Curious....Why would they say today that they don't have a timeframe at all for registering the shares, but in the recent 10-k they had a timeframe of 6-30-03? Seems a bit misleading to me.

The Company has agreed to use its best efforts to file a registration statement
for the shares underlying the Series D stock by June 30, 2003.

Thank you for your e-mail, Todd. To date, they have not wanted the shares registered nor have they given us a timeframe for registration.
