Founder of NatureWell, Donald Brucker, Dies at Age 72

Hello Mr. Flannery,
this is my latest post at IHUB - would be nice if you would read it and hope you can give a positive statement to my requests or better desires and suggestions expressed in it from me and some german friends of a German investor group - not sure if they can put more money in this company- because they afraid of dilution and r/s`s at American stocks, like CTXI!?
What is the actual o/s? Is it still 431m or has it raised already again?
Do you think of r/s in the next two years?
Could you, for example, promise to your shareholders, that a/s will not be raised the next two years and no r/s will be done the next two years?
..if you could promise these two things, this would be the best NEWS ever you could give to your shareholders, THINK ABOUT IT, PLEASE!!
I wish you only the best and hope to get a response, soon!!
