That sounds promising! Sounds like Sanswire is attracting some personnel with absolutely DEVASTATING potential to blow the markets out of the water.
Any videos recently released of the new prototypes? Is Blecky still around?
Hey guys, just looking for a status update. Any more in person sightings of the wireless towers in Pachuca?
Last I recall those revenues were about to explode in profitability all over Sanswire's income statement like a dented can of beans.
It's so good to see that Globetel is still around and cooking. This paradigm shifting company crossed my mind the other day and I was almost worried that when I went looking for it I would find that its virtuous mission of non-rigid autonomous air vehicles had finally succumbed to the shadies at the SEC and the venomous, lying short conspirators.
I should have had faith though. GTEM is alive and kicking. I should have known Johnny L could never stop spinning his wheels, it's just not in his nature!
So what's the story these days?
>>at what level of fraud should Huff and management be held accountable for the fraud of their employees?
Jeez man, 0 of course. You just don't get it, all that stuff was in the past and is no longer applicable to the current state of the company. Only the bright, shiny future is what is relevant now. Clearly mgmt was just a bunch of super nice guys that got taken for a ride, anyone could have made THOSE mistakes. Let's give them more money now, it will be right this time.
Hey serious1, did you ever hear any word back from your brother/cousin/sister/friend or whoever it was that spotted NoMasCables antennas in Pachuca? As I recall this was quite a big selling point that you touted to people of this board to confirm that NoMas was definitely operating and in fact prospering in Mexico!
Certainly your relative/friend must have been able to get you a picture to confirm their sighting by now? It has been 9 months or so if I recall? Thanks!
Right on Sharklady! I wish people would cut NEW management some slack here. After all they have a consistent history of delivering tremendous shareholder value AND fulfiling their promises. Oh sorry I should have said 'estimates'.

How odd that Bleckman often seems to have similar statements to spout just before being completely contradicted by actual events?
Very odd...It would seem that he is reverse-psychic? That he has the ability to see what will NOT happen? Perhaps the Bleckman news feed could be used as some kind of contrarian indicator.
So many fun little things to read about in this filing. I love these...Like this little tidbit here.
"Lt. Colonel (USA/Ret.) Douglas B. Murch tendered his resignation as President of Sanswire Networks LLC on October 16, 2007."
If you want to see something funny go to the 10K filing and search for 'We are no longer pursuing this opportunity'. See how many times it comes up.
Very entertaining. :D

Actually I think this lawsuit could be a very good thing for shareholders, at least in terms of having additional information. It certainly will be interesting to see if GTEM can provide evidence refuting Monterosso's claims. I assume that we will get to see this through court filings. One way or another shareholders will get to see if GTEM can follow through.
Not to say that the Trimax lawsuit hasn't been a treasure trove of information.
This just keeps getting better. Looks to me like GTEM found their scapegoat for the retail crowd to 'ooh ahh' about.
People do realize that GTEM initiates these things just to be able to PR them? Whatever happened to that much touted lawsuit against Altvater and Trimax? Odd that there has been no news for 3 months.
Oops.
Guess it's still time to buy huh.

Tell me mig, when has Globetel NOT been a strong buy for you?
Still $4.50 by Oct 15?
I anxiously await your reply with my finger on the 'buy' button.
>>Gotham "Magic Money" residuals????
Don't you think this 'magic' asset swap certainly must be producing revenues by now? After all GTEM is due their share of the revenues when Gotham begins operating the switch! It seems strange that no revenues would be coming out of there as promised? Then it would just be management moving assets into a shell and out of the reach of shareholders?
Odd.
>>I HOPE..GTEM walks away as quickly as possible from this Mexican JV..ASAP...and tells us so.
lol, so now you proclaim the Mexican JV a failure? And of course it's the fault of the other party. Poor little GTEM, always the victim of international chicanery. I guess it's time for the next JV right?
Here's a question...what the hell are they getting by acquiring TAO?
Intellectual Property? Office supplies? A finished blimp??? Certainly there were no assets of any value mentioned in the PR. It sounds like GTEM is just buying the employees (if any) and paying their buddy Dr. Kroplin. And if it is just employees is there really a need to buy the company rather than contract out/JV with them?
...Just another interesting little shell of a company for GTEM to do business with. Go GTEM!
Leiny for president!
>>WHAT HAPPENED TO ALL THE MONEY
You have just asked the $200,000 question (or several million $$$ question as it may turn out). Where did all that money they raised go...so many fun little companies owned by previous insiders in the GTEM circle.
Ring around the rosy, management pockets full of posies. Strats, strats, we all fall down!
I only hope that one day someone will be able to piece together the entire GTEM saga, because it's way too entertaining to not be told.
As I have always speculated, GTEM is(was) Huff and Johnny L's operation. When Leinwand leaves you can be sure it's all over...the gravy train has left the station.
>>1) GTEM has no debt, thus no creditors
Hmmm no debt. You mean no debt like below?
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/919742/000114420406038107/0001144204-06-038107-index.htm
I'm not alleging anything, i'm just quite curious as to where GTEM's filing of their suit against Trimax is? Perhaps you could direct me to it since you seem quite sure that they have initiated legal proceedings against Trimax?
Didn't GTEM say they filed suit against Trimax? Where is their filing? Odd huh? They say something and then no evidence shows up that they have done what they claim? Sounds oddly familiar.
It'll certainly be interesting to see whether GTEM bothers to show up in court for this one.
>>It will end the sec investigation.
You have absolutely no evidence to prove this. Keep in mind that misreported financials was only one of the items mentioned.
"Among other things."
>>And, you can bet Elbit went over GTEM's technology AND financials very thoroughly before entering into this agreement,
You're joking me right...This is not a merger, it's a 'teaming' agreement. Aka your engineers talk to my engineers end of story. There is nothing financially binding on Elbit so why in the world would they be going over GTEM's financials at this point in time?
Stop insinuating that by signing this agreement Elbit has signed off on GTEM's financials as being in shape.
>>the day after we hear there are only 68 customers signed up in Mexico
I seem to have missed this. Bleckman actually said this? Or someone else? lol if true. Well on the way to 250k subscribers.
>> IMO, Rob's contacts and connections played a role in this new development.
LMAO, you must be joking right...
>>we'll see how much steak there is with the sizzle.
We certainly will.
So can someone please enlighten me as to how this is different from all previous PRs? From what I read it sounds like GTEM and Elisa have agreed to have their engineers, business planners, etc. talk to each other to see if their technologies can/will fit and whether there are buyers for that combination. I see no agreement for actual procurement of SkySats, no numbers, basically nothing which is legally binding and will put cash in GTEM's pocket. Much like everything else for the past year (two?) this is all sizzle, no steak. More power to them if they actually make something out of this and get an actual paying contract out of this. Do I think it will happen? No.
As we have seen and heard over and over, GTEM never has a problem getting itself into high-profile events or getting mentioned with big name partners, but nothing ever comes of it. Frankly, this just smacks of more of the same. And once again there is nothing which GTEM will ever have to deliver on or talk about again once this fades into the background. It will be like everything else, merely an afterthought to be dismissed as "in the past". Hilarious.
P.s. Perhaps someone could tell us of the progress of the much touted No Mas Cables venture with the Peralta family?
So basically, no you don't have any proof.
Why do you think that would be the case? I see many 'invested' people here who clearly have little to no idea what Globetel is and what it does. Holding ba...I mean shares doesn't seem to impart any special wisdom to anybody else.
Regardless of who Erdberg is, the fact that he is scarely mentioned in any material SEC filings or other official documents places him squarely in the 'worker bee' category of GTEM i.e. patsy. It is highly unlikely that he belongs to the 'core' members of GTEM who are in the know and collect such wonderful salaries to boot from a dying company.
Who is Dan Erdberg...
>>There is only one employee left who was intimately involved of all aspects of the company's business now in dispute and specifically all of the SEC matters: Jon Leinwand.
I have always speculated that JohnnyL has been the ringleader of this show. When Leinwand goes, so shall the circus. Will I be proven right? Only time will tell, although with all the recent activity I suspect we will know sooner rather than later.
>>fails to make does not equal late.
So once again, by your definition as long as GTEM eventually pays Uli there is no grounds for termination of the contract. Why not wait 5 years and then pay him the first 45k? By your definition there wouldn't be grounds for Uli to terminate the contract but he would still be under obligation to make radios?
>>it states 2 late payments would be a breach of contract
Late payments of debt or contract costs constitute a default 99% of the time unless a grace period is specified in the contract. Just because a payment is made 'eventually' does not mean that the borrower is not still in default for missing the period in which the payment was supposed to be made.
Perhaps I could borrow some money from you? I'll pay you back, it might be a few years late but it will 'eventually' be repaid. That way I won't be in default.
>>But why do you think they'd proceed?
Because they don't have $500k or 5mm shares to buy his silence with?
>>What do you think that means?
That they're still going to get sued???
General Counsel JohnnyL sure seems to have his hands full these days...
I think that they would 'set up' anyone at this point. Gotta get a patsy from somewhere...
>>end of August
End of August? Is that the new 'excitement date' that has been given out by Bleckman?
>>being spoonfed by your sources is not accurate. That in itself should make you question the accuracy of their other claims.
You shouldn't make fun of Bleckman that way. I'm sure he's trying his very best to tell the truth like he sees it.
