The SEC filing wasn't done to pump the stock but to calm those who have been waiting in a long position. It seems many investors may have been trying to contact Randy, and he needed to throw some calm into the situation. I think he's done that and now the papers need to be processed by the SEC, by at the latest, the end of this week. If it drags out into next week people will start to feel edgy again and dump the stock to further their investment goals in other opportunities. imo.
