99.999% of fools investing in AMPG have no technical background in Physics, particles/nuclear Physics, Quantum Theory, Chemistry; not to mention RF/Microwave electtonics, ECC (Error Detection & Correction), or even basic Mathematics.
BUT regardless of truth, such stocks are often a game/lottery..., several Nobel Prizes were awarded under Economics category for studying "the Game Theory" - a math framework applied in economics decisions. Some people will win & cashout - mostly owner & "bro's", regular folks did lose in past/will continue losing; but this small charlatanery I guess won't rise to the "Martha Stewart" moment.
I feel for the owner trying to raise capital by all means incl by hyping old so-called "news"... to pump.up the stock, like "expired jam spreading over same piece of bread" feeding into fool investors year after year.
I feel, b/c remember AmpliTech was a more honest pure RFMicrowave LNAamplifiers co born out of exodus of Engineers ftom venerable Miteq inc ; etc and it was part of my early career.... now what I had on Resume is a different comoany - less honest, more charlataneous.
And no, Iam not "enjoying" posting this... owner created jobs, incl for me, even a free house for almost a year, taught us the tricks of good Microwave LNAmps & some other circuitry, did not yell at me ever (unlike at other, non Engineer folks), nice & smart guy. BUT truth is truth, since then this business has taken a less honest route.
And funny how owner repeated my multiple expressions/wordings/proposals in public... maybe I was, albeit very small, but was of this "skew" from RFMW LNAmps products towards less related/incoherent/addiction-like inorganic acquisitions, bloating, dispersion ftom core productline into "buzzworthy" markets.
You say "QUANTUM Computing", "6G", "SpaceX"... & stock shoots up, freakin" fool kid investors. Might as well publish a new PR connecting AMPG to AI, OpenAI, ScaleAI, DoD, SpaceX, Cloak of Invisibility, Teleportation, Immortality drugs... hey, I did write a White Paper on "BrainWaves" for Amplitech (before it became publicly traded AMPG) many many years ago which attracted investors from Jedi Mind inc (which went bust, later) back when I was like foool investors today convinced that "sure, we can !" No we CAN'T ! Brainwaves frequencies are under tens of Hertz, Microwave frequencies are >3GHz, the leap from one product to another & in absense of top.notch/PhD kind of Data Analyst/Software engineer & Biology/Neuroscientist in company - is a phantasy ! Then owner goes & hires a Metal Recycling (!!!) business owner as his financial advisor/investor who then... disappears. Then comes Mark Goldstein or whatever name is & some seasoned WallStreet con-artist & some mental patient to "help us" (& messup QuickBooks by the way)

BUT, God bless the past/original company, those were my good years... before hair moved from scalp to face, & Fawad was actually in RFMicrowave LNAamplifiers... not in freezing atoms yo read their quantum states or flying w/Elon Musk in imagisphere

Iam not a di*k, i just love truth to warn investors at this stage, but maybe one day, 50years from now, AMPG will acquire Lockheed Martin + Northrop Grumman combined and become one of Dow's top 50 stocks.

This is basically the same story that happened approx. 5 years ago. Amplitech was on the OTC for around $0.03 per share. Amplitech posted the same IMO fake news that the were a major supplier in Quantum. The stock went up to $1. Then they hired Maxim Group and raised over $20 Million to go on NASDAQ. The stock went up to $12. Amplitech made money and Maxim made money. Then the stock went down to $0.80 and most lost money. Amplitech sales are down, they are losing money. So, now they recycled the same IMO fake story, raised another $20 million. The stock goes way up again. Amplitech and Maxim make more money. Then everyone realizes the truth that Amplitech is not a real player in Quantum and the stock goes down again. People lose money but Amplitech gets another $20 Million. This is just wrong

When AMPG shows their year end 2024 sales, and they are down. When the market learns what in my opinion is fake news, that AMPG is not a player in Quantum. If they were a player sales would be up not down. These investors that buy AMPG public offerings at inflated prices are going to be upset.

I had some of the same thoughts as JMD NY. 2024 was supposed to be a transformative year for AMPG. Up until now we have seen delays, a crypto fiasco, more delays, a delisting notice, and some dilution. Even though it's been a rough year for AMPG in many ways up until now, I am starting to think that things are turning around for AMPG.

This is so sad. Ampitech posting in what is my opinion fake news to make money. We can only hope they will get in trouble for this. They did this same story 4 years ago. Amplitech was on the OTC for a few cents. They raised over $20 Million from the same fake news story and moved up to the NASDAQ. Stock went way up. To around $12 people made money on the same fake story. Then the stock went down to below a dollar and most lost their money. Now they are repeating the same story. Some people will make money and then the crash will happen. I hope the SEC looks into this and they get penalized. Afterall companies that post fake news need to be penalized.

Hi YoPro, I hope you are well. Why do you think the company is losing so much money. Because sales are way down. Look at the numbers. This is a fact. This recent news in my opinion is all BS. The chips they make are boring products like attenuators they everyone has and mediocre LNA chips. The Cryo LNA's they talking about in my opinion will not be used because they are not real or performance is not what the industry is looking for. It is just a lot of BS to convince the market to buy their stocks. Take a look at this data sheet link. They are just made up products that do not exist and the 1 that does exist is not desirable as the bandwidth is too narrow.

The lack of sales numbers do not lie. Amplitech sales are down. If these products are so great sales would be up. Amplitech needs to raise money to make payroll because products are not selling. Again, numbers do not lie.

This offering was at 31% premium to the 5 day average and any company uses this opportunity to strengthen the balance sheets and ability to sustain growth. The company was trading at $0.88 for the last 5 days, so it's less dilutive to raise capital above the market.

Why are you still looking at this stock? Have you even seen all the new products they have made in the last 3 years? They make their own transistors,lowest NF mmics, LNBs, 5G radios, and much more. Thee products are not BS, they are real. Instead of taking the company all the time finds another board to infect. The CEO has used the cash from the IPO to develop all these new products. It looks like those are ready to fly next year. The CEO always said not to expect profitability in the first 3 years, so it's not for day traders like you. All of their big customers last year lost billions due to the recession and economy, so that causes a trickle-down effect in the whole micro-cap market, which wasn't expected. They have real products and will come back next couple of years. JMD, When you trash a company for years, you don't see the positive. Just find another company to trash.

USPTO "Allowance" isn't a Patent, most of Allowances end in nothing (akin to most aspiring musiciansnot becoming famous), a few go on to become a Patent & thus public. "Allowance" only means a claim survived opposition by USPTO junior EEngineering examiners, whether claim contains patentable "New Art" (using USPTO lingo) isn't yet determined, Allowance just means a claim is NOT nonsense, but neither is Patentable pending outcome of long & arduous pending examination.
P.S. If succeeds, Fawad would need to pay for registering it (Patent) & nowadays it's a hefty amoint...

Barrage of hyped/inflated claims as usual for years desperately trying to compensate for the lack of products to compete against increasingly sophisticated competition?
Do YOU EVEN KNOW what "Allowance" in USPTO's language means ? I've worked in USPTO-related matters and "Allowance" means little - it merely states a Patent claim wasn't rejected outright or it "survived opposition", was viewed by a junior (GS-5/7 ?) EE engienering clerk at USPTO (Iam equiv to GS-11 to 13). It will be arduously long process & one which requires AmpliTech to pay much - if Patent even proceeeds to materialization. In past Fawad didn't want to pay for any patents (neither do some ultra-successful co's, like Marki Microwave), once registered a Patent is published & opens "dual-edge sword", on one hand you may spend effort/money prosecuting those who copy you & recover partial/or full losses, on other hand industry will see patents & in "some remote countries" copy you without much punity. It's a tricky decisions - one which AmpliTech in past never proceeded thru since its birth in 1999 (AmpliComm)/2001 (AmpliTech replaces AmpliComm)
Fawad been trying to patent 25-year old technology for many years, and now this "new" 5G (don't forget his claims of 6G, 7G) inventions :) Bring it on to a remote island of natives & tell them "we invented a Question Mark ("?") nowdays used worldwide but we're not collecting royalties on its usage"
