much forward looking from here?" Or is this just more "forward looking" "possibilities" and wishful thinking.
(This "proof" seems to be what is required of any negative thoughts regarding EDIG, lol)
I'm curious. Can you, or any of the EDIGistas, explain to me why it's ok for you to post all these "food for thought", "forward looking" "possibilities", unrelated MSFT charts that have absolutely nothing to do with EDIG other than dreams and wishes, etc., but it's not ok to post any negative thoughts or possibilities?

Lol, I think we're reading the same sources.
I like the buzz on this one....have a buy in for more @.10, but doubt if it gets filled.
Doesn't look like it, lol. I was actually hoping to pick up more on a dip or two to maybe .05 or .06.
Alas, looks like I'm gonna have to average UP.
but to blame any one individual for posting their perspective IS A BIG COP OUT and the most infantile form of avoiding personal responsibility I have yet to see.
Totally agree!
Might check on the Computer Learning board. Good people there could prolly help.
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/board.asp?board_id=470
Meanwhile, and just a guess, try going to tools/'net options/advanced and put a check mark on "play animations in web pages."
My 'Vette's still laying rubber, and the drummer's still pounding 'em.
Looks like your dude's still bending over too, lol.
I like it too. Nibbled on a small bit of it today....plan to average up/down as the case may be over the next couple, 3 or 4 weeks.
(Plan is subject to change at a moments notice though, lol.)
I truly hope you aren't referring to my posting that Susie Q tune yesterday. If so, I apologize.
It just never crossed my mind that there might be some idjit out there with an ancient, limited capacity browser, on dial-up, no less, who'd be wanting to check out some tunes while making a trade that could cause him to go broke.
Especially a rap version of the Beer Barrel Polka, lol.
Seriously, I've been on cable for a year now and forget what it was like on dial-up. Thought I was the last to go to cable, but guess not.
Went from a DELL 200mmx, 64 sram memory, 4 gig hard drive on dial-up to a DELL 2.26 P4, 512 PC800 RDRAM, 80 gig hard drive and got cable at the same time. Had to strap myself to the chair at first, lol.
BTW - How'd the trade go?
