Just so you folks know its far from a dying company its actually the opposite there not making up fake PR Release and let me explain why, this is a massive beverage deal by any standards. This is a company when they sell outside the country and set up distributors all this goes through Warner Brothers. They have a licensed product with one of the top corporations in the USA Time Warner. I spoke today actually with my guy, he explained it to me. Warner help bring this distributor you can Google all day its not a Japanese company that owns these stores I have learned more today. Warner has to vet all distributors that Hangover Joe's license the brand to outside the USA. This all goes through Warner legal and takes months. I was told as this deal was in the works for sometime. You guys also seam not to understand that Warner is partners with Hangover Joes. It's far from made up and I learned that when the Q is filled any day the contract will be included and Warner is all over it as they were massive in putting the deal together and my guy told me today when we spoke that Warner is very active in this and ongoing international markets. I also could not find them in a Google search so I called them today. I get a kick, you guys a year from now when they have sales in the millions which they will still be complaining. As I said before you should all run for cover and sell if you think its going down. They hit a home run of 10 million bottles and I read this and have to laugh as I get more and more how clueless people on this board really are this is a licensed product Warner is a partner and has a direct interest in the brand and its growth. Like Warner is going to license the brand internationally and not have their legal team vet the distribution company. There partners with Hangover Joe's and from what I hear have really step up to take the product to more locations internationally in 2014, its part of the plan. I have always said this will grow both domestically and Internationally, I seam to be correct. The beverage world wrote lots of articles yesterday and today on this, it's a massive deal in beverage and it really puts Hangover Joe's now on the forefront of the category both in the USA and abroad. I know many of you don't like the company and just do not get the vision or the category and the big picture. I also predict more big things as I said months ago for 2014. They have taken the last 4-5 months and have been making changes and restructuring as they have the vision and know they need to raise big money to grow this category and by not selling till they can handle the market and put money and agreements together is in all our best interest. It's a Marathon not a Sprint! I am glad to hear Warner is now involved on the international front and are supporting the brand overseas and finding distribution partners. This is going to be a very good start to the year. A 3 year deal for 10 million bottles ramping up each year with expansion into other international markets is huge News.
