USPTO "Allowance" isn't a Patent, most of Allowances end in nothing (akin to most aspiring musiciansnot becoming famous), a few go on to become a Patent & thus public. "Allowance" only means a claim survived opposition by USPTO junior EEngineering examiners, whether claim contains patentable "New Art" (using USPTO lingo) isn't yet determined, Allowance just means a claim is NOT nonsense, but neither is Patentable pending outcome of long & arduous pending examination.
P.S. If succeeds, Fawad would need to pay for registering it (Patent) & nowadays it's a hefty amoint...

I've worked in USPTO-related matters and "Allowance" means little - it merely states a Patent claim wasn't rejected outright or it "survived opposition", was viewed by a junior (GS-5/7 ?) EE engienering clerk at USPTO (Iam equiv to GS-11 to 13). It will be arduously long process & one which requires AmpliTech to pay much - if Patent even proceeeds to materialization. In past Fawad didn't want to pay for any patents (neither do some ultra-successful co's, like Marki Microwave), once registered a Patent is published & opens "dual-edge sword", on one hand you may spend effort/money prosecuting those who copy you & recover partial/or full losses, on other hand industry will see patents & in "some remote countries" copy you without much punity. It's a tricky decisions - one which AmpliTech in past never proceeded thru since its birth in 1999 (AmpliComm)/2001 (AmpliTech replaces AmpliComm)

But whatever - it does look excellent on my Resume IF reader is keenly aware of DATEs (years) I specify on Resume - back when AmpliTech was indeed one of unique top-performign yet economic LNAmplifiers designer & maker based on venerable Miteq's workforce including Himself. I mean, Fawad was "God of LNAs" back then. Unfortunately it's been frozen in time since, while industry progressed.
But I wish the best to Him & Company b/c NONE of the events that followed can negate the goodness we received from Fawad, both in employment & professional learnign that we later brought to elsehwere and on personal level (liek free 2-storey condo in a gated community I'll never forget, Free for half year & then not Free but still cheap, pool, gold course, quiet, park, etc).

Funny how he always claimed people "were "fired"", but they QuIT, of course "Quit" is a terrible word when associated w/any such busienss, better say "I fired them", ohh no, you didNOT :) They fired you...
And yet again, it was such/life-altering Learnign experience, that I credit AmpliTech & its owner w/pushign forward my career... tho Years ther were slower than mere 6 MONTHs contract at L3 Miteq... at Miteq pace was BREATH-TAKING, I was learning gobbles & gobbles of engineering & human experience & interacted w/people who might even be callwd geniuses... there were several at Miteq, my boss there was a devastatingly smart & humane guy born in Pakistan... Big thanks to Favio fr the fun, learning, ultra-flex schedule, rent-FREE mansion in a gated community fr 9 montgs & tgen still cheao rent, no yelling at me unlike HABITUAL yelling at 95% other employees, decent salary in last year of so-called work but not before that year, Etx,etc, that was good, esp Learning/Experience, but increasingly I felt my IQ Level was deteriorating & observing lame work manners, noise, childish nonsense, imnature convos righf at ofguce door, obsokete products, increasingly manipulative ads, pumping stock, occasiinal outright lying in PR's & angry customers, look one of them customers even tokd ne quit & move to a higher class co... like his (!), inflating promises, the story w/infamous BRAIN WAVEs project fr which I was tasked & successfully DID write an effective research/WhitePaper only to discover Fawad was dealing w/Con Artist Mr Brent Fouchy, Etc,etc began to keep ne awake at night (even as i cut diwn on Crack/Cocain), literally death for a Scientist/Engineer/Brain capacity. Still good f assemblers, clericals, janitors...

Bunch of super-low profit margin TRIVIAL PASSIVE Filters & a couple of mundane C.band LNAmp banality that won't bail out finances of this smoke-n-mirrors "designer", bytheway EE in charge of these designs at AmpliTech is literally ancient/obsolete, these folks need to retire before Alzheimer's Technologies. And a curious fact is for past many years Fawad is pushing OCD-obsessing over C.band LNAmp which I (author of this post) CREATED ORDERs & organized for AmpliTech in 2013 or 14 - so, 6 years to design a banal MMIC's that generates profit less than baking donuts or a Seven-Eleven shop. ITS NOVELTY is DEAD - been dead years ago, & my European customer replaced this overpriced & paunful product, years ago, this 4-8GHz banality won't sell enough to pull AmpliTech by hair out of water.. HOWEVER !!, I admit the number of fool-investors w/bogus technical background is enough to cause Stock Volatility to generate profits for certain investors... (&also, let Fawad drive a Mercedes SUV, Etc,etc - w your money) who know when to enter & withdraw from shoddy stocks, quickly.
