Here is where you miss the boat. Hangover Joe's is not targeted at Alcoholics. If you saw ABC news with Brian Williams yesterday the CDC just released a study that there is massive drinking in America but they are not alcoholic. Most of these heavy drinkers are not alcoholics, but are referred to as binge drinkers. You really miss the market. Hangover Joe's has a massive market watch the video and link below I think this supports a lot of what Hangover Joe's marketing and brand represents. They are going for casual drinkers which there are over 30 million hangovers a week in the USA. This is really interesting news that broke yesterday that show the brand and category is going to be huge.
http://www.cbsnews.com/news/cdc-warns-doctors-to-look-out-for-38-million-heavy-drinking-americans/
I actually have not spoke to my guy over at Hangover Joe's in a week or two, so I don't know what it could be. My guess it's either distribution or a brand extension, because what else can rock the beverage world. I must admit, I am as excited as the rest of you to find out. I see there are a lot of shares flying after the New Year which is very good. I think it's going to be a very good year for this brand. They have stepped up PR releases now that the co-founders have taken back daily operations of the company. That also I think is a very good sign. Maybe they had to many Indian Guru's trying to show them a better way. They are the ones who started the company and brand and have the passion so them back at the helm I think is good for us all. I am looking forward to seeing what is going to happen like everyone else in 2014.
I am in New Orleans the place is packed. I came back to hotel to post. I was just in Walgreen on Royal not far from our hotel. I spoke to the manager. They have filled up the end cap display 3 times today and he said tomorrow will be huge. I have got to know the guy when I come here and he knows I distribute of the product. He said we have had lots of people buying it and asking for it by name. Hangover Joe's is to have teams out hope to see them tonight I be cheering them on. By the way if anyone has used this product it works great and has excellent branding. I looking forward to 2014, Have a Great New Years everyone. Just wanted to update. The rake was 50 percent full when I left I going in again before we go to dinner an check it out.
The only thing it can be is one of few thing I think. Money, brand extension or more distribution deals. I been following on twitter they say announcing in Mid Jan or before. As to Steven1973 question. 5hr did almost go under and they got kicked out of Walgreen as it didn't move. The key was they didn't give up they did tons of sampling at events worked at the brand as that category was like this young and emerging. The big key was they landed a few thousand Wal-Mart stores and they found there demographic in working class folks but it took 5 years. 50% of Americans go through Wal-Mart once a week it gave them the huge brand awareness. Hangover Joe's is different that energy it does not get same amount of turns do to the nature of the product. They need to keep sampling raise money and they need some large national authorization like a Wal-Mart or Walgreen in the next year or so. There are other ways but they are so young and the category is growing it will take some more time but it will happen. They have the best chance of anyone to make it happen and I have always believed that. I think Japan once the sales hit the Q's that will get more people excited. They have to raise money and ship these orders prove themselves. I assume they will find a PO financer on this but sales are the key. Hangover Joe's needs to keep focus and sell. We the release the other day gave me confidence that going to happen. I also think they need to do a brand extension and also pitch more than one product a functional lifestyle product to help get more turns. I have seen updates in recent press release of that so will see what 2014 holds but I think its going to be a good year and the brand and category will continue to grow. That my 2 cents. Have a great New Years. Mine will be hangover free got shots packed, we are taking few days going to see my daughter. I be in Hangover Joe's world down in Nola tomorrow night. Happy New Year.
I don't know but I assume this is one of quite a few ways they are moving for cash. I have a feeling they found financing because 10 million bottles and 1mm this year to start plus the USA market its going take some money. I assume they have got PO financing going which was a big problem with banks now if they have secured PO financing that going to be major. I don't know but I expect they are raising money on multi fronts. I can tell you a 10mm deal will focus the eye of beverage investors, meaning people who put money into brands. They said on twitter more news coming soon and in the new year. I am expecting financing and maybe more distribution deals. My guy over their told me Thursday that the co-founders who don't come from the beverage side of business had a lot of people so called experts basically trying to run company and sell and they took charge and canned people and got so called advisors out. They are the ones who had built the company till going public in 2012 and from what I hear their taking charge. They got Matt Veal he is big I hear at running public companies and raising money has lot of experience I been told but I don't know much about him yet. We will see how things go but I think 2014 if these guys have taken back over we are going to see good things. You cannot let others run your business especially a small company when your the ones that have the vision and got it to where it was. We will see what happen but I am thinking they are going to turn things around as I have always said this is a marathon not a spring and I think the co-founders have went through a learning curve and will see what 2014 holds.
So you don't understand the category. Let me explain. 30 million hangovers a week in USA. Huge untapped market. A little lesson in beverages and categories 101. Vitamin Water almost went broke twice, that will never sell, who is going to buy water with vitamins the stuff you couldn't give away in the start even stores pushed back let alone DSD houses. Today its a massive category but almost failed and many companies in the market are now pushing their own vitamin water etc. Energy Shots that won't work - 5hr started in 2004 and almost went under 3 times. They were first in a pill form then became a energy shot and changed it a few times along the way. They got kicked out of Walgreen because the product just didn't sell, energy struggled the first 3 years. Energy is now a massive category and there seams to be no end with tons of companies and more daily entering that category. Dream Water this is a shot to relax and sleep that won't work. Relaxation shots won't sell that category oh this won't work. Bob Marley and Dream Water and now i-chill and many relaxation products enter the market it is a large category and growing. It takes innovators to make categories. You don't understand functional lifestyle beverage, are now the biggest growing category in the beverage segment. Health & Wellness is considered the biggest growing segment of products in functional lifestyle, Hangover Joe's is on target with the trends in beverages. I was just at Bevnet conference & Hangover Recovery is estimated to be a 200K category in USA by 2016 and more companies are entering the category ,example Mercy with Gwyneth Paltrow and many others enter the category and more will in 2014. Sure no one is going to buy hangover products, you don't understand this at all. 7-11 stated at Bevnet they are strong believers in the category of Hangover Recovery and the new V-Shot performance shots are also growing, part of functional lifestyle. The hangover category is also estimate to be a billion dollar category worldwide, folk the genie is out of the bottle this category is happening even if you don't think its going to work, shots are the way of the future, Goodies just released a headache shot. 50% of the UK goes to work hungover on Monday, the market is massive worldwide. This is a global brand and category. I don't think you get it, so a little education is always a good thing. I just cannot seam to leave the board, but i plan to by end of the year, but when i see this stuff i have to enlighten and explain so people know the truth and have a reference point about beverages and the category. Hangover Joe's our innovators and will raise money and grow both internationally and domestically. I also predict brand extension and huge growth, not only for Hangover Joe's but the whole category in 2014. Your basically saying this is not a category, you are so wrong. I think we know much better than that and so does most of the major beverage publications in the USA. Beverage World and Bevnet they all have it as the fastest growing segment in beverages. Beverage World went so far as to put Hangover Joe's on the cover of the June issue as one of the next big things in beverages, I assume you don't think they know categories or brands or trends. Also these post are crazy name calling i looked at the Q sure looks like American Greed nothing to steal here folks also i don't think they have ever traded as we don't see any filing on them on their stock get real here and they have not taken salaries since Oct of 2012, sure looks like greed to me. I think you got a group of hard working folks and not taking salary that shows a lot to me. I think there are a lot of people who bash in here but know nothing of the real category or facts about functional lifestyle beverage. So there is a motivation that is clear. I think they let a bunch of people run the company and there taking it back. I don't think there broke Jaynes is a wealthy lawyer from what I been told and they have taken no salary for 14 months, so there living on something and working to restructure and rebuild this company in my opinion that says a lot once again far from greed. Jonke gone I see and I think if you don't perform or sell your not going to stay they are restructuring and I expect good thing in 2014. You all Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
This is about as far as it goes with me. I am not with Hangover Joe's. I deal with the company and sell their product. I might not have the best grammar as I am dyslexic and very bad I have suffer from this for years lots of people do. I believe in the brand and the time has come for me to leave the board. I said before I was going to leave and now I will. This use to be a place of discussion about the company even if those who didn't like it like Grease Monkey shared there opinions it was not negative, it was not what it is now. I have tried to share my insight and knowledge of 20 plus years of beverages. So this will be my last post. I wish you all good luck but this form is no longer for me. You who know me and have spoke with me on the phone or meet me feel free to reach out via email or call I have enjoyed it. I do believe Hangover Joe's will succeed and I do think its going to take time as I have always said, building a brand don't happen over night and they are a very young company. I also don't believe there making up fake PR and I don't think Darrell Reece has not worked with the company. I wish you all success and a Happy Christmas and New Year and so long folks. I have defended myself for the last time its not worth my time or effort. The stock price has stayed the same for sometime. The only thing that going to move the stock is sales and hard work not press release people. I have made quite a few friend but the recent group of bashers , well it's not my cup of tea. Take care Y'all! In parting I will never understand if you don't believe why not sell and leave. I have always thought other forces are to be at play here and I think I was right. Good Luck to all with the investment. I said I was leaving a week or so back and now I am.
Just so you folks know its far from a dying company its actually the opposite there not making up fake PR Release and let me explain why, this is a massive beverage deal by any standards. This is a company when they sell outside the country and set up distributors all this goes through Warner Brothers. They have a licensed product with one of the top corporations in the USA Time Warner. I spoke today actually with my guy, he explained it to me. Warner help bring this distributor you can Google all day its not a Japanese company that owns these stores I have learned more today. Warner has to vet all distributors that Hangover Joe's license the brand to outside the USA. This all goes through Warner legal and takes months. I was told as this deal was in the works for sometime. You guys also seam not to understand that Warner is partners with Hangover Joes. It's far from made up and I learned that when the Q is filled any day the contract will be included and Warner is all over it as they were massive in putting the deal together and my guy told me today when we spoke that Warner is very active in this and ongoing international markets. I also could not find them in a Google search so I called them today. I get a kick, you guys a year from now when they have sales in the millions which they will still be complaining. As I said before you should all run for cover and sell if you think its going down. They hit a home run of 10 million bottles and I read this and have to laugh as I get more and more how clueless people on this board really are this is a licensed product Warner is a partner and has a direct interest in the brand and its growth. Like Warner is going to license the brand internationally and not have their legal team vet the distribution company. There partners with Hangover Joe's and from what I hear have really step up to take the product to more locations internationally in 2014, its part of the plan. I have always said this will grow both domestically and Internationally, I seam to be correct. The beverage world wrote lots of articles yesterday and today on this, it's a massive deal in beverage and it really puts Hangover Joe's now on the forefront of the category both in the USA and abroad. I know many of you don't like the company and just do not get the vision or the category and the big picture. I also predict more big things as I said months ago for 2014. They have taken the last 4-5 months and have been making changes and restructuring as they have the vision and know they need to raise big money to grow this category and by not selling till they can handle the market and put money and agreements together is in all our best interest. It's a Marathon not a Sprint! I am glad to hear Warner is now involved on the international front and are supporting the brand overseas and finding distribution partners. This is going to be a very good start to the year. A 3 year deal for 10 million bottles ramping up each year with expansion into other international markets is huge News.
They will file and they have a few days. I called them yesterday after that release to give them congrats and also emailed the team over there. Mike Jaynes is a co-founder and he not left they are making changes to take the company to the next level and my guy told me the new CEO comes from the public sector and that going forward to raise funds etc. they need a guy like this and we will see lots of more news on many fronts in the coming month is just what he said. My guy also said that those stores are just the start in Japan. He told me that the agreement is for 10 million bottles and that it is for 3 years starting in 2014 thru 2016. He said its a min of 10 million bottles and this group for Japan can launch into many more stores and regions in Asia. I have a feeling after doing my own looking that this is 7-11 Japan. When I spoke to my guy I didn't ask that but when he told me the same group if they had good success could lead them into thousands of more stores in Asia then I assumed that might be who this is as 7-11 is big all over Japan and Asia, so I assume these are placed in major city locations. I don't know if this is 7-11 but I don't know anyone else that has this many stores from what I know. Since they have a strong relationship in USA with 7-11 this I think could be them. He said the stores are high volume stores in top locations in Japan. I will say this I said the brand will grow internationally as well as domestic, as the category is global. I can tell you in beverage by any standard this is a massive deal. I think its the start of a lot of good things we will see for 2014. It's a Marathon folks not a Sprint.
Talked to them last week. Said massive news is coming and that there will be news before the end of the year and lots of news after first of the year. I think 2014 is going to be a big year for the brand and company. They were all very upbeat and said we took 5 months totally restructuring and realizing we shouldn't try to sell till we can support the market raise capital and do it right so we have put agreements in place to start shipping again when we have all in place this is all I know. I could tell by the way they were acting that its going to turn around big time. They seamed very confident that what I am reporting from what I have learned. The key is that with this type of business you can turn it around fast if you have numbers because the profit margin is high. Think in 2012 they sold into the market over million bottles or more. I expect them to shatter this in 2014 If they have raised capital and I expect that is part of the news but I don't know. Here where people miss the boat is they have shipped to 30K stores don't mean its in 30K stores as they not been refilling orders or shipping because of the capital crunch. So you cannot try to figure it out. From what I understood they not done much shipping for last quarter as they been restructuring company working on capital and deals etc.
Your so wrong it was Hangover Joes formula from the get go there is no pending action this was settled over a year back. Gtox loss the argument when they tried to sue Hangover Joe's. Jaynes the lawyer and CEO and former Medical Malpractice attorney put that to bed and its well established and signed off by a federal Judge that it was Hangover Joes formula and no violation occurred Hangover Joe's had been using it in commerce before GTOX got a patent on an amino acid. Hangover Joe's was able to prove and show that but then Hangover Joe's substituted the Amino acid for another similar one, even though they were not ordered to do so. We all got notice of this who sold the product. Know the facts, Gtox did sue Noho and won however and also a few energy companies as they have no distribution and this is how they attempted to make money by suing other companies on a patent on an amino acid you take before you drink nothing like Hangover Joes which is a morning after product. Hangover Joe's case was settled and dismissed these are the real facts and its public record. When it happened they let all distributors know and we never had to even remove it from the shelf. Jaynes won it and it was settled long long ago that was a year or maybe two back. Also the amino acid was in the old Hangover Joe's brand this was even before the movie brand, it a mute point.
I said I am leaving the board but this guy is so out of touch I had to point this out. I personally know Darrell Reese and he is good friends with Jeff Jonke over at Hangover Joe's and he has worked to help Hangover Joe's land account and reps the product I would say anyone call call them and they confirm this as the truth. Your so outing this guy he has an Agenda and he a disgruntled guy who purchased product before the movie brand and never could sell it and he is not a distributing house or had a real DSD system, but a personal individual and I doubt he is a shareholder from what I was told. I think anyone could call Mr. Reese as he is close with Jeff Jonke and confirm this is not bogus PR Release. So I think that will show what we are dealing with on the board and why I am leaving as its not a constructive form anymore. We can have our opinion on the company pro and con but this is what it is.
I have been reading the board since I got back from the conference. This guy make claims I am a member of the company and quite a few on here know me and have met me on the board and a few off the board. Remember when I was JW Roth and I was Mike Jaynes its really quite funny. I now have a good idea who this guy is after speaking with them he is a bad egg who has an agenda. This is going to be my last post on the board as there is no since to continue. You who want to communicate with me off the board send me your private email and I will continue to communicate with you and share my insights and thoughts. As for the product being out dated that is so incorrect when its ran it has a 2 year shelf life from the new plant. So anything out there at the oldest is a year at best. The product does move and I can tell you this expect massive things from this brand and company in 2014. If it didn't 7-11 the biggest cstore chain would of not kept it on the shelves now for 2 years since the start. They spoke at the show and gave a huge lecture on new product what they look for etc. This meets there requirements in turns and has stayed on the shelves with not good placement for 2 years the chain also believes in this category as a growth sector. I think Hangover Joes are making steps to move in the right direction and have brought on a lot of experts from the public sector and the beverage side now they went through a learning curve in 2013 and spent a great part of the last 4 months restructuring I also feel with the public guys being put in place you see them addressing the stock side more and more and the capital markets. They have put in a lot of new things and systems and I feel more than ever they are headed in the right direction as I say time will be the teller. I made predictions and I now stand by them even more than ever. The guy bashing this company is not a stockholder think about it if he was would he be make the false claims etc. would he hold stock in a company he calls scammers etc. I don't think so and most of you are seeing through it. Those that wish to communicate with me who are believers in the brand email me private and send your email address and I will continue to communicate with you. But I will leave the board as its the right thing to do in my opinion now its no longer a form that is constructive. I can tell you I have come back from the conference feeling better than ever about the category in general and actually the whole functional lifestyle category is growing and beyond hangover ton of new functional lifestyle products and that is really a good thing to see. This company is going to make it and like I always said its a long term commitment. I expect in the coming months you will be very please to see the changes and the things that will come about as they implement there growth plans. Remember there are those with angles and agenda and axe to grind. I will share with you my insights and thoughts off the board to people who are believers and really have an interest in the company and its future . The future for this very young company is very promising and I think they will have backing and strong relationships and I believe the next few years will really be the movement for the brand and category of functional lifestyle as I always said its going to grow both domestic and international this brand will grow and the category is real and alive with more companies coming to the table. A lot of you I have spoke to off the board and you have my company email feel free to contact me. Feel free to email me as I will share my thoughts, but this form has quite a few people now that have there own agenda. I believe strong in the company and brand. Have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I thinks its going to be a very good year and future for this company.
Sounds like a hell of a dream, the show is in California in Santa Monica
Yes make since web based sale. Glad to see they got them out to you ASAP. It's a nice flavor, our sales guys and delivery guys use them all the time for energy pick ups as well. My wife had a migraine a few weeks back and took one she swears by it for headache.
It is all the movie brand and same formula before and now in the new bottles with characters. I am leaving in the morning and will be back on Wens. I update when I return from conference.
I am not Shawn Adamson and quite a few on this board have spoke to me on the phone and have called my office in Georgia. Boy are you lost just because I take a passionate stand for what I believe. I am not part of it. Also a few on here have actually met me last year at the Hangover Joe's party in Vegas at NACS and actually at Hard Rock VIP party they had. I came with BBDA owner and Rep John Swanson to that party there were investors as well as distributors and media there. I use to carry BBDA product as well till they screwed us. So get your facts straight.
simpleman I cannot respond to email send your details I spoke to my guy today I need to know how many cases you have. He thinks he can take all off your hand first week in Jan if its a good deal they move all over NYC. As they are putting purchasing into next year so email me I will get in touch send an email address. It will be next week once I back from the show. I have a verbal he take all you have.
I was told auditor have to go over maybe its there own I don't know but I was told they will file before deadline. I assume not much to file as they are so behind because of capital.
I am flying this weekend to beverage show I will be with them starting Monday. I think they will be filing from what I hear the auditors actually are running behind big time and so was Hangover Joe's and it will be filed soon. I will be at the conference Dec 9 & 10th its sold out again. Looking forward to it this is twice a year and its where all the main categories are discussed and tons of guest speakers this time should be good.
Unless your Mclane and I don't think you are no promoter bought 300k of the product. If so who are you as that not in there fillings hard for me to believe.
Because your holding old stock that cannot be sold. I don't think your a sales guy you could for sure put this in tons of mom and pop stores or drop it to jobbers in your area. I doubt your on the inside of the company, I am closer to them than most and I have no clue what is really going on. My guy got from S&J the new stuff they have it all over NYC call them ask if it sells. Look at the numbers in 2012 when the company had money over 1.2 million in sales call manager at Walgreen in Nola ask if it sells. You might be in a conservative Bible state like me but it still sells if you pick the right areas. It sells much better on the coast than it does in area of the south. It does not sell well in real right wing areas as I have it in Rome Georgia which is so conservative and moves slow but over in Athens a totally different scene. The key is you have to pick the stores and the demographic well. There is a bit of science to where this product works. My Rep in Colorado told me the other day and he is there national sales trainer they figured out quite a bit by location as he was just in NYC with the large guys and told me big geyser inc,is considering it for all of NY for 2014 but they won't carry in conservative Northern NY. My team is trained well on how and were to sell this. Where are you located, Arkansas, TN, OK,KS I bet your in the heart of a conservative city or area and if so there is a whole other model you need to follow. As I recall your not a distributor but a guy doing promos stuck with pallets of old stock. You should still be able to sell these if you can sell. Not everyone can sell.
The store manager doing it not 7-11 Call Walgreen on Royal Street in New Orleans in the French Quarter ask for the Manager Mr. Madison they sell it for $3.50 a bottle he will tell you that it blows out of the store to the tune of over 35 to 50 cases per month but it is the French quarter just another extreme also in the French market at $5.00 a bottle place is called Nawlans but I don't know managers name. I can also provide tons of stores in Georgia we sell to that average 24 to 36 bottles per month but out of ethics to my stores I won't actually do that. I suggest calling Walgreen get the real story. I think they are far from dropping the ball. There social media is growing on twitter massive. I think they are also working to raise money. As I said before you don't believe sell. thesmalls gave a great response on the stock side I represent the beverage side. One store does a mark down get real. Also I can tell you we have stores that are in getto area that don't sell that good this is a product that sells best in affluent demographic where people care more about health and have disposable income trust me I understand this brand much more than you.
thesmalls I been the first to admit I am not a stock guy and thanks for explaining. I do know beverages and I know there is a huge following and social movement the brand and category are huge and the product works that is key in beverage. Its all comes down to them raising money. These guys on here have an agenda and its so obvious to anyone. I am like you I am thinking also of leaving the board it does me know good trying to explain what is really going on its best the just reach and audience of know on one here. Hangover Joe's has a real audience in one tweet that is 67K stronger than this will ever be. Thanks for your input and insight. I will be at a large conference they will be at in a few days. I do believe they are working to raise money from what I hear. I also believe the category is larger than most people understand worldwide. Once again thanks for sharing your insight but I doubt anyone gets it.
When I see them I tell them they should communicate more all I can do. I do believe but I know they are fighting to raise money because my rep tells me that its a big focus. I will know more and convey this to them at the show. I have time planed to spend with them 2nd day of the conference.
It don't take a genius to figure it out the company has tons of back orders is under funded needs to raise capital to grow and get back on track I am a shareholder and that is it plain and simple I got that figured out. If you cannot figure those answers out wow. That the main thing and its not rocket science to figure it out. I have a right to state my opinion and sorry you don't like it your either are a holder or a folder with Hangover Joe's. So stay or go very simple that would be my answer. I will get a much better feel in a few days but I doubt I will share it why it falls on deaf ears.
As I said from day one its a marathon you don't get beverages it don't happen overnight and will never agree ,you don't like the company sell and leave its simple. I will be with them at the conference in four days and I will see what I learn. It comes down to you either believe in the category or brand and category or you don't its that simple. I believe they will raise capital and have brand extensions in 2014 and grow the category both in USA and internationally, you don't its simple. You should sell and go if you think this way. IF you do stay along for the ride.
There are 24 in a box a case is two 12 packs, the average stores sell 24 to 36 per store, its not energy its hangover and when its in thousand and thousands of stores and the company is funded its a huge category the key is capital they have been under capitalized from the start. I was in New Orleans over the weekend and spoke to the manager of Walgreen in the FQ they are averaging 25 to 30 cases per month per store. They have a huge wall placement by the registers they have end caps first time I have seen these displays the are new i like them. It's New Orleans so its like huge numbers but the key with this like Vegas is thousand buy the product and are exposed to the brand. They where in lots of the shop in the FQ we saw them in I would say 15 to 20 stores we went in just around Canal and Royal & Bourbon Street. They have same kind of placements in Vegas very high profile placement in massive tourist drinking area and hotel placements. This helps the brand as its seen by thousands daily even those who don't purchase see the product. The key is the company raising money. I also believe will see brand extensions and investment in 2014.
Here what you don't get its never been about the characters they have proven the product did more than a million in sales the category is real and emerging. They our focus on raising money that is key to this brand going forward and yes there promoting very smart. Here a great example of a company that is not in the same category but is fighting giants like vitamin water and look at this capital raise yesterday. As I predict someone will step up and fund this company. The category is to big and emerging and its just a matter of time and yes its a marathon if you don't believe that as I always say sell and run for cover. You like to grip about and industry you really don't get. Example yesterday http://bevnet.us1.list-manage.com/track/click?u=825b4147990be48e684835ac2&id=8eb999ea41&e=85db09ba03 and this happens all the time as everyone is looking for the next big thing. This is a basic start up with no real huge sales and has got like HJOE major authorizations and has raised cash. The press Hangover Joe's has had really has been unreal good things will come in 2014. They will raise capital its a matter of time. I am leaving ya'll for Thanksgiving. I hope you all have a blessed and wonderful holiday with your family. Going to see my daughter and her husband in Metairie ,la. I will get into the French Quarter this weekend and will check out the stores with Hangover Joe's. I packing a couple cases of Hangover Joe's to share with my daughters and her husbands friends. I will be needing my Hangover Joe's this weekend I can tell you that. Happy Thanksgiving!!!
I sorry I have no idea. I have been a distributor since the start and I called every week and I have a good relationship with my rep so I got mine but he said there focused on raising capital. I know a lot of places are out across the country. I don't have that kind of info.
They have not filed volume has been steady and went up last few days a bit. I not worried. I playing for 2014 and 2015, I be with them in a week or so at a beverage show and conference I get better updates then.
I through fits to have for Holiday and it took around 4 to 5 weeks
I actually spoke to them yesterday I going to be at a conference they are all going to be at in Dec. I didn't ask him about that stuff my rep don't deal on that side of the business. I assume will see if after Thanksgiving but I don't know. He said management is working on funding and plans for 2014 and he said my shipment was on the way that all I really talked about with him and I told him I wanted to see him and the guys at the show and go to lunch.
I called this morning he left for his daughters in Florida to beat bad weather for the Holiday. He be back they said next Monday so I try again then for you.
This same guys over and over. I had to work out our contract with their lawyer she a woman in Denver and a massive SEC lawyer and a huge firm. She is very creditable. I also have personally dealt with the CEO he is a retired attorney and a very nice man. He always shot straight with us about running behind when they out grew the plant in Atlanta and when they also ran into capital growth problems etc. There financials are also audited ,since the company only went public a bit over a year. Its the same people over and over with an axe to grind but yet say they have purchased stock. Why would you do that if you make these type of statements makes no since.
Once again someone who don't understand beverages. It had to be purchased before April. Mclane who is the supplier to 7-11 loaded on the old characters the movie guys on purpose. Know what your talking about your not a distributor and don't know that we all had that option last Feb. Mclane purchased a years or better supply for 7-11 stores with the characters that was back in the older filings you see that etc. They purchased over 234 thousand shots in 2 shipments or runs as I recall. I think that was actually in Bevnet now as I recall not the fillings. You see most 7-11 and most stores are out. 10 that is a sampling so funny you kill me. I sell the brand call Walgreen in New Orleans ask them if it sells call HEB in Texas ask if it sells. Lets see they have been in 7-11 since 2011, If it don't sell don't you might think they would of removed it from the stores which they have not. You cannot stay in 7-11 if your don't move product even if your paying slotting fees. They company as I have explained 20 times is in a capital crunch. I predict they will raise money and soon the form D that was a clue to what is going on there. If you don't like sell get out quite bitching, see It shows there is other motives at work here. Look all over Vegas. I just had friends there new shots all over the strip check out the Terrible stores all over Vegas and the casino gift stores Walgreen in Vegas. I have been to New Orleans twice this year as I live 5 hours away. Just walk around the French Quarter look at all the stores loaded with product. Your not in the business but you visit 10 stores and you have a random sample. Two years in 7-11 most brands don't make it 6 months it in the 7-11 plantagrams. We know most stores are out that a given. The company number will not be good its about raising capital there tied up till they raise capital I know I speak to them. I will actually see them at the Bevnet conference in December I learn more there what is happening. The company I predict will raise money and continue to grown. If you think its over just sell now. I will be back when I can say see I told you so which will happen again, It does seams I am so far calling it like it is with this company. The audience here of 50 people which neither of us have any power of influencing over means nothing to the overall picture of the company or brand. Watch the twitter it would give you a better reality of what going on its growing rapid daily and tons of people are posting photos of themselves with the brand. I will let you who focus on the negative keep here. I am going to leave again as I cannot give you guys the truth as you totally blind to what is really going on with the company. Your basically competitors or people with axe to grind that so simple and most on the board know it. Good luck you got an audience of 50 your going to make a difference. I think in one tweet Hangover Joe's can reach more people than this board can in 10 years. As you might recall the old TV show, I am showing my age here but Fantasy Island, Mr. Roarke would give them the choice to stay in their fantasy or leave the island. Stay in your beliefs but I will leave again for a few months and I will laugh as you make statements that are based in just fantasy. This brand will make it despite the board you me or anyone else as its so much bigger and actually the category is bigger. They have a movement a cult following. Pick up the new November issue of CSN news and see what they are saying about recovery. I assume they are in on it with Hangover Joe's. I know you think its a fantasy but the category is real the company will raise money and grow and they will have to do dilution, there is no doubt on that front. See you all in the Spring.
What the guy has is old stock they sold over 1 million in those bottles but it changed for Hangover 3 and as a distributor you cannot have it in stores. So most people long ago loaded up stores on this not much out there I think big guys like Republic National still has it in some markets like Nola etc. This guy was a promoter not a distributor I assume he did events and has it left over like its good for jobbers. It's not about getting it together man that stuff is now about a year and old. I get a kick out of you your like a dog looking for a bone to chew, you don't like the company or the brand just sell and get out why bitch.
I will do I'll send him email and I have his number. He is hard to get on Friday but I will call him come Monday for you. I don't need anything out of it. He runs to lots of mom and pop so he be very good for this at right price. I get back to you Monday.
There won't be from distributors. I know guy in Conn. I speak to I know from beverage shows he has a large beer route and I have wholesaled him some. He might have interest I contact him Monday and get back to you. If its a deal he might be a good candidate. He not authorized distributor he more of a beer wholesaler of multi brand and tons stuff e cigs etc. He be perfect. Let me email him I see if I can help you.
If your a distributor you know it cannot be sold after April 1 you had to have signed bills of delivery to the vendors by that date look at your revised Feb contract for the new Hangover 3 product. This is in the fourth Paragraph down. They also would not post those on FB if it was not authorized to those stores or reps by that date because Warner would be all over them. They never sold the guys on bottle after April 1 look at your contract if you are an authorized distributor.
