I'm of the opinion that it won't be a true penny rally. It will begin to have some major big, long-term investment players enter into the equation because this particular company is behaving (and most would argue is) a legitimate company with deep vision and smart action. If that trends becomes the case, LLEG could look at moving out of the OTC and onto a major stock exchange to help bolster itself and gain a more stable audience. But I wouldn't expect this scenario to develop until next year and most likely when more projects come online turning out revenue. IMO
