Quite simply just open a margin account BUT do not buy equities in excess of your account balance. You get all the benefits of a margin account without any margin fees.
I have been following the action today and it looks like SSGI has been controlling the ask. Is this normal?
I have yet to do much research but it looks like they don't have any part in this decision. AngloGold looks to have paid in 2001 for this option.
Actually it is 180 days per the release. Does anybody here have an estimate on the inception-to-date project costs? The exercise price is 2 times this amount. TIA and GLTA.
AngloGold now has 180 days to determine whether or not it will choose to exercise its one time back-in right to acquire a 51% interest in the El Chanate project, for a purchase price equal to two times the total project costs, as defined in the agreement, since 2001.
G-men are going to shock the world (I hope).
I've heard a rumor that Eli has an older brother who plays in the NFL :)
Not that I'm aware of.
I have a margin account with E-Trade and I have never paid for margin. Just open up a margin account BUT never use any margin. Eliminates the 3 day hold.
You rang?
I was the guilty one who hit $.20. I usually try to buy on the bid but I was afraid that Tina would go "Tina" on me LOL. I also wanted to be the first to hit $.20.
In Tina I trust!

Nice try. No mention of reverse until 12/27/06 when you were in damage control mode due to coming in last place in WAG contest.

Mar-Key, I was trying to be realistic on my .15 prediction...I actually thought a reverse split was coming...and still do...
How about the stellar predictions.

kol, I think Target will be on board by October...
WAG was for 1/2/07 which was 9 months before the reverse. Nice try (again).
GZFX LONGS with WAG'S for 01/02/07
It doesn't matter. Your 15 cent prediction was made over 1 year BEFORE the reverse split was announced. There's no way for you to spin this one.
FOR THE RECORD I want to make note of another lie by Wick. He claims that his 15 cent prediction took the reverse split into account. Here you can see that his prediction was made in June of 2006. The reverse split was announced in September of 2007. Not even close.
How will he spin this one?

freto,
Wick .15
Have you seen this Peyton Manning commercial?
http://ballhype.com/video/youtube_peyton_manning_snl_united_way_spoof/
IMO Wick assisted Fleming. Fleming had him in his back pocket. All of the false rumors about Target deals and quiet periods were spread by Wick. The false rumor about a deal with Target being announced within 10 days was fabricated by him for personal gain. There was never going to be a Target deal and most people knew it.
BTW I have no issue with people "trading the hell out of a stock". However, when deceit is involved I have some serious issues.
That is an outright lie. Your prediction was almost a year before the reverse split. Retract or I will pull posts.
So true. Have a great weekend.
Deleted post from GMFX. Wick is touting himself again while his picks are going down the drain.
Hooray for you. I made good money on GMFX too. I did this without mentioning Target deals within 10 days (wrong), quiet periods (wrong) and outrageous 15 cent target share prices (horrendously wrong).
I'm also able to admit when I'm wrong. You are unable to do so.
Does NOW mean some now and some later?

mike, ok buy GRXI now...when it goes to .003 sell....and put the original investment back in your pocket... now you are playing with profits...then I'll tell you what to do with those profits at that time...
Keep in mind that this is the same guy who predicted a GMFX stock price of $150.00 (.15 pre-split).
??? Just as planned? Why did you tell Mikeisme to BUY at .0011 on November 14th, 2007? Do you always play both sides of the fence?
You are simply amazing. Spin away my friend.

WOOHOO thinks that Chains sux although I could be wrong :)
VTCH I took some profits but I continue to hold a nice chunk of shares. If/when merger news hits (IMO this could be soon) this could run higher than it did today.

LOL I'll have a double. My favorite liquor store burned down over the weekend. It'll be interesting to see if arson was involved. Previous owners were running ATM transactions over the register and no doubt booking it as sales.
I'm waiting for the "black label" sale LOL.

Firefighters from Frederick and Montgomery counties fought a blaze at Franklin Liquors at 2913 Urbana Pike just after noon Saturday. The fire caused about $1 million in damage to the business, which has been in the same location since 1948.
IJAMSVILLE -- A liquor store on Urbana Pike was destroyed by fire about noon Saturday.
Thomas E. Coe, battalion chief of the county's Division of Fire and Rescue Services, said Urbana firefighters were the first to respond at 12:06 p.m.
Flames were visible from the rear of Franklin Liquors at 2913 Urbana Pike when firefighters arrived, Coe said. Water was drawn from local ponds and transported in large tanker trucks.
The fire was under control within an hour, he said.
Frederick County and Maryland fire marshals are still investigating the cause of the fire, Coe said. Damage to the building and its contents is estimated at $1 million.
Manish Desai, the owner of Franklin Liquors, said about a customer entered the store about noon and told him smoke was rising from the rear of the building.
When he went to investigate, he saw flames engulfing the ceiling, Desai said.
Desai, of New Market, said firefighters arrived within five minutes of when he called 911.
"It was a nice response," he said.
Fred Ridgway Sr., part-owner of the property on which Franklin Liquors is located, said he saw flames rising 30 feet from the roof when he arrived about 12:30 p.m.
Ridgway said he owned Franklin Liquors for 36 years but retired in March when he sold the business to Desai. Franklin Liquors has been open in the same location since 1948, Ridgway said.
"I never expected this," he said. "But nobody got hurt, and that's the key."
Very astute observation. GLTY
Hello Tina! Not playing much of anything yet today. Tough market right now. How about you? What's the flavor of the day?
I'll drink to that :)
Sorry but that number means nothing to me. I see that your only posts here on on this thread. Do you have any relation with the Company? Are you an insider? Are you compensated?
I'm quite confused that the buyout announcement was made by the acquiring Company. Why no word from Nuclear Solutions?
Whose number is that? I'm only willing to call a Company number that is listed on either a press release, SEC filing or from the website.
Has anybody been able to call the Company? I've tried multiple numbers without success. Are the shut down for the Holidays?
That is a very good question. Inter-Americas looks to be a real Company. Here is their website.
http://www.interamericasinc.com/
They are partnered with some legitimate companies. I've been trying to call Nuclear Solutions without success.
IMO this could possibly be real but I'm only willing to stake a small position at this time until proper DD is concluded.

ISPH now 5.56 x 5.58. $30 Target per Business Week.
Inspire's Plump Pipeline
Inspire Pharmaceuticals (ISPH) has a lot going for it, including AzaSite, launched in August, 2007, to treat conjunctivitis. It also has several drugs in the pipeline, all in phase III trials: Among them are Denufosol for cystic fibrosis and Epinastine for allergic rhinitis (inflammation of nasal mucous membranes). Prolacria, for dry eye, will be in pivotal trials in 2008. AzaSite sales are expected to hit $45 million in 2008, but Denufosol could be the big driver for growth. Liana Moussatos of Pacific Growth Equities rates Inspire, now at 5.02, down from 8 in April, a buy. She values the stock at 30 in 12 months, based on the prospects of AzaSite and the other drugs. Warburg Pincus just invested $74 million in Inspire for a 25% stake. Given its late-stage drugs and Warburg's role, the stock is a buy, says David Steinberg of Deutsche Bank (DB).
