The link i posted should have worked, but just go to OTC Markets -SWR- ,which is PHARMSTARs previous shell owners company and one of largest shareholders of PHAR, he is starting up brand new again.
Phars Joseph Pittera in there.. Should be good investment.

Look under SWR_- "Initial Company information and disclosure statements". All PHAR investors should read and realize this group does not stop nor let go of companies with any ties they have to it during a merger.
