Hangover Joes Begins Reverse Split Process
Recently our company entered into negotiations with financers who expressed concern about our price having dropped as part of a series of convertible financings we have entered into in the last two years. Those Financings did bring us the success of a new product launch, several potentially large customer relationships and settlement of some issues that had been plaguing our company since we went public in 2012, but they left us with a capital structure that at least some parties believe either currently or will be soon in need of revision.
Today we filed a preliminary 14c with the Securities and Exchange Commission that will give our board the authority to enter into up to 200 for 1 reverse split in the coming year. It also provides us with an increase in authorized shares to facilitate future financings, settle outstanding debts and accommodate the issuance of stock to management and others for services performed with either partial compensation or none at all.
The arrangement gives our board the flexibility it needs and further details regarding these actions will be made available when the Company has completed the current cycle of negotiations (tentatively early 2015). We have big things happen on many fronts and there will be news on this after the first of the year. We feel that the company is going to become stronger than its ever been.

You guys make me laugh. I actually go to the Bevnet conferences I know Barry the editor and chief of Bevnet quite well and he is a personal fan of HJOE. The article was not about featuring HJOE it was about showing what is going on in the category. I set through the conference and I provided the facts on healthy energy shot growth from the conference back in another email. Dream Water is not an energy shot but it was mention etc. Git R Done is shown on page 50 and 78 in the new beverage guide. The just of the article is that healthy energy drinks and the category is expanding. I can tell you this I do know that after the first of the year from what I was told there will be a featured article about Git R Done in CSP magazine which is the largest magazine in the country going to 90K plus cstore owners and chains. Also I inquired yesterday with Veal direct as I pick up the phone and call the guy, I don't just put out statements that are not true. I ask about the FB post about the TV show and here is what he said. Yes that is true it is huge, we are right now in negotiation with a show I cannot mention who it is but there is a large national TV show that has millions of viewer wanting to do a segment on this shot and how it is a total break through as an energy shot and health and wellness drink. He said we are working now with our attorneys and theirs to work out the details and once and if we come to an agreement we will announce. So I think we are going to see a large national TV show do a program about the energy shot. Veal did say they want to film its production etc and they were getting ready to do a large run and trying to work it so the film crew could film it. Also if you look at the company FB they said what pages they were featured on ,but the just of that post was that the category is emerging and that the beverage world is taking notice of what is going on etc. Also it did come out at Bevnet that for the fist time 5hr numbers in some chains have slowed and this is an indication of consumers starting to look for other choices in drinks. 5hr is coke and no 2nd place shot has emerged and as explained in history of beverage there is always and number 1 and a number 2 and I personally believe we can become number 2 but if we number 4 this will still be massive the category is changing and emerging. From all the media and attention consumers are now becoming aware that to much sugar and caffeine is a bad thing for them. This all is setting up nice for Git R Done Energy. I am interested in what show this can be, I assume we will see updates soon if they reach a deal to shoot the segment. I hope this happens as it will be massive for the brand.
I just returned late last night from my 9th year in a row of attending the Bevnet conference. I been in the beverage business now 24 years and I cannot disagree with you more. You should pick up Nov 26 issue of Bevnet Magazine and turn to page 49-50 and read the article Energy Shots After 5hr Who is Next. You will learn that energy is 40 times the size of the market of hangover and that energy is continuing to grow and that actually the healthy energy shot business is now emerging with consumers to be the next big thing in energy. I posted just the other day the statistics on here you can go back and read this it is a massive category and Git R Done Energy is being positioned to be a leader of this category. This brand is less than 6 months old its new so it takes time to get on counters if you think this is an easy task its not and they done a hell of a job so far, also if you think what they did with the hangover shot was easy its not their companies that have been around for years that have never achieved the placements and what they have done in a few years with that brand. The hangover brand is an international brand and world wide it is only a billion dollar category but energy is so much larger. This shot is a health and wellness shot and is designed to work different than any shot that has been designed before this will be a key to the success of Git R Done Energy. HJOE is way ahead of the curve in the functional design of this shot and it is on target to what consumers are looking for and retailers. Also to say Larry is not supporting this is totally off base. He has been promoting the heck out of this in social media weekly. Last week he drove over 1.8 million fans to Git R Done Energy FB page this is creating brand awareness and share of mind. Till this product is in national chains which will happen in 2015 there is no since for him to move to other means of marketing outside of social media because consumers cannot locate in stores till we see the planograms done and authorizations come down. These will happen in 2015. Git R Done as an energy name and brand is unreal and you should read the Bevnet article. You think because they did a few million with the hangover that should be the focus well WB movie help but they are now past that and the focus is to grow Git R Done Energy and bring the hangover brand along to leverage the growth sector of energy and to also move the hangover brand forward overseas, which I think will be seeing updates on soon. I can tell you there is a lot of buzz about Git R Done in the beverage community. As for the product being on Larry website the rules are 100K in sales which they done, you have to be on the market I believe 1 year which they are not there yet and you have to also have the logo on the product to qualify to be placed on site so its just to soon under the foundation rules for this to happen. Veal told me that in 2015 it will happen once they reach the rules of the foundation and then go on that website. That is not really important as it needs to be in stores and on counters more than on the foundation website. I believe they are working new flavors and at this time speaking to some of the larger chains in the USA and being brought into 2015 planograms from what I am learning via FB. I like your excited about the brand, but I think you need to understand what is going on in the industry and understand energy vs hangover and the potential that Git R Done has to change everything for HJOE! The design and timing of this shot is brilliant.
Update from Bevnet sessions this morning in Santa Monica. Why Organic Energy Consumers are evolving the energy category.
1. 59% of energy drink and shot consumers are concerned about their safety in light of all the wrongful death law suits and the media coverage of the harmful effects of energy shots. Energy drinks are hard for consumers to trust because of non organic products associated with energy drinks and shots.
2. New research suggest that 44% of energy drink customers prefer beverages that are good for them and are seeking healthier choices in drinks.
3. Right or wrong all the negative publicity on energy drinks has had a heavy influence on consumers views of energy shots and drinks and on retailers.
4. The biggest new trend in energy drinks is a move toward organic based drinks and shots and more stores and category buyers are seeking these products out. They are looking for no genetic modifications and products that produce healthy well balanced energy in a safe delivery system to consumers.
5. This I find to be the best fact of all. 61% industry sales growth as the energy category evolves over the last year. All of this being said. Git-R Done Energy is on trend with the category and so far as it is the first energy shot to be both a energy shot and a health and wellness product and to have the worlds leading antioxidant. This category from what we are learning today is only going to grow and explode. We will see good things happen for HJOE over the next few years as the category starts to trend up and meet consumers needs.

You make such good points and drive it home, This is a real company and you can go to the shows and meet their team you can call them and email them and yes they do run good social media and I notice that their growing in social media and Larry is helping that growth. You can call Veal on the phone, you can talk to stores and your right the sell through is good and it also grows the longer its on the counter. Thanks for your input. This tells me you don't understand the market, SK street King was aimed at and an urban black market with 50 cent the rapper. I watched it in Atlanta and they key being that demographic does not consume energy products nor have they ever. Black males who the brand was aimed at do not even use 5hr nor have you seen a 5hr ad aimed at this demographic. They do not consume monster or red bull but 50 cent thought that because of his success with Vitamin water they could reach and create a black demographic for energy products and that has been the failure. Lets look at stacker that has no branding and had done 250 million it is aimed at a white working class demographic and so is Git R Done Energy. Your comparing oranges and apples Larry who reaches a white demographic of working class men who are proven to drink energy shots VS SK a market that never developed and was aimed at the black urban market who do not consume energy drinks. I understand beverages quite well and set in on a session at the last bevnet that explained in detail why SK has failed. Git R Done will have national authorizations in 2015, I predict this and they will also have capital into the company. As to your comment the company has failed just the opposite name one Hangover brand that has sold over 2 million in sales in that category there is not one etc HJOE these are the real facts. The company has been in business since 2009 soon to be 6 years and has survived and actually launched a new product that reaches at the core of who uses energy products 80 percent of all energy drinks are consumed by white males. This is also a proven expanding market that is growing by 17 percent a year. so I think the brand is on target at the correct demographic. The key is to know the market and understand the brand. There will be more sales and authorizations both regional and national and capital into the company in 2015. I stand by these predictions.
I had a conversation last Wens with Matt Veal and he told me that the company is working on capital as presented in the last Q and his first order of business is to buy out the toxic loans. Anyone can email him and he will tell you the same. I predict large funding coming and I also predict large chain authorizations and regional chain authorizations in 2015. He also has said many time the challenges the company has and is a straight shooter. For some reason you have an issue and angle with this company. Here is the truth and the facts the product sells well and the sell through only grows the longer this is on the counter and the higher the turns get. I predict the company will raise large Dollars in 2015, I also predict this and there will be large national chain authorizations. I also predict that the Japan deal which remember is a Korean company will go forward in 2015 lets just say that is a prediction I feel strong about and when it does we will see even larger sales growth and when this happen some people are going to have egg all over their faces for being doubting Thomas. So we will see massive chain bring in Git R Done Energy, both national and regional. We will see money into the company and the toxic debit go away and we will see the international expansion of the hangover recovery shot in 2015. When this comes to pass I want everyone to remember I am predicting this stuff. Joe Barnum who ran Mr. Checkout coming to work for Hangover Joe's says volumes. This also will increase sales as this guy has worked with over 200 jobbers in the Checkout program for years that was a huge pick up for this company and I have to say way to go HJOE. Joe will Git R Done in 2015 for HJOE! I know there are a few people that don't like this company but you cannot deny they are turning this all around and now have tapped one of the top guys in the industry. Joe Barnum increased sales at MR. Checkout and has a vast jobber network to tap into, this is all a very good thing for the company and a smart decision by management. You might want to watch the CMT awards on Dec 2 he is 100 percent behind the brand. I also predict in the next few months as we go into 2015 major chain authorizations and regional chain authorizations in both the USA & Canada in 2015 plus significant capital into the company. The brand is selling well and the company is moving forward and they will make a good showing at Bevnet in December as well. Remember they will never raise money, they are toast well they raised money brought Larry on he is blasting weekly on both twitter and on FB so I think this establishes his support. Plus the product is now in stores and the success of the soft launch all is moving in the correct direction.
I have been let back but allow only one post a day. It is a marathon and not a sprint you are so correct I have said this a 100 times. These numbers are decent and they have actually 80k plus in sales in the 6 - 8 weeks of reporting that decent showing. I said I would be happy with this as the auditors account this stuff different than most business do but here is my prediction and so far I have been spot on about HJOE. We are going to see multi level chain authorizations and regional chains as well as grocery and national authorizations. I also learned at the show that Canada is moving well and will see a large push in 2015 into chains in Canada. I predict by March or before in 2015 we will see large chain authorizations in the USA. I saw the statement on FB yesterday we are being consider in planograms. If they have been told then I know form experience this is going to come about. We also are going to see some large investment into this company in the next few months or before the first of the year I predict. The product is selling better the longer its on the counter the sell through is that good and I can tell you I was in Florida. it was a small show but they picked up a large distributor from the mid south out of Caroline who handle 5 states, I know the company well they are real players with a good sales force. The are moving in the right direction and I remember people saying they would never survive they cannot raise money bla bla bla. Well the proof is now out and its only going to get better. They have survived turned it around and moving forward the rest will happen and catch up. This is only going up up and away folks. I also will watch that DEC 2 special with Larry on CMT he is the MC and I think it will be quite interesting. He sent out a strong message on FB yesterday. He would not be making those statements without knowing something that and I predict what I said above and stand by it. Way to go HJOE!
For once we agree it will be in the 40-75K area I believe. I just explained why in my other post. It will be higher the next time and it will continue to grow and we will see very large chain authorizations in 2015 that will get the company into the millions in sales and more distribution. The chains will be the domino effect that will cause more and more distribution to fall into place.
They are very good online but the Hangover nor the energy products are something you would by online in volume as a distributor and individual sales for these type of products are not large. I am not expecting much in online sales as these are products people get in stores over online. They wholesale to people that sell on Amazon and that would be bigger online sales than their website and they rather see distributors selling online via Amazon plus they have higher prices on their website because store buyers don't want the product selling cheaper online than in stores so its like $3.00 a bottle online. Online sales from their website is not a focus of the company. Let me explain when I say their good online markets they are great at SEO one of the co founders ran large internet companies and he personally told me this is not like selling online electronic etc. This is a product that sells at counters, where they are strong is in SEO go out and search like hangover recovery shot they own the top positions in Google and they are building the same thing for the healthy energy shot this is good way to find distributors looking to sell these products over individuals buying online that where they are good at marketing and social media. The have strong ranking for Hangover Joe's under many key words that what I mean by marketing SEO experts. I am expecting as a beverage guy sales of 40K to 75K because I know that most distributors are working on 60 to 90 days net and that this was a soft launch and they do not plan on the big push till Jan of 2015 now is time stores and chains and even distributors are planning out 2015 authorizations. They did a soft launch got good data did NACS show and now the new show coming next week in Tampa and also Bevnet is coming in December. I think I will be closer to the actual numbers but we won't know. I will be happy with anything 40K to 75K and I will be happier if we see over that but I am expecting larger sales the next quarter and it will continue to see steady growth. Remember on the soft launch the did store fills with Mr Checkout and they also push a lot of extra product for sampling as well this is standard. They are now back moving in the right direction. Anyone who thinks this is easy to do is lost as the other beverage guy pointed out yesterday to re-establish a brand that went off the market is no easy thing as you have to get the trust back that PLN destroyed from the screw ups and they are building the new brand which is going very well. Its a marathon not a sprint as I have pointed out many times and this new brand is of a few days ago just 4 months old. Anyone that knows anything about building a brand know this is a light introduction and soft launch and they were very upfront about that from the start. I do expect large chain authorizations in 2015 and I mean large this brand resonates and will find its way into some of the countries larger retailers. We will see updates on this by April or May I have no doubt on these type of stores slotting the brand forward onto counters in this time frame. Overall its a great thing they saved the company from what PLN did, brought Larry on and engineer a new product that is cutting edge and healthy and functional and that works, took out TCA and started to move back in the market, anyone that thinks this is easy don't really have a clue of what it takes to build a beverage company. So far these guys have done an outstanding job getting the wheels back on track. For some its not fast enough and they have been around a few years and don't get the impact what PLN and TCA cost and that the company from the start was taken advantage of by the people who took it public and that the company was underfunded from the start and still is in my opinion and had to go to high risk funding but they have done more than most they have real products in real stores not a penny dream company. Most companies that had the series of things happen to them that HJOE did would of folded. These guys are fighters and have survived and if you met them in person and saw them in action see them sell in their booths and picked up on their passion, I think you understand why I believe.
I am also a beverage guy and you view it like myself It is hard as heck to do what these guys have done. People on here who are not in the business don't get it. But also with a ton of DSD loosing Monster on Jan 1 this is going to open up doors. I predict large chain authorizations in 2015 and as a beverage guy I can tell you I am selling the product the sell through is good the branding is strong and the product works very well. The longer on the counter the better the sell though. 2015 will be a very good year for this company. I also expect better financing to also show up. Quite the BS, the facts are they have been selling the brand 3 months if you didn't do DD then that your fault not the companies. If you don't get why the stock price has feel once again sorry but it has nothing to do with what going on now it has to do with PLN and what happen in the past that caused the problems have you read the law suit I assume not since you admitted you didn't do any DD. I have done more DD on this company and actually met the founders the CEO than you can believe and I have been in beverages all my life and owning a large craft beer brand and company it don't happen over night and if you invested because you like Larry and expect results in 3 months then your really lost if you didn't see TCA lenders selling into the market and the loans wow. They will put out information its called Q filings that will happen each quarter that is what is require no more or no less and they release news more than most penny stock companies. IF you actually called distributors and stores you have another view of what is going on such as Themails has done. If your looking for them to make statements or news every time they ship a pallet that not going to happen and I hope it don't that would be really not necessary. The facts remain this is a long term play. I suggest you actually meet the players and do a few shows and actually use the product for awhile then you wouldn't be making these statements understand the category and the market not the daily stock price it has nothing to do with what is really going on as it will take 6 months to catch up. If you don't trust that take your loss and move on. This is really in the end are just same old BS. They should report every sale made ever shipment right now for you and all investors. Sorry it don't work that way. Think most start up beverage brands do this no they don't and there are also plenty reason why not to but I am not even crossing that bridge. You have a motive its clear. None of your arguments are based in the logic of understanding how building a brand works.
IF you don't think massive national chain authorizations and I mean big ones is going to cure this your lost my friend. Remember Vitamin Water was 36 million upside down at one point. 5hr 3 times almost went under and got kicked out of Walgreen in the beginning. Have you been a daily user of this product? Here is what is not rocket science this is not your average penny stock. This is real its in distribution and more distribution is slated for the growing demand, the sell through I cannot state enough is very good. They are adding more distributors both in USA and now in Canada, the upside is totally different to most penny stocks. This has a major celeb who is on TV daily in over 40 million a month in advertising branding his face that is major. Even today on the morning show Matt Lauer screamed out Git-R-Done as part of a segment. This is a part of social fabric the slogan and its the best name in energy. Have you tried or used this product for a few weeks I wonder? They are in a category that is only growing and the health factor is even bigger. If Hillary wins president and she going to run she going to make it an issue to go after caffeine in Energy drinks you can bet on that. So you have a brand that is emerging with national celeb, who is loved and a category that is looking for this type of product with a massive upside. There will be upcoming articles in Bevnet soon and I will be posting them here as I see them. This is not the average penny stock and anyone who has a clue or is in beverage world gets it. I think the editor of Bevnet gets it. I think CSP gets it and I think Beverage world gets it. That speaks volumes.
The will also continue to be current as stated before its a real company with real products and Veal is a real CEO and will keep the company current and they will establish back to the OTCB when it goes back over 1 cent which will happen in the future as more news I predict is released and we see authorizations and more sales and distribution. It has been filed he put in I think 400 to 500k its back in the filings. I am just saying I think he will be putting more in I don't know but he was in Vegas at the show so I assume he still very active with the company. But if you go back in the filing you will see he is an owner based on the money he has already put into the company.
Are you lost the launch has nothing to do with stock price. This is the TCA and loan people selling into the market that has cause the stock to lower not the brand etc wow sometimes I wonder about you guys and your agendas. There has been no sales even reported yet. It will take the market 6 months to a year to catch up with what is happening on the counters. who are you trying to fool. Till sales are reported and will see some on this report and more on the next and then even more on the next it will build but its going to take like Themails said a few quarters till the picture develops as to what is actually going on with the counters and stores. The sell through for one I can tell you is dam strong for a new brand and the longer its on the counter it gains. These are the facts. If you don't understand that your never going to get beverages and how it works, it takes time to get distribution and they work in net 30-50-90 and that effects the reporting so it takes time for the real facts to develop and reflect to stock price. I know them you don't and I do as I see fit. I sell the product have since 2009 before this was a public company. I like the co-founders and I believe. If you don't then move on like many have but I am here for the long haul. I attended most the shows I feel I have a much better view than most because I actually touch and sell the brand and have watch these guys create this new categories. This is a marathon and not a sprint and its not for the weak and if your not a long player its not going to work for most. I trust these guys and I really like Veal. You know they will bring it back from being a pink sheet its got to got to 1 cent and they pay a fee is just what I was told and that will happen in time. To say there is no funder is wrong Gene Gilstrap has put in I think close to half million and is a strong believer in the company from the records. He is also a big Larry Fan from what I have heard and I would not be surprised he is funding production etc. I expect we will see future capital infusions from him and his team as he also was in Vegas in their booth and I got to meet him he a Texan and was a real nice guy.
Last I knew it was still going through government process and that they had got an attorney over their to try and move things along. I have no other updates on that etc. There were guys from both the UK and 7-11 Denmark in their booth talking to them about the Hangover Shot during the NACS show while I was hanging out. If anything is coming of that I don't know but I saw the guy from Denmark take a case of the product and info.
There will be no reverse split and its not 2.7 million in debit. A lot of this debits like TCA over half million as went into the market in shares the debit has to be down to a million something as they have done debit conversions that all these shares coming into the market place. I would like to point out that sales will cure all this in time as one large chain authorization, can be millions in sales in a year and as I stated I predict that is coming in 2015 along with other chain authorizations and more sales going forward. Just try the product and that will make you a believer. Try it for a few weeks order a case and see how it makes you feel and how it works for you. This is what is going on in the stores people are buying in places where its placed on a daily basis and as this continue to grows this will change everything.
This is not about price now its about price in 6 months to a year from now. Yes I do speak to Veal. I am a distributor so I report to them what I am seeing in the market and now we have college start up, I have placed around a campus and I am seeing a lot of young people buying the shot as well as good ole boy types here in Georgia so its also reaching a young college demographic. So my view is much clearer. I do predict a large national authorization in 2015 that will take this company to next level. I predict one of the larger chain stores in the USA gives it a national authorization that alone take it into the millions in sales in 2015. That what you can see when your close to the field instead of in the nose bleed section.
You wish it was done its just started the product is shipping daily and selling quite well. The sales are ramping up I see it myself the longer on counter the higher the sell through is moving. I know more than you about how the brand moves. They will be racking more sales at the trade show in Tampa in a few weeks. I will be their and viewing that as well and reporting, I am in the game not reporting from the cheap seats I like Themails actually speak to Veal unlike you or other who post not having a clue of how this is going. I speak to Veal and the team I don't hide and post untruths. National chain and I mean major chain authorizations coming in 2015 I predict.
When we get to 2015 there will be chain authorizations and they had tons of buyers at the show. I was their and saw with my own eye. I will also be at the show coming up in 3 weeks in Tampa Bay. I will also be at Bevnet is December. This is a long term thing as Mr. Veal states and where this will be six months from now will be a whole different ball game.
You need lots of distributors around the country both small and large. Why would they discriminate from any sales they won't you have an agenda and it shows. They key is there are more believer and detractors. You cannot stop the brand from growing and that the funny part of all this no matter who you like to paint a picture of total propaganda.
By far its the best name ever for an energy shot its part of the social fabric and pop culture. This shot sells very well I should know I sell it. Its been on the market 3 months with a successful soft launch and they tore it up at the NACS show in Vegas, I witness this myself at the booth. No sales reported yet and there will be sales a bit shown from the soft launch and each quarter it will grow and there will be national chain authorizations coming in 2015 the product is going to sell millions in the year and years to come. Sales = Revenue and that equals share price. Mark my word its only going to grow in time. Its a Marathon not a sprint as I have always said from day one.
I think Veal knows what he doing and if that is the case he pick the right time to release that news. That my thoughts on it.
No sales have been released yet there will be sales and ever quarter it will grow and there will be national authorizations and millions in sales in 2015. And this to will happen so will investors and PO financing and the company will grow. United one is not PLN and the train is back on the tracks. Here a little update about Larry he received 18 Million bonus with his deal with Prilosec since he became the spoke person the company has exploded in sales they also just renewed his contract. The key is Larry sells big time as we are seeing with. He cut that deal on the front side with them and has increased their sales since becoming the spokes person for the brand. Also here another update. His chips total sales between Dollar General, Wal-Mart and Family dollar are on the upside of 20 million. I actually see the number is 24 million. Just release he is the biggest individual selling brand in these stores and now one of the leading new brands in consumables in the USA. I would fair to say within the next year we will see the Git-R-Done-Energy Shot will appear in one if not all three of these stores. The key is these retailers know Larry sells. I would say Larry is a great brand to be behind and these are facts do your DD.
I don't know if they got financing and they cannot tell me insider information, I do know this they are ramping up to run a production run for both Hangover Joe's and Git R Done and that money has either come from the soft launch or someone has put it in as we seen no more convertible note stuff they always file when they get those notes. There going to have to continue to raise money its the only way forward and reinvest the sales in the company. I spoke to the editor of Bevnet at the show and he told me since 2008 its hard for beverage companies to get regular financing and he said you have to be creative and he said if I was a betting man, I like this race horse Hangover Joe's he said. I personally like the guys and I have went out and put my own reputation in the industry betting on them and so far they have continued to survive and fight and he said that half the battles winning the little battles and pushing and not giving up. We might not always like how they have done it but they not given up and the company didn't fold. I be seeing them in three weeks in Tampa at a show I try to learn more on financing and report what I find out.
Let use some logic here. The brand is 3 months old no sales even reported yet. Brands also take years to build and establish its a marathon not a sprint I have to keep beating that drum. You also need to come set in at a bevnet session and see if any major brand has been built in a few years or a few months. Lets not wait for six months to a year no lets have them state every sale in real time , give us a break here. In three months well hell that enough time to be national. We know a lot about building a brand and creating share of mind in the market place don't we now. It just might take 3 months to get into see a buyer alone in many cases or longer you need to establish data and a foot print this is what they have been doing. Give me a break you have the slightest of clue and as we are seeing the majority on the board agree with me on the nature of how a beverage brand is built there not stupid here as you assune. As explained to Durrand in a earlier post last evening. who didn't opt to take that call today with Mr. Veal but who like you sets in the cheap seats and views the game without every getting on the field and meeting the team or the plays . Saying well its been 3 months lets don't wait to see any sales or what this company is doing. The stock price don't represent what is actually going on in the beverage market as it will take six months to a year to catch up to what is actually happening. Your losing the war for the hearts and minds of those who see the future and believe what will happen in the market and I not talking about the stock market. Its one counter at a time, one store at a time and one consumer at a time repeated over and over all across this country and Canada. More distribution will equal more revenue and more revenue will raise the stock price in time and if they need to keep going back to the market to support growing the brand then I am all for it. This is a company that has products that work and are good and have sell through and its going to take money to build the company but at least there is a company to build. So you might not approve of the methods but you don't have to your not the one running it nor am I but I am a believer and a supporter not a detractor. Veal saved this company and is turning it around. If you had your way it as you stated they never raise money when they did you didn't like it. Larry won't sell its is selling and more distribution being added daily. They will do more shows, they will do more advertising in trade magazines they will do more production. They will do more deals in the market and raise more capital and move the company forward and in the end that what building a brand is all about. So bitch as you may but the genie is out of the bag and its only moving forward no matter if you like the methods or not. There is no stopping HJOE from more counters and more revenue. The market and consumers and retailers are deciding which will continue to move the brand and company forward. The wheels are back on from what PLN caused in 2013 as we saw on the launch in 2012 this was rolling and it is again now.
I drove when I was in high school back in 76 when my dad started the company but its been a long time. I own the company 100 percent well call it 50 percent I am married haha. We are one of the larger craft beers in the south. There are plantogram programs and slotting fees for the counter, Maybe I see you at bevent as you don't know the beverage industry and it shows well to me . I have actually proved who I am and I have meet others from this board at the Hangover Joe's party at NACS in 2012 when they won best new shot in the industry. also at ASD when I actually got in the booth and had my photo taken with the team. So I habe been more than forth coming in establishing who I am as a distributor. Good luck to you Sir. The show is 12K buyers and basically all chains etc. There going to do well at this show then on to Gatlinburg and the NYC show and Bevnet so a lot going on between now and Christmas. If your not up close and seeing what going on in the industry you really cannot have a true view of what is going on with this company. So I report so that the others who are hear because they believe can get a real snap shot of what is actually going on with the brand.
This is where you have it wrong they didn't mess up PLN messed up have you read the law suit they have them charge under federal Rico acts PLN. They have also sited in the law suit that the stock went from in the 30 to 1 cent and damaged share holders and the company its all in the filings. They have them charged under two Rico acts and also for civil fraud they also have sued the owners individually. Everything was going fine they lied to the company and even when the company inspected the factory they show them only non defective product etc as claimed in the suit. Get the facts. So all was moving well and then 2013 exploded because of Private label not being able to handle the volume and totally screwing up millions in sales. I live in the state of Georgia, I have pulled the file and have a copy as my attorney has accessed this its all public record. They are directly responsible and liable for what has occurred and the toxic money that came about and the PPS all is in direct relation to PLN and its all been laid out by HJOE lawyers. So don't blame the company they have been pro active and there documentation is strong and they will win that suit for millions I believe but its going to take time as the court systems even the federal systems here in Atlanta move very slow. But that is the real truth of what happen. The company has fought to get back were most would of folded. Most companies could not have over come this and so far they have and are moving forward this says volumes for team HJOE. Also HJOE has some top lawyers in this type of litigation here in Georgia and this will settle or go to a trail. I assume PLN will settle as their not going to take the risk with all those extra damage by a jury in Georgia.
