Can someone please explain to me how shorting a stock @.42 cent can make money?

Someone keeps hitting bid with 10,000 to keep price down. I wish they would stop it. Keeps price from moving up.

I see some strange bids. 6,660, 25,000, are these signals by mm. Not sure what they mean.

Or maybe they want to get this offering completed, so they can use the money, and move on to other project.

read about a merger, but maybe they are going to release a new film. they seem to have a lot to do with the film industry.i guess we will have to wait and see. "mm" displayed 911 more than once indicating that news is on the way.

this company does not release a lot of news, to its public/shareholders. what kind of news are we expecting?

just saw 900 share placed, news is on the way today or monday.

maybe the news has to do with the sub. hot pocket record company. maybe signing a new band or singer that is very popular.

since this an active shell, i wish it would start trading. what are they waiting for? are going to use it for their telcom business? i know they have an office in southern cal. but haven been able to get a contact #. does anybody else have any info?

"mm" are signaling they are short of shares with their 100 share bid. i've seen it twice.

just saw "mm" code 900 must be news on the way.

according to bloomberg news, ccs eviormental acquired urban ag in a reverse merger in 2011, and they are in the business of growing fruits and veg. in a controled enviornment. so it could be that, they maybe going into the "mj" business. unless the are no longer part of ccs abatement company.

i believe this is a medical company as well maybe there are getting involved in the "mj" business.

shouldn't their be an 8k put out, for the reverse merger and reduction of shares? just wondering.

problem is, it seems like its going the wrong way. down!

all the other mj stocks are moving up nicely, but we just sit.why?

maybe this company should sell the shell company to a mj company, then maybe it will do something. from bgnn board the company is contemplating selling to a mj company, and the stock is going crazy. maybe we should contact the company and make that suggestion.

i think these codes have some merit,because after you see a small trade like 100,300,900and so for there comes a difinte change in the price up or down, or sidways

what is this guy trying to prove with his 100share sells? if the buying pressure remains he won't be able to stop the train.

i think we might have some more news, i keep seeing a 900 share, which i think is a mm signal for news coming.

somebody got something against this stock? every time it gets to .0002 some puts a 100 share bid at .0001. whats up with that?

i notice on level2 that the ask is stacking a .03

when i was watching the trades today, it seemed the mm would put a small trade in less than 15k at the ask, then they would put a large sell right next to it, over 100k. then when it would approach .003 cdel would have a large ask 10M or so. which seemed to keep the price under .003. so it appears to me that they were trying to keep the pps, under .003. and they would walk this down eithr nite or cdel would repeat this process. so i think before it goes above the .003 cdel will need to move off that 10m ask.

yea that's just what they are showing, probably another 40m behind that 6m.that they are showing.

there should be law to make mm show how much they have to sell. i have watched over 20m bought a 8 and vert 4.9m hasn't moved, and nite 10k hasn't moved. where do all these shares come from?

i am still holding 500k shares. tried selling at .002 and no takers. maybe next year we might see some action. i wish there was some way to contact the company and find out what they plan on doing with this shell. anybody got any ideas?

just remember to lock in your shares at a higher price, so they can't naked short your shares.

like i said if we keep hitting the ask, it will go up. it appears the selling has almost stopped. good day today, only two left on the ask at 7.

also, what i have seen in the past when a big drop in share price, sometimes we see news. hopefully that what will see. we need all need a little hope.

i stand corrected, it appeared we were heading up, but the end of day they unleased a ton if shares, hope it will recover back a little bit.
