Fair enough. Ill rephrase.. Do you think with the current state PHAR is in right now an R/S would be a positive or negative?

Say you have 5million shares and PHAR does 1/100 r/s. PPS @.002
pre-split
Post split puts that 5mil down to 50,000 shares@ .20 PPS= 10k

With current climate on the status of finances and updates on many operational stages investors would want to see,, DO you think PPS would likely drop 50% or increase 50%??

Using 50% because IMO until secure revenue flowing which can never happen this year. .10 would be a huge stretch to even maintain after r/s getting the .20. That cuts your 10k down to 5k
