In my previous post, I was being a bit facetious. I'm unsure of the process of getting the funds back, but according to the 425s posted, stock in the new company will be issued to each investor in corresponding amounts of the DMGM stock. Also, there is the possibility of a payout of $2 for each of the old shares of DMGM.
I had picked DMGM on a half-whim as a first timer in stock trading. I don't have much money to invest, so I'm hoping the payout will be done quickly, so I can begin to reinvest and grow my capital according to a schedule I had in place.
