I`ve wrote an email to Flannery, just right now, here a copy:
Hello Mr. Flannery,
this is my latest post at IHUB - would be nice if you would read it and hope you can give a positive statement to my requests or better desires and suggestions expressed in it from me and some german friends of a German investor group - not sure if they can put more money in this company- because they afraid of dilution and r/s`s at American stocks, like CTXI!?
What is the actual o/s? Is it still 431m or has it raised already again?
Do you think of r/s in the next two years?
Could you, for example, promise to your shareholders, that a/s will not be raised the next two years and no r/s will be done the next two years?
..if you could promise these two things, this would be the best NEWS ever you could give to your shareholders, THINK ABOUT IT, PLEASE!!
I wish you only the best and hope to get a response, soon!!

Want to say a "short hello" to all, think the ticker-change will take place on Tuesday/Wednesday, from then on - perhaps/hopefully - a new star will be born: MicroHoldings US, Inc. with a new ticker-symbol - I believe big things will come here, think Flannery is doing a very good job and hope he will not even think of doing a R/S, here!!
Big dilutions are poison for stocks - R/S`s, also!!

please think about this - be carefully at these to points of matter, they are of large interest to shareholders - you have some very nice sharesholders, already, believing in you and your work you do for this company you have constructed here - would not be nice, to punish them through huge dilution and R/S´s, or??!!
Please do no R/S`s!!!! P L E A S E!!! ..you have the possiblility to get long-term credits from banks when you need more money, `cause you have good chances for success with this business model, this would be the best for your shareholders and you must not dilute to hell!! Think about - it would be the best for you, your company and your shareholders, you would see a constantly rising PPS!! It`s very important for being a respectablly company to earn the well-deserved confidence of good and loyal shareholders- investors mostly put their hard earned money in stocks - try to be worth of it, Mr. Flannery - would be nice if you give the promise to your shareholders not to do a r/s for the next two year or more, for example, that would be nice!!
