Anyone have problems with TD orders and this stock or other stocks? This is the second one that I've tried to place an order and they have rejected opening a transactions.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but being listed as a pink is an upgrade from being listed on BB from what I understand. This due to having reached certain criteria, especially in the higher levels of the pink like QB. Still, as a "limited information" category stock, it is better than the "no information" category.
Compared with BB which is the original OTC venue, Pinksheets offered their services and abilities for electronic listings and tradings later with more specific criteria.
If I'm correct on the above, I don't know why a company would offer services for lower grade stocks and exclude higher grade stocks. Something that you should inquire about with the firm you use.
Best to all.
Dang it Bill.
You've let the cat out of the bag. Didn't you know the unspoken HBO series was the next step of this project? Now the powers to be will have to go and reformulate the next marketing campaign since the HBO series won't have as much of a pop when its announced. . . IMHO . . .LOL

The filing are still there (not that it matters anyways).
Even though secondary websites might have taken off the links to the documents, the SEC still has the documents available. Here is the link:
http://sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?company=distribution+management&match=&CIK=&filenum=&State=&Country=&SIC=&owner=exclude&Find=Find+Companies&action=getcompany
You should research on www.sec.gov or on www.otcmarkets.com
for the most up-to-date documentation by companies.
Best to all.
Not Dilution,
Its a problem that is closely related which is a massive pool of O/S that requires a corresponding amount of effort to move the PPS.
For the company its probably a good way to make money for the short term because everyone who jumps in will be very reluctant to jump out and lose 50% of their investment. This is the reason I stayed away from this one for now because I'm in a trading mode and not in an investment mode.
When the company is ready to decrease the shares by a R/S I'll come back and take a look, but for now, its a blackhole for the near future for at least 50% of any investment unless one can sit on it.
But you still have Plan C, since Plan A obviously didn't work and Plan B looks like it is headed in the same direction as well. Remember the other options DMGM has for being uplisted.
DON't LOSE HOPE!! :)
Best to all.
What's with the spread?
Is this typical after hours behavior? and if not why do they do something like this?
More importantly, who here will take the first jump on it?. . . LOL
Thanks for providing with some understanding.
Isn't the short situation resolved and irrelevant now?
IZZI recent profit this year compared to a loss last year.
Watch for further developments.
There's the pop of 4Mil share buy. Now they have to get this raised a little so they can make some money off of it.
Edited: I didn't know about the cancellation of pre-orders for the changed stock symbols. I guess you have to resubmit if you did a pre-market order. For those who don't know, here is the fyi on the "e" at the end of a stock symbol:
http://www.sec.gov/answers/eadded.htm
"E" Added To Stock Ticker Symbol
When a company that trades on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) becomes delinquent in its reporting obligations with the SEC (for example, it submits a required filing late or in an incomplete form), the letter “E” will be appended at the end of the company’s stock ticker symbol. After the “E” is added, the company is given 30 calendar days (60 calendar days for most foreign companies and domestic banks), known as the “grace period,” to become current in its reports. If the company files complete required reports during the grace period, the “E” will be removed. If the company fails to correct its deficiency, the company’s stock symbol will be removed from trading on the OTCBB.
So for the short term it seems this is a good indicator. . .imo
F/S for COUV. Old News occurred on 9/23.
This split occurred on 9/23. The outstanding shares on 9/22 was 1.26 Million and on TD it is showing as 1.3 Billion currently.
I'm of the opinion that it won't be a true penny rally. It will begin to have some major big, long-term investment players enter into the equation because this particular company is behaving (and most would argue is) a legitimate company with deep vision and smart action. If that trends becomes the case, LLEG could look at moving out of the OTC and onto a major stock exchange to help bolster itself and gain a more stable audience. But I wouldn't expect this scenario to develop until next year and most likely when more projects come online turning out revenue. IMO
You see this too!!!???
I thought I was the only one. When they said the Horizon well was officially killed, I figured that was the beginning of the end. All the rest of the oil and gas well around the world would cease to operate and coal would turn into diamonds making for a lucrative commodities market. But the result would be a downturn of the energy sector. I thought I was going insane there for a second. Thank you so much for helping me to see that I'm not the only one in the right frame of mind.

Back to the real world -- At least this goes with the insane idea of shorting a stock on news that is more the 75% sure. To bad for the shorters getting stuck and forced to cover. I'm sure they had some other great investments working for them until this blunder.
Its been fun guys. I'm out of DMGM and heading over to LLEG. I can make the same percentage most likely over there, than staying and waiting here. imo
Best to all.
Oh really? What do you know about Zonal that you can make even a remote guess that they aren't prepared for a Nasdaq listing?
In the 425s the idea of $2 per share buy back of DMGM would suggest that Zonal would be in a position for a Nasdaq listing. Otherwise the whole deal doesn't make sense and is a fluff campaign. (It could still be). imo
Based on facts, Zonal's condition is indeterminable since nothing public has been provided in the normal channels of information.
Best to all.
At a minimum conservative estimate the pps could be in the dime range initially without the pennystock hype. This uses 2.7B shares involved in a $300M project.
No telling how far this could go if you take into account future revenue, additional projects backed by this project success, perhaps an additional player looking to merge or buyout. imo
Looking at a great weekend
Best to all.
LOL. I can tell you they probably aren't Ameritraders. That's almost $20 for a round trip.
1 sell of 500 shares drops this thing like a rock after over 47K over 5 buys. That just seems wrong someone should have that much power.
Probably, some guy with a gambling problem just finished investing the change found behind the dresser and under the bed.
But in all fairness, I've placed a $6 order before... .LOL
I saw that. I think someone figured out something, and I hope they will share what they're thinking with the rest of us. Or its a newbie and they just took a big risk not realizing people wait for that sort of action to cash out and profit ... lol. In that scenario, I feel sorry for the chap if he was looking for a quick turn around.
I'm not invested in this yet,but it looked like a good opportunity if the subsidiaries direction will have a positive impact on IDSM. If its spun off, I don't see how that would benefit the parent company since it lost a strong unit, unless they plan to do some sort of merger later on where this would be absorbed into the newly listed company.
What I'm looking for specifically are examples of what happened to companies that went through a similar situation as this, so a reasonable prediction of outcomes can be made.
On a final note, its good to see a response. I took a shot at posting a message to see what would be said. I hope there are more who can provide some insight or opinions of the new developments.
Best to all.
What does this mean that a subsidiary of this company is looking to apply for IPO on TSX exchange for $.50 per share?

Actually, they come out throughout the day starting around 6am and ending around 7pm. It depends on where in the stack the filing is located. 425s will pass through fairly quickly because they don't need much reviewing. The documents concerning the consummation of a merger are what I'm looking for. Those are contractual and not FYI.
Best to all :)
The SEC filing wasn't done to pump the stock but to calm those who have been waiting in a long position. It seems many investors may have been trying to contact Randy, and he needed to throw some calm into the situation. I think he's done that and now the papers need to be processed by the SEC, by at the latest, the end of this week. If it drags out into next week people will start to feel edgy again and dump the stock to further their investment goals in other opportunities. imo.
Best to all.
Another aspect of the letter is the nature of filing types. That was basically a press release with the SEC, and it gets processed the same day where not much review is needed of it. For the weightier more official documents, it will take time for those to pass through the filters and detailed scrutiny of the SEC. Can't wait to see them.
Best to all.
I think there isn't much left to discuess. The lines have been drawn and everyone has taken sides; now we are waiting for the coin toss to land.
And it looks like Zonal is looking to be listed on NASDAQ which on the paper plan it would fit with offering $2 for each DMGM share.
But hey, its only paper for now.
LOL . . . That is either a fact or a desperate attempt at rescuing a sinking ship.
For myself, my gut tells me to stay the course. That's how its been since I got into this. For those who have substantial money invested in this, there are better deals out there that you can capitalize on before this situation is resolved. The OTC is not an investor minded area but a trading market. I can afford the patience to sit on this as a speculative investor.
Best to all.
Ahh, I see. Thanks for the explanation. I'm still not quite familiar with the intricate dynamics of bid-ask-price but getting there with ya'lls help.
Stuck at .08?
So I'm trying to understand the dynamics of the trade-to-price process. I've seen a few decent buys occur, yet the quote is staying at .08. What is occurring behind the scenes for the price not to rise above .08?
You are correct; it won't happen with DMGM. The controlling company would be Montana Acquisition Corp under Henry Hudson as stated in the letter of intent:
http://sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1064270/000135145810000006/mac425dmsloi.txt
Since the document is the only basis for the discussion concerning DMGM stock, there's no reason to begin to exclude the provisions contained in it.
I do feel for those in a short position though because this deal does not bode well for them. Shorters may still be correct, if the deal falls through, but in the long position, negativity is not the option taken.
For this particular deal to make sense, the economy in Florida has to be improving. The only real value to DMGM is in the properties it owns and the development of them depends on a recovery of some sort. For myself, I find confidence in the current process completing, but we shall see tomorrow.
Best to all.
On a side note, there is a timetable of within 6 months after close for $2 payout per share. This cannot be changed after the closing if the Letter of Intent accurately reflects the Reorganization Agreement.
In my previous post, I was being a bit facetious. I'm unsure of the process of getting the funds back, but according to the 425s posted, stock in the new company will be issued to each investor in corresponding amounts of the DMGM stock. Also, there is the possibility of a payout of $2 for each of the old shares of DMGM.
I had picked DMGM on a half-whim as a first timer in stock trading. I don't have much money to invest, so I'm hoping the payout will be done quickly, so I can begin to reinvest and grow my capital according to a schedule I had in place.
If that's true, all my money is tied up in that, and I don't have anything to play with anymore. :(
Hopefully I'll still get the IOU and stocks of a brand new untested company in OTC.
I'm not into this stock, and I'm only a week old in looking at stocks, but from the principles I've learned, this is a major dilution effect or consequence. There are 1.3 BILLION shares available to buy, so high supply needing even higher demand to make the product scarce and valuable. In order for the price to go up there has to be competition for a limited source of shares; 1.3 Billion doesn't convey a sense of limited supply. So to resolve it, someone needs to fork over $2.6 Million dollars and make the stocks scarce to drive up demand and the bids with it.
I'm unsure why its lowering after a buy, unless the MMs just aren't getting the demand they need to make a profit and thus lowering the bid to bring more of a demand and exhaust the supply a little quicker for a longer term rally. Of this situation, I'm unsure if its possible.
I am for this interpretation (and this situation is prone to many reasonable interpretations). If the economy was doing fine and the market was up and continued growing past the previous dealing of Leo, I would be more inclined to him being a downright scumbag in this situation as well.
As things being a bit depressed on this stock, there are a lot of other plays this week happening that have drawn away attention. People will end up jumping on this too late if the merger follows thru. But with the context being the OTC market and its general nature, this situation should have been expected with a high flair in the beginning and a "stablizing" within a few days as the pumpers/shorters move on to greener pastures.
Main problem with Leo
It seems that the main problem with Leo from what I've been reading is his past. Besides being able to make one feel at ease (a trademark of both even the most mediocre of saints and extreme of sociopaths), how does he account for what he has done in the past? Are those just lies/misperceptions about him? If those stories are true, how does he account for them and the similar pattern that appears with $DMGM and prove it is not a repeat of what happened before?
There are other options besides $DMGM, and although I'm new I'm guessing that this is a unique period when there are so many potential and equal opportunities at once. It makes for a tough decision on whether to go with $DMGM or not.
