From today's PR:
"The intersection in SPL-91-5, 0.46 oz gold/ton across 2.3', is of particular interest since it may mark the discovery of a new type of vein on the property, with coarse free-milling gold, ...";
(ounces, not grams!)
"The company expects to post additional reports on the property exploration in the upcoming days, including a recent property evaluation."
keyword, "RECENT"...
BTW 6,655,000 shares listed as "sells" were BUYS...

Re: potential silver mine merger
In response to your question,
"We know Silver mining merger is on the table. But did I miss something when you said
Quote:
------------------------------------------------------------------Whoa... Merger with SILVER mine coming?"
---------------------------------------------
All I MEANT was that today's new report at http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=42615 , which pennyandy brought to our attention, seems to concern silver rather than gold; therefore, I guess I viewed it as confirmation of the coming silver merger (perhaps even precursor to news), which is exciting to me because of the article at
http://finance.yahoo.com/banking-budgeting/article/111838/sell-gold-buy-silver
(I was also looking for other's opinions on what this report might mean.)
(It very well might regard gold, I just glanced at the thing and saw the word "silver.")
Whoa... Merger with SILVER mine coming?
Does this report have anything at all to do with Canada Co. or GOLD?
OR, does this indicate the next (SILVER) merger potentially in the works?
If so, silver is extremely undervalued right now, and will soon be HOT, historically priced at a 1:14 ratio compared to gold, it's now at 1:50. In fact, it seems there may soon begin a massive short squeeze in silver!
See:

Good find, pennyandy!

that was a 1,000,000 share buy at .01
CEO clarified that in CC: 5,000 cases per month extrapolate to about $1.1 million in sales per year, NOT per month.
Also understand that the 5,000 case figure is not the ultimate goal, but calculated to make sure everything goes smooth, "so in the event they encounter a problem, it will be a SMALL problem, NOT a big one."
AFTER THAT they "conservatively" move to 25,000 cases per month, which = $5.25M per year in sales based on a cost to distributors of $17.50 per case.
Now someone correctme if I'm wrong, but I think this, the 25,000 cases per month, is the goal to which he referred by around July, which, in the industry, is generally considered "the end of the year" for new beverage introductions.
When pressed on why he kept saying "conservatively," Twombly explained because his personal opinion is that the numbers could be much higher.

"TICKER CHANGE the big catalyst?" (Repost from 11/10/09)
"I agree that the approaching spinoff dividend deadline, or perhaps some surprise news from one of many subsidiaries - may be what gets this stock trending upwards once again. (Or just the simple fact that the shares are locked up with no dilution to come for the longest time. We only need this low volume consolidation to run its course.)
But let me share with the board a thought I can't shake out of my head. I know the old Seaway Valley Capital Corporation (SWVC) has long since joined the ranks of the worst diluters of all times, but that thought aside, I just can't forget when I was holding a crapload of GS Carbon (GSCR) around .006 - .008 after Seaway aquired that shell, and after an initial explosion it had fallen and simply could not get back up. I just couldn't understand why it held that low range for the seeming longest time . . . UNTIL the day that the Name and Ticker changed. To my surprise, it hit the ground running the very first day and had a multi-day run far beyond my exits through the .02's and .03's.
I just wonder if this stock might not have a multi-day run in the days following the ticker change?
That ticker change could occur any day now, and we'll know the day before - even if the company does not announce it - because it will be posted in the OTCBB "daily list."
Just a thought, for what it's worth."
Frank
[Is it possible for someone to sticky-note this post for a while?]
I agree with Mojocash, best part of PR's:
The best part of every pr :Accredited Business Consolidators Corp., f/k/a the Italian Oven, is a diversified holding corporation. The total number of common shares outstanding is 436,399,500. 328,018,200 shares are in the public float, 70,546,600 shares are restricted in certificate form, and 37,834,700 shares are unrestricted but in certificate form. There will be no increase in shares until at least April, 2010.
385,000 shares of today's volume is me adding
on today's break above the multi-day downtrend line (and that, the day after a doji).

MCDA 4,974,379 float as of Aug 28, 2009
.06 MCDA 7M O/S, AND news today which stated, "This is a major move for the company."
Float = 4,974,379 as of Aug 28, 2009!
Stock moving and could explode with any late day buying.
just getting started
34M float in .003's ICBT
ICBT .0037 x .0038, 34M float, 284M O/S, 500M authorized
pharmaceutical and environmental co. on the move with chart that's ready
This is the first time since run began that the stock opened at low of day and closed at high of day. I don't know how much it means, but it does seem to indicate strength. All we need now is for the mystery seller to stay away.
This is my first post in 10 years of trading
I never signed up before, because in other forums I always seem to end up pumping my own stock! (As if none of you can relate.)Sometimes I was right, sometimes wrong, but got sick of it and so years ago just started watching from the sidelines.
But talked to the CEO Friday, and just wanted to pass on what he said - and how he said it.
I asked if he knew why the stock was moving, specifically if any news was coming out in the next couple days.
His response was, "I couldn't tell you even if there was, unless I made it public. But what I can tell you is we're working very hard to get worldwide recognition."
With conviction in his voice, he continued, "And we're making strides in that area."
Next, I asked him if they recently completed a PIPE transaction, and mentioned I saw it at some lawyer's website. (To be honest, I was hoping that website's information was old, because from my reading the night before, it sounded like PIPE transactions are often a bad thing because they are so dilutive.) He replied with an authoritative, almost disgusted, "NO THERE IS NO PIPE TRANSACTION; they are generally too dilutive." (I kid you not. Just like I had read.) Then he admitted to having done a tiny ($25,000) PIPE transaction a few years back, but didn't need to make it public because it was so small. I am guessing THAT is the transaction the lawyer's website may have been referring to.
Sorry to burst any bubbles, but I just had to clear that up.
On the other hand, THIS IS GOOD!
There are better, less dilutive ways "to get worldwide recognition" than through a PIPE transaction. Who knows what they might have up their sleeve.
(Nor does it necessarily mean there is no R/M.)
Last thing:
I also talked to him a couple weeks ago (I've been a bagholder here for the longest time), and AT THAT TIME he told me, and I quote, "There may be some announcements in the coming weeks."
Between these two calls, I am not surprised at all that this stock has finally started moving. And yes, with the low O/S (let alone float) I am hoping for higher prices.
