I just don't post here much/have no time, but to summarize - it does take that long to bring a New Airline into bausiness, dueto public safety/certifications/etc. regulations
It is unlike opening a retail store or manufacturing "toasters"
PPS will go up but the time it takes weeds out impatient inexperienced investors... losers.
I've seen it at 0.001, 003, nd yet I held onto my long position, now it is half cent, and I hold, and you iwll see it in a 4-6cents/share before summer 2017 is over.
