However.. in consideration of the fact that this is a real company with a real product in a high-security environment, (as opposed to the prior, where management statements were the only evidence of anything being smoked), I will only say that so far, the pps is supportive of their statements.

I can't think of a reason either. Except maybe a trip zero starting pps after a significant RS, serious new company in charge, re-organized OS to a tight tradeable float with the rest of the OS restricted, management commitment to fully reporting status..

If I understand your thinking on MMUH correctly, you (a) bought mmuh at 2-3 cents on e-cigs, (b) didn't pull the trigger on an exit while you watched it fall to trip zeroes, and (c) can't 'throw any more funds at this POS'. Not sure who is in charge of your investing strategy, but I'd take your 'guarantees' with as much seriousness as you seem to be applying.

I'll be a buyer if we go there.

I understand there must have been legitimate business reasons to exit the CFO. You can check my post history for my ping to Joe Natural on this co and his reply. I bought on downgrade overselling and am looking for a trade here, however, I might trade half my position and hold the other half depending on how this week and next goes.

Joe, interested in your thoughts on UTA. I calculate book value of approx $5.40, and the company appears to be well positioned for growth. I don't put much stock in the analyst downgrade that drove todays selloff, nor the analyst earnings estimate that they missed in the last quarter. Should I be? What am I missing here. Seems like a compelling growth story, even if organic vs. acquisition growth could be stronger. Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

Hmmm. I bought in along with you north of a penny. But I don't know how it can be argued that MMUH has been anything but a FANTASTIC stock to trade for the last 30 days. There have been several opportunities for doubles, and at our present 'hit down hard' level of .0006 we are up 100% from our opening pps this day last week. I don't have L2 though..
