gotmilk - I know what you're talking about!! (Scary thought, lol)

I had exactly what you're referring to, but lost it when I got this new 'puter. Closest I can come now is the "cheers" one in the enclosed.....

BTW - Just clicking on the screen will return most of 'em to normal. I had to use Ctrl/Alt/Delete to get out of "cheers"
