2 monkeys left now at 43....
3 little monkeys at 43, time for them to run too....
Looking like another EOD push is in order
I don't see no dates, sounds like they are bran new
sounds like a new cereal...bran with no dates.
Could be setting up for a bounce here if you have the stomach for it...
all imo.
Interesting...as the last of the 007s were hitting the bid, AUTO and VERT both dropped off the ask.
AUTO just came back at 077
maybe they're ready to let it breathe a little bit, or is that too much to ask for?
EDIT: apparently so, as AUTO is back at 0073; looks like VERT might be done for now though.
so another step in the right direction I guess....
8-K just filed, nothing earth shattering, just naming their SEC agent....or is that earth shattering and I'm just not feeling it?

Press Release Source: EGPI Firecreek, Inc. On Tuesday July 27, 2010, 10:30 am
SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwire - 07/27/10) - EGPI Firecreek, Inc. (OTC.BB:EFIR - News) and E-ViEWS Safety System, Inc. ("E-ViEWS") announced today several significant milestones that are expected to expand market opportunities on a domestic and global level.
Siemens AG (which currently trades on the New York Stock Exchange), the global powerhouse in electronics and electrical engineering, operates in the industry, energy and healthcare sectors. They are also Europe's largest engineering conglomerate with over 420,000 employees in 190 countries and have partnered with E-ViEWS in order to integrate the E-ViEWS EVP System with their intersection controller system.
Currently, Siemens AG dominates 60% of the worldwide intersection controller market for intelligent traffic systems (ITS). By Siemens agreeing to partner with E-ViEWS for the integration of the EVP System with their intersection controller system, it will give E-ViEWS unprecedented market leverage as the company seeks to expand domestically and globally.
As previously reported E-ViEWS received approval from Houston Transtar and implemented its first multi-million dollar contract with the 3rd largest county in the U.S., Harris County, Texas for its EVP System.
To date, 28 Texas state intersections and almost 50 street intersections have successfully been installed with the EVP system throughout Harris County. Additionally, E-ViEWS has obtained fiber and wireless connectivity with the installed systems to the Klein Fire Department and Houston TranStar with data collection and remote management operating successfully. The integration between E-ViEWS EVP System and Siemens intersection controller system used by Harris County represents the last major hurdle which will allow for a major role out throughout Harris County and eventually the state of Texas.
Another milestone was reached when the Texas Department of Transportation recently cleared the way and gave approval for E-ViEWS to work with them. This approval is significant for the growth and rollout of the EVP system throughout the entire state of Texas.
Dennis Alexander, EGPI's President, stated, "As I have stated before, our relationship with E-ViEWS represents one of the most potentially significant transactions our Company has done to date. The technology that E-ViEWS owns is without a doubt, the most technology advanced ITS system in the marketplace. The relationship that they are developing with the global powerhouse Siemens AG and what it means to the growth of their company is incredibly exciting to say the very least."
James Davidson, E-ViEWS President and CEO, stated, "Texas has become our platform for success as we prepare for exponential growth in other regions of the North America. We have developed a proven business model that we will put into effect as we progress with plans for an aggressive sales strategy that will initiate in North America with eventual plans to expand internationally." He also stated, "So far the Texas DOT officials have been very impressed with our technology and as one Harris County Fire Chief recently expressed, 'E-ViEWS has a very successful future not only in Texas but nationally.'"
As previously announced, terms of the Stock Purchase Agreement between EGPI Firecreek and E-ViEWS will provide for up to a 51% interest in E-ViEW Safety Systems and exclusive distribution and sales rights in various states. Funding for the transaction has already been initiated and complete details of the transaction will be released with the company's next quarterly filing.
