Actually, they come out throughout the day starting around 6am and ending around 7pm. It depends on where in the stack the filing is located. 425s will pass through fairly quickly because they don't need much reviewing. The documents concerning the consummation of a merger are what I'm looking for. Those are contractual and not FYI.
