Depends on the situation of the company .If its scraping bottom, thats where it will return if leadership cant display to new investors the ability to turn troubles around.

Never said it would be r/s, just commenting on those that think its a good thing.

In PHARs current almost desparate mode, do you think R/S would be good or bad? Not needed to compare with other companies, your right , in some cases its awesome. Just your thoughts on PHAR in current climate.
