Thats the kicker...Your last sentence. Unless a complete Mgt overhaul of business plan and current ways of running a public company, the PPS wont hold. No new attractive incentives for new investors,new money.

It will amount to for current shareholders a share reduction with a momentary glance of higher PPS.
