I think our main sticking point is i 100% believe the reversal of claiming transparency in the beginning ,and now ,for lack of any other honest interpretation,, being non transparent,, and lack of believable and verifiable PRs has caused the lack funding issue. You not only loose old investors, PHAR has lost 2000 since MAY, you fail to attract the new money investors needed by cleaning this Company up. Will take far less time to do this being honest with investors than it will ever happen being dishonest.
IMO, bite the bullet now while PPS is at this stage, and address every issue holding progress down , make radical changes to change business plan to meet what a new investor is looking for, IS THIS LEGITIMATE OR AM I GETTING THE OLD SNOWJOB PRESENTATION. Howards not smart enough to pull that off..IMO he would never go on a tour without medical advisory board and NEVER attempt to pass off sample product thats re labeled and parts of it someone elses product, if he was good at the art of deception.

It is my belief and philosophy now you turn this around by showing new investors sweeping changes. Banking on finding funding with investor not thoroughly going through entire business model,share structure, funding used for phase 1 and accountability is a huge crap shoot... Clean up the act now, let go of running the company if you dont know how to run a public company, and i think you will attract investors to get funding. PHAR is doing it ass backwards, just the way former shell group did.

I and my group own as many shares collectively as you and i post as i do because its the only hope for survival, sweeping changes now, not later. This may well not get much lower but same effect on many if it stays here.
A lot of people just cannot afford as you say to take the loss and move on. If i didnt have a position and had sucked up the loss, promise you, this one , i will not let go of getting to the truth.
Not one single post by anyone on this board, bad or good, whether its about holding CEO accountable or hiring an awareness program or all the sugarcoated pumping has ZERO effect on PPS stability.Within a day, maybe..
False painting the PPS or painting a false picture of the fact that this has a "scam feeling" now and the CEO is given zero indication he can right the ship is the source of problem.. We have nothing to do ,only minimuly,,if PPS skyrockets or it plummets into 000s. Its not our influence to market reaction, PHAR is doing this by running a good concept with potiential into the ground. Done so faster than just about any pink ive ever been in on a startup.
The board would not IMO be used as it is now if HOWARD would address shareholders. Been 6months of turmoil and nothing. In the absense of that, investors start venting on the boards.

It was ,your exactly right. My lil investment group was point blank told that first priority was to get lab up and fully functioning with ability to produce product so as to perform needed claims testings. Without this being shown as either complete or updated, funding suffers with no new interest and PPS follows suit. There is a huge negative force of players, but HOWARD and PHAR with poor leadership and lack of transparency have as well caused another negative group to form. Just go back to first few months on board and compare to now. This group was created by CEO and his lack of leadership during this time period..
I as well am a firm believer a CEO should be given tremendous credit when credit is due. But it must be earned and demonstrated.
Personally, money trail is not finding its way to PHASE 1 projects.
Wish it wasnt this way, sad thing it doesnt have to be this way if HOWARD would step up to the plate as CEO. Since he is CHOOSING not to he will be and is being looked at as borderline corrupt. Cant even think of a way to sugarcoat.

I know it sounds like a lot of negativity going on with many posts, but truth and facts will change the course and the lack of truth and facts is killing or has killed this company.
Nobody wants to hear that however, especially those that sit close around PPS with average. 4 1/2 yrs on two former shells have traded at .0001 every day, many times millions being traded.
It will only be when PHAR gets to that point which can happen with one bit of negative news that there will be a concensus of enough is enough. Until then , many do not believe poop stinks.
Its an absolute insult to the intellegence of us as investors the slight of hand excuses that are being given.

There has been no FDA inspection of the plant and equipment to get approval This is only done when all is set up for production, before product is produced every piece of equipment has to be validated and fda regs followed by documentation, QC measures in place..
Wouldnt be needed for HOWARD to buy product elsewhere and crush, mixing in some ingrediants and relabling the sample packs recieved. If its up and operative which it has to be to get FDA clearance then he should be able to produce PHAR own product at facility that doesnt put sample issue under some cloudy light.

This is not a nuclear facility, manufacturing equipment needed is standard for industry.Property was landscaped prior to PHAR relocation, 10k and you can set up an office and put up some signs..
The silence on every PR is handled the same as visit, non transparency. This tour, with only 4 cities in 8weeks gives plenty of room for update if in fact there is a tour. Why would you not use your MEDICAL ADVISORY BOARD and let them be the largest part of the presentation. Why handle the presentation yourself? If you say company is riding on this. This is what secretary said when i tried to get information on attending. Also asked was there going to be a streaming video done to maybe use internet outlets to raise awareness. Said she didnt know enough about tour, just learning.

Ive got the distinct feeling after reading many of your posts that you value the importance of DD as much as i .
Plain and simple for me my knowledge of shell and my initial research should have caused me not to look back but, in conversation with HOWARD i let the 75 year old innocent looking guy swear to me on the phone nothing or nobody from former shell would be any part of PHAR ,, from day 1. And i fell for it.
I read his resume thats posted and pretty much took that at face value and didnt research. The more i researched one by one his employement and claimed accomplishments, basically every one has been overly embellished. My investment projection, based on the words of this man that helped me negate deep concerns about the merger,,, i felt like .15 to .20 would be obtainable in mid 2012.
So i know im not stupid, i can tell from your postings you are well versed on operational, MGT features of a successful startup,, Bottom line we got screwed and lied to, up to this point, and because of HOWARDS age and sheeplike outward appearance i never ever imagined a wolf could be underneath.
Even in this risky investing arena, you would think you could at least trust someone.
HOWARD not coming forward, day by day is making me put more of the demize squarely on HOWARDS shoulders. He is the CEO.

I agree 100% that stock buy backs are awesome confidence builders for new investors to take a good position.
IMO Howard bodly coming forward and giving up MGT power to an experienced team to get this to market in an expedicious, proffessional manner, giving up a lot of control but in the end, if AQUAPRIN is brought to market in a respected manner and potiential reached, he will gain so much more. He does not have the strength of leadership shown thus far to eliminate the cancer still attatched.
If this could happen then i agree with you what a statement share buyback would make to the new investor needed. Certainly would be a latter stage part of a multi stage plan to turn this around.
I am more concerned something very devious is going on and its as if there is no intention to try and turn anything around,,just drive until its out of gas. Without question if all was on up and up, in NC. alone the investment money should be there for HOWARD and this product, especially if youve had 17 yrs to plan and map this out. Its almost as if he just thought of the plan a couple of weeks ago and everything is hit and miss.

EBO- one of DM KC and TJ splits 1/600 took only 11hrs to plummet back to pre split PPS and then continued to bottom. Changed tickers 5 times from beginning till evf- which currently trades at .0001 and produces zero- no phone-no office-no employees but still trades.
So if PHAR is thinking r/s now to uplist, if thats still in works, who knows, it will sink like quicksand and be delisted very quickly.
There is a way, but for inexplicable reasons Howard or PHAR stubornly is continuing down this path of " no matter the warnings ,we as MGT feel like thats not really quicksand at the bottom of this gaint cliff we are fixing to fall off.

Lot of validity in your scenerios but above a 10% shareholder premium is rare.
The reason i cringe a little at talking about buyout is the fact that PHAR does not hold a patent on Aquaprin or related products. All are "patent pending", they are just continually renewed,not being allowed to expire. None of the patent pendings are for "full intellectual rights". Very risky due to all the ingrediants are generic in nature available to anyone.
Howards claim on patent is for the formulation process to get asprin to fully dissolve and faster absorbtion into body. The stomach irritation claim is the same as Alkaseltzer has. We are dreaming if we think that there are not enough chemist out in the industry to determine how to replicate results... Notice i said replicate results,, not duplicate. Without full intellectual rights adding a pinch of salt would make it different thereby resulting in a stand alone product.
Instapril delivery system would be different to copycat, but it in PHAR scheme of things is not a revenue draw...
I say these things because not only is the business plan no matter how its spun by the board a failure, and MGt has not shown the skill to right the ship. Bad thing is the flagship product that might give you some better negotiating power in the event of a buyout is not patented and patent pending is not for full intellectual rights. These big PHARMA or any established drugmakers know this and will not negotiate as if this is patent protected and exclusive. Thats the problem with giving out loads of samples without full protection, too easy to replicate .
IMO the only way PHAR survives and shareholders get to share in that survival is for HOWARD to give up majority interest to skilled investor/investors and them put a team in place to get this to market. Howard can and should play a huge part, but not in the role he is in. Has 100% left shareholders in the dark because he is operating in the dark with no kind of backup up plan.. Just wait and see and hold out collection plate.
You would think thats what he would want for his legacy on this product. Letting go of majority to more experienced proffessionals and deeper pockets will still give him a percentage of something rather than 100% of failure if funding fails.

Snizzle, when a Big Pharma decides to buy, it will be at what it thinks the absolute bottomed out PPS and market tendancy is and offer an 8-10% premium to current shareholders.
The possibility of a Big Pharma salavating as to how this is being driven into ground by horrific Mgt skills to turn this around is excellent. They would only have to introduce a small shareprice killer plan to bring it to its knees..PHAR alone is doing dirty work for them..
The likelyhood of PHAR being the surviving entity would be minimul.
This could easily happen so be careful for what you wish for. 10% on top of if this slips .0008 ,or abouts,, EVERY single investor other than HOWARD and the crooks holding shares LOOSES everything.
Those not familar with that feeling yet, why not ask some of the original," very intellegent investors" that have come and gone , what caused them not to hang in there and do they think a big pharma buyout will likely reward investors OR owner, based on truthfullness of MGT on business status to date, and investor wellbeing demonstrated to date.

On paper that would be logical, but most of the time it leaves current shareholders netting about 10% over current PPS, if the big pharma just absorbs PHAR and products.
Thats how many big ones just stamp out competion or product .
Say if BAYER did so , it has the very popular effervecent asprin with bicarb,flavored called ALKACELTZER in many forms. Most probably HOWARD would get money for his efforts as patents are not in PHARs name... Shareholders left in the dust.

Done using a forwarding method of getting a final number by a targeted date. If its 100 on the forwarded email or whatever the number IMO would be better than a simple phone call or email from one or two. Or just submitting alias to the board if interested and someone collect the names, sort of like the old shareholder count and then assemble email and include every single posters name.
You would think all 1500+ shareholders would join in if they knew about. Phar has lost 2000 shareholders since MAY...

100% disagree with you. Complacent attitude has tanked the stock and being unwilling to get an attitude of expectancy from a CEO about drop from .05 to .0015 in 9months with PRs that should" if true" caused the opposite.
Nothing, absolutely nothing anyone can say ON THIS BOARD that has or will alter the course of PHAR and where the PPS has come from and to the place it can end up overnight. . Doing nothing collectively and without stepping up as a CEO, zero new investors will come aboard and PPS will plummet daily to all time lows. Many forget sometimes about trading going dark or stopping on a Company is just as bad as seeing PPS tank.

Im 1000% on this conference call with CEO, But without a moderator forwarding answers.. Been 6months since shareholders have been addressed as a group that all invited can be be a part of.
This shouldnt be a CC to find out if flowers are growing good around sign or what is hoped for in future, just complete status of Company and the updates and go through each PR that involves stated benchmarks, give complete update with explanations in laymens terms.
The future should not cover so much of CC but the present situation and what got us here and whats being done to correct the course PHAR is on. If not future wont happen if MGT changes are not a part of plan.
Got an idea. Lets pick a date and prior to that date encourage everyone that has an interest in PHAR or comes by the board searching for DD to maybe start a position,,, to send an email each individually requesting a CC. The more volume requesting might get the point to HOWARD than the one or two phone calls or emails suggesting a CC.

Using 50% because IMO until secure revenue flowing which can never happen this year. .10 would be a huge stretch to even maintain after r/s getting the .20. That cuts your 10k down to 5k

Death blow for sure. Higher PPs achieved from large r/s to try and attract larger or new investors. PHAR has been @.05-4-3-2-.01 and that alone has not helped. 2000 shareholders have left since MAY 17TH. As many im sure have seen, after a R/S on a desparate company, before you blink an eye PPS is back pre split area.
And most of the time thats when you run into trading glitches that if you cant get trade in for a day, sometimes that day is a huge loss.
Using r/s to uplist, you might as well walk out on a trading floor with a giant red flag when the Company is not forthcoming with status of Company.
Just plain old common sense. Only one way to save PHAR as a public Company IMO that still includes current investors.

Previous shell owners are evil, devious, and very skilled at flying under SEC radar. They make more money by selling the enormous amt of shares over very lengthy periods than actually working with company to put that money in to help the Company get to a revenue stage. Anyone following your lead without "daily" due dillegence of the matters at hand, will check OTC board and find a stop sign or skull and crossbones . In a days notice all could be ruint for even those getting in in trips PPS. Got several million shares of one that you cant trade, just sitting there.
HOWARD CAN RIGHT THIS SHIP, BUT it will take SWEEPING CHANGES AND GIVING UP CONTROLLING INTEREST AND LEADERSHIP ROLE. IF he gets funding, he lacks the leadership to see this through. What many dont consider, the easy part of leadership has been this period, getting production and client satisfaction and OSHA and FDA are the tough duties for a leader that lies ahead. He has failed in every way on this in his judgement and his Aquaprin has no choice but to fail.

Your wrong LeGoose. But only on one estimate. The shell leaders that have spawned 29 companies and still have a tremendous influence here usually go for the 1/600. Used 9 times. Of course BMG- went through a 1/600 and a 1/2500 in Oct 2010 to set up Phar.

Pennystockguru put out an article on EVFL and its r/s of 1/600. Changed ticker at same time to EVFN. PPS opened @ .05 11hrs trading later, it was .01.

This quote even though is specific to fully reporting conotation,, he uses these one liners in type, but has shown transparency thats just as clear and easy to authenticate status of company as many of the 29 companies of previous shell.
Howard should IMO needs to think about what goes around comes around.

These one liners slipped in on PRs that might be speaking of the topic of the moment, like fully reporting,, but IMO who can take this seriously when HOWARD has been about as transparent as Mr Maddoff on updating, details of PHASE 1 status, rollback, 504 placements, distibution deal, share structure on merger, tour details. and it goes on an on.

Thats not the point my friend. Are we saying that this is just a one in a zillion chance happening that HOWARD and his public Company in North Carolina chooses a Law Firm partner in Dallas Texas to develope and validate the articles of Incorporation.
Millions upon millions of choices for an incorporator and HOWARD chooses or someone chooses for him this known accomplice of Dennis McLaughlin. 2004-2006 he was on several shell spinoffs as registered agent.
Howard doing this in 2012 after months and months of knowing the unrest and unsettling investor sentiment on the old shell participation, proves IMO he is either incapable of running a business as a leader or he knows full well what he is doing and who he is engaging in business with and is ok with that.
