At 4*K (Liquified Helium) this stuff gets damaged.
GaAs FET's are good at liquid Nitrogen (unlike Si, which cracks) but N2 liquified is at approx. -200*C, FAR above 4*K
This is B.S.
Sorry guys, it's bad to lose engineers.
As a decent man, can you stop lying or listening to a liar ?
There've been numerous Quittings, most labeled as so-called "Firings".
ALL, I repeat ALL, professional people, typiclaly implying advanced college degrees &/or design or management experience - have quit.
End of story.
No If's, not But's - everyone who can find an application for their brain elsewhere, had quit over the years.
Assembler will hold on, an old woman with skillful yet manual labor skills - will hold, a woman with several kids who doesn't strive to earn b/c husband is so succesfull & she was offered (shallow as it turns out) Stock Option - may hold,
BUT an Engineer, VP Biz Development, COO, or such? - do NOT, especially after spending a decade in uncertainty & R&D STAGNATION.
The same amps from 1998 & 2001, only changed superficial details.
Ask yourself, why the Cook persists in lying about "firing" food and assigning them epithets such as "PhD's can't build anything" (that PhD quickly found a design role in California DESPITE his old age!), "W.R. did nothing but sat in his office emailing" (the man who brought Space job from Raytheaon & Boeing to Amplitech!, and for God's sake Sales does involve heavy emailing), "H.S. hates Microwaves and is lazy" (yeah lazy, waiting for da**ed parts to arrive for 2 months b/c they were not ordered/paid for, ending up being blamed for Amplitech's own fiscal discipline, or lack thereof), and so on & on.
A guy was disliked for being overweight. A woman was disliked for being assertive and her many kids that required early arrival and leaving. At payrate below school-bus driver.
I tell you why.
FEAR. Fear of admitting that everyone educated or brain-capable LEFT. For once, for the sake of the fact that we don't live forever and will answer the Judge soon - admit the truth. Cook alienatad folks... and is now on a mission to blame that food.
Heard it from so many people in the industry, you'd gasp in disbelief. Not a "one man's opinion", it's well-known.
And yet admittedly Cook is a talented Engineer.
Cook did create jobs and boostrapped both young & old workers, especially during the Great recession. Cook was a caring, sometimes extremely compassionate person, it was also a public eputation - not one man's opinion.
Cook does desereve a HUGE credit.
Then it broke.
It's just that he is trying to get a credit for imaginary milestones and blame food, that he left out of refrigerator for too long, for no achieving those imaginary milestones.
"If Amplitech received as much funding as Silicon Valley VC's gave to..." GOSH! There's a reason folks in SV get funded! It's NOT lottery!
If you understand what I mean.
And
You don't barge into your ONLY designer's office and trainwreck his design process by pushing 16-year old nonsense ideas Googled from some dusty chambers, into someone who has capability and been exposed to moern & FAR GREATER product development processes than would've been case of someone sitting at one & only one obsoleting company for the past 20 years.
I know the industry & people in it equally, if not even better now, than then Cook. Getting old is the most miserable thing in life, but it has silver lining in it - knowledge.
Trees grow, kids grow, and I grew up.
Don’t limit your thinking with dogma
Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma – which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of other’s opinions drown out your own inner voice. – Steve Jobs
Entrepreneurs can take two lessons from this quote. First, don’t believe your competitors’ press releases. Your competitors look ugly when they stand naked by the mirror, too. Out of their very nature, product press releases emphasize a product’s benefits and ignore its flaws. Similarly, the technology press rarely has the inside scoop necessary to report on the challenges that companies are really facing — the employee defections, the spaghetti code, the internal politics. They usually report the good stuff that’s fed to them. Don’t believe the dogma you read in the press.
Second, don’t look to the press to show where your next breakthrough product will be. As Wayne Gretsky said, “skate where the puck is going, not where it is.” Press releases and most news stories cover products that have been under development for at least six months, usually longer. They’re “old news.” If your product development efforts imitate what you read in the press, by the time you’re done building it you’ll be two years behind everyone.
Instead, focus on “your own inner voice;” figure out what it’s saying about the future you want to build, and then work like mad to build it better than anyone else. I’m not saying that you should stick your head in the sand and ignore your industry’s press. Stay technically informed and expect occasional sparks of inspiration from others…but remember that conventional wisdom is outdated.
My advice to AMPG's holders: Don’t limit your thinking with dogma

You mean Cryogenics from 1998 Miteq?
With a hole in Aluminum cavity pumped with liquid N2 (Nitrogen).
That's the definition of Innovation.
IBM really needs 51Qbit width.
I heard someone is making 2048-Qbit width already?
I heard there's D-Wave and others?
Like the following:
https://www.dwavesys.com/press-releases/d-wave-systems-previews-2000-qubit-quantum-system
Me too. Expecting PR, Twitter & GlobeNewswire about meetings with IBM. Longing for 5 cents soon-to-be-Emperor of Quantum Computing. The quality of 13 year old LNA's beats even CTT Inc
Yes it's unfortunate, RamsNasty MBickle because lying is a sin and there's consequence of everything we do. When you lie for 16 years, eventually it catches up. See, when product is stuck in 1998 stolen from Miteq in violation of NDA's, known to certain L3 folks nationwide, it's a good idea to invoke perpetual excuse "we had wrong people" referring to 95% of friends who keep betraying the I cook. Strange huh? Nevertheless, we hope stock will jump up in coming news as lies of new products typically produce positive serotonin effects after EDI CON in Boston this week. Please, stop by the booth. Keep up the good work and maybe by the Retirement age we'll make our 2 cents, finally. Don't buy NTNX or CNBX, instead buy AMPG
But I wish AmpliTech well... Iam not evil.
So many of us owe so much to AmpliTech, thru a decade (a large part of our lives).
It just gave me & others who cared, pain to see it sabotaged own success... ought to be a $30M/year company and I knew/know how. It just didn't listen.
And 86 cents some years ago.
Look at BLTA fans, they have the same spinning logic as yourself.
"This was 0.001 a year ago, and now a whopping 0.004" yeah and years ago BLTA was a whole 5 cents (0.05).
Anyways, to each his own. To me NTNX & TESLA, to you penny sticks.... err stocks like AMPG
NEWS: AmpliTech ("group") enters a joint venture with GOD.
According to PR. Note: Financials reports are now officially replaced by PR's.
"BIG FOOT" is LONG ON AMPG.
According to his Psychiatrist, investment is wise and he's seeking an emergency loan to go longer.
A Millionth time it enters a "joint venture" & inevitably always to distract attention from shoddy finances. Check out what happened to an old joint venture with PMI Corp. - the kettle was called black. Fools don't even bother to check Q2 Filings. And the fleecing continues :)
P S. This yet another "New" joint venture with a "cyber security" firm is technicaly a load of.... you need to be an engineer to understand. More circus joint ventures are in a pipeline.
Turning the corner around, for 16 YEARS since 2001, mostly due to not working together with the right people and engineers... or lacking thereof.
"BIG FOOT" is LONG on MJNA.
According to his Psychiatrist, investment is wise and he's seeking an emergency loan to go longer.

Just came out of BigFoot News.
BugFoot himself reserved a ticket w/extra legroom.
In related news, BLTA is in negotiations to acquire 320 NEW Boeing 777-300 & 207 Airbuses.
Engine & wings are included in contract, as well as Ebola protection

NEWS: "DENIED: Sessions promises of Marijuana crackdown up in smoke"
I am not one of these fake schills who post on Stock-related boards to raise or down the stock by their FALSE, cooked "news".
But here I post something announced today on a serious major news network, both CNN & FOXnews (you can hate FOX as much as you can but when comes to business both CNN & FOX are quite neutral):
Sessions promises of pot crackdown up in smoke
Published August 08, 2017 under main news, TODAY:
It was supposed to be one of Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ most prolific wins. For years, the former Alabama senator had railed against the marijuana industry.
When he was tapped to lead the Department of Justice, he vowed to use the full weight of the federal government to go after the industry.
In February, he commissioned the Task Force on Crime Reduction and Public Safety – a group of prosecutors and federal law enforcement officials – to find ways to go after users and punish distributors. But the task force came up empty – issuing no new policy recommendations to advance Sessions’ crackdown.
Seven states and the District of Columbia have already passed major cannabis reform on recreational use. In total, 29 states, D.C., Guam and Puerto Rico have legalized medical marijuana.
Bipartisan consensus now is “look the other way”.
In 2013, then-Deputy Attorney General James Cole issued a memo, addressed to all U.S. attorneys which basically told them to take a hands-off approach to legalization.
The "Cole Memo" said in part, “In jurisdictions that have enacted laws legalizing marijuana in some form… conduct in compliance with those laws and regulations is less likely to threaten the federal priorities.” The memo was issued despite the fact that marijuana was – and still is – classified as a Schedule 1 illegal substance by the Drug Enforcement
CEO of Medical Marijuana Inc.'s PR firm CMW Media Andrew Hard says Sessions’ push for the reversal of marijuana legalization is an outdated “personal vendetta” that doesn’t adhere with the mutual benefits reaped by states and consumers.
It doesn’t seem like he cares about economic statistics out of Colorado and Washington that the industries are doing very well and making the states a lot of money,” Hard told Fox News.
This also affects people’s lives and livelihood. The largest drug addiction epidemic is the opioid pain killer epidemic, and the statistics indicate that the rates of opioid addiction are down in legal [marijuana] states.”
Although Sessions’ aims are set toward fighting the war on drugs and the opioid epidemic, his efforts may be antithetical for the movement. The Departmernt of Justice now thinks that decriminalizing marijuana will promote a “smooth and organized marketplace” for the industry, and allow enforcement to focus on halting substance abuse.

Your childish post doesn't convey information, only emotion.
Are you 20-30 or so?
Investing is for adults.
I feel bad for you guys... like HighSchool. Confusing Tweets with Reality.
"tomorrow Iam gonna be a giant"
And do you have a proof of what's tweeted, specifically how it compares to competing companies in LNA market?
Else, I could open a bakery shop & then brag about one donut sold after a very EXPENSIVE trade show "International Donuts Symposium" involving flgihts cross-country, hotels, etc.
Instead,
I prefer to work with people who do things, not say things, they don't even have a Twitter account nor Facebook! They don't need fluffy smoke screens.
They just design & create, and let their best people WORK without being attacked for innovation
RENEWED: Rohrabacher-Farr amendment
Senate Appropriations Committee Renewed the Rohrabacher-Farr Amendment which prohibits the Justice Department from spending funds to interfere with the implementation of state medical cannabis laws.
House released its 2018 Commerce, Justice, Science (CJS) Appropriations bill, which determines the funding levels for numerous federal agencies, including the Department of Justice.
In plain English, US Attorney Jeff Sessions can talk all he wants, but he has no "teeth" to go after legalized States.
I think besides CNBX, the other (smaller) one MJNA stock also posted this news.
In the United States, alone, a total of 30 states, the District of Columbia, Guam and Puerto Rico now allow for comprehensive public medical cannabis programs. Sixteen states allow the use of low THC, high cannabidiol (CBD).
$28-30/share is next for NTNX:
NTNX has just entered a joint venture with GOOGLE (formally Alphabet Inc.) a couple weeks ago, besides exponential growth in Canada, Europe & India. Whatever that means in corporate jargon, in plain language a joint venture with such large company as GOOGLE = dramatic revenues growth, also makes NutaniX a prime target for acquisition (even by Google itself).
Expect NutaniX's stock to rise, albeit thru random panics & selloffs, general trend is towards $28-31/share
$4.10-4.30/share is next for CNBX:
Germany's SIMFO GmbH, a world leader in cancer diagnostics, has just entered a joint (& exclusive?) venture with CNBX on 12-19 July 2017. Whatever that means in corporate jargon, in plain language revenues are ramping up - now you know why CNBX's share-price is on a rising trend, after the past 2-3 months of uncertanty after Jeff Sessions' remarks of Feds to enforce legalized states. Nothing Jeff Sessions can do if a medication WORKS & now CNBX is approved in Europe. SIMFO GmbH who last week basically bought CNBX's product, is a large (as far as cancer diagnostics is concerned) European pharma company. Therefore,
Expect CNBX's stock to rise, albeit thru random panics & selloffs, general trend is towards $4-5/share
SO WHAT ??
How far Mathematically is 0.0038 vs 0.005 or 0.007 ?
Iam an engineer (not a financial major), I might be wrong but volatility of this magnitude isn't worth your reaction.
SO what it hit 0.0038, I saw it 0.0029 a couple weeks ago!!
There're impatient younger/less experienced investors who nervously breakdown & take profits "before it drops further", with BLTA it seems to happen before 12Noon time or even early morning, been happening the past weeks, someone or maybe BLTA's Management is cashing in as they need to pay off that fine to SEC, it's almost done - once paying is finished, they will stop dumping, and this stock will be rising.
Big deal 0.0038 I worry... NOT!
That article was written by Ben Schlappig (aka "Lucky"), a known Hater of various small Travel/Airlines stocks.
He's been writing about Baltia for a long time, as he gets paid for his Blogs by certai someone - the more "explosive"/spicy, the more he gets paid. You just copied/pasted him Ben Schlappig.
Don't ask me quetsions as Iam not allowed to tell.
If you wish to follow Ben Schlapping - upto you.
European (e.g. German) JOINT ventures w/ CNBX
You people can talk whatever you want about "bottoms", "double-dips", etc. but coming from Pharma industry & knowing how heaviliy it is regulated (public safety) I tell you it takes time, and with new JOINT ventures between CNBX (this company - Cannabics Pharmaceuticals), latest being exclusive agreemnt of CNBX w/ Germany's SIMFO GmbHa (a world leader in cancer diagnostics & liquid biopsies located in Germany) a week ago (12 July 2017), as just one example, I am tired of seeing "doom & gloom" posts here.
This stock will go up to $4-4.70/share range before October 2017 OR SOONER. And you sellers will LOSE.
meanwhile, yesterday I bought 7,500 shares more of it, on top of my existing 12,000 (and might add more, this week/early next weeks, thanks for bringing PPS down to where I can buy huge volume of it!).
Robodog, your post is exactly my thinking.
I just don't post here much/have no time, but to summarize - it does take that long to bring a New Airline into bausiness, dueto public safety/certifications/etc. regulations
It is unlike opening a retail store or manufacturing "toasters"
PPS will go up but the time it takes weeds out impatient inexperienced investors... losers.
I've seen it at 0.001, 003, nd yet I held onto my long position, now it is half cent, and I hold, and you iwll see it in a 4-6cents/share before summer 2017 is over.
8-12x times rise, I predict
Early August
I understand all that. But if a company was born around 2001, I can bet you'd be rewarded "in the grave" with this rate of growth, or rather oscillation, and I'll never forget his phrase from 2008 meeting: "people are the greatest expense, the burden" or something to that effect. So, in their mind, they just need a garage & 1 assembler. Yeah sure, lose all the key people and hope the investing cycle can repeat over & over for 16 years. How come others I worked for got high in 4 years, not 17? MAYBE by not alienating engineers, developers, visionaries. THE FACT AmpliTech is even a public company, was dueto my insistence in February 2012 !! - did you know that?, from 2007 thru 2012 they did nothing about going public as intended & mind you 2007-08 were years of growth before collapse, then botched several Private (non-public) investment opportunities, and i witnessed why it happened. Don't let me even start with Jedi Mind/Mind Technologies Inc.'s absurd joint project in 2010 trying to read BrainWaves using AmpliTech's amps in ULF (ultra-low freq.), or a metal recycling businessman & his son who did little more than wrecking Quick Books & making Irish jokes. But I kept trying to thrust ideas thru.
I foresaw many products to come, I saw & know how to make AmpliTech a $30M/year revenue co.,
but heck NO - it was sabotaged, and my friends left, Biz.Development manager left (ohh he was supposedly "lazy"), toilet in your face & entrance door's buzzer in your face & endless immature convos at frontdesk in your face for a full decade, then 3 engineers leave one after another... I gave up.
Over the years, I met industry's old-timers about 10-25 years older than all of us, who explained how & why AmpliTech played out as it did, and frankly I just hate my ideas being sold.
So continue your fascination with IBM, GIGO, GOOGLE, DoD, whatever, but I had enough of JediMind, & ignoring me in 2010 & prior 2008.
AmpliTech would be in a worse shape if I wasn't helping, beyond technical, i gave them several significant customers, which my plan was literally to EXPLODE sales as I knew/know HOW, can get stuff done with nothing but a phone, laptop and backyard of a Maryland house, because i know technical/curcuits/physics of these products "inside out".
They ruined even that.
P.S. So you bought it at 2cents/share?
When I was out of New York, they were in 60-75cents range :)
Enough said.
In general, I agree, except that our analysis shows PPS will not exceed 2.7-3.2cents/share (before rev.split) thru Fall2017, 2018 may see higher
all while the money I shifted from this "breakthru inventive" amplifiers, to NTNX, CNBX, etc. made me a real profit. not 0.6 cents in 5 years.
You should buy more stock of both AMPG & IBM.
Go for it.
P.S. I also sold my IBM when it was still $161, so did Warren Buffet sell 1/4 of his holdings in IBM measured in millions unlike my pitiful hundreds.
Tweeting & making a technology product nobody has - are 2 different things. One can tweet about teletransporting to Andromeda all day, but still be stuck on Earth. I can tomorrow tweet my photo with a giant figure in RFMicrowaves, a famous man whom I won't name in a public post, a Billionaire who made himself from zero starting 1980's, I work for him, would it make me a genius because he is? I might see Elon Musk in person or Larry of Google - should I be genius? no Tweeting's been done for many years & fleecing of the naives continues, like nobody else knows Physics of mid-20th century, the effect on electron mobility, particles kinetic energy vs. temperature, what happens to GaAs/InP as opposed to Si, really? AmpliTech invented stuff I wasn't aware of since 1987?
Pal, can I suggest you ONE thing?
Go seach for "Low Noise Factory co. of Sweden". Go look at French companies. Please understand whose amps are really used by IBM. Or even the good old L3-Miteq whose cryo-methods were inherited by AmpliTech
Good luck with tweeting another "breakthru".
I bought today 380,000 shares more, total approaching 2.9Million shares.
If you can't handle the risk, if holding a volatile stock keeps you awake at night - quit, take a job of a gardener or sit on a couch all day.
With a Long-Term Horizon, practically all stocks rise as population participation grows worldwide & in U.S. Buffet jokes that "... best time to sell is Never"
More like 0.01, not 0.001
1-2 cents, not 0.1 cent
A new aircraft is being delivered to Baltia in 16 days from today & then stick reverse-split==> will 50-100 cents/share
Today I bought 380,000 shares more
How will it benefit my $21,000 frozen in this investment, not moving up, constantly stressing me when certain someone dumps large loads to get cash for your payment dueto SEC?
OK you're receiving aircraft in 2 weeks from now, as you happily announced, then what? We need rising action with our hard earned money "entombed"/not moving up in this stock. I could've made 1.1% on CapitalOne360 MMA acct in all this time that I keep money with YOU, pal ! $210 is better than zero or a loss!
Don't worry about THAT product, AmpliTech's real & solve expertise is in LNA's.
Study what the global market for LNA's & with these specific Specs is, let's say X $USD Billions, divide by the number of participants & see what max. revenue they can achieve in current mfg. configuration.
Aside from jargon above, in plain English - LNA market is small.
Power Amps for UV's (Drones in air, drones in water, self-driving vehicles) were in hot demands several years ago but the need is satisfied, now what's underserved is Space-qualified SSPA's in Ku, K, & KA-Bands
Which AmpliTech can't do, since engineers don't grow on trees like clericals or assemblers.
Sorry for not being cheerful.
