Not Dilution,

Its a problem that is closely related which is a massive pool of O/S that requires a corresponding amount of effort to move the PPS.

For the company its probably a good way to make money for the short term because everyone who jumps in will be very reluctant to jump out and lose 50% of their investment. This is the reason I stayed away from this one for now because I'm in a trading mode and not in an investment mode.

When the company is ready to decrease the shares by a R/S I'll come back and take a look, but for now, its a blackhole for the near future for at least 50% of any investment unless one can sit on it.
