I believe they sold one device for something like $14,000. That was most likely between principles since the devices can't be legally mounted without violating the Clean Air Act..

Your website is still a uninformative shambles after years, the links lead nowhere and even if you had something to sell you are not marketing it. Even street vendors understand that simple concept. If a person even wanted a device/installation, you provide no information as to how that could be accomplished.

You are welcome. =^) It is far cheaper to just buy a newer, l fully compliant used Penske with low miles. It will be more fuel efficient, have less down time, and be far less costly than pumping cubic money in retrofitted garbage. The retrofits cost as much as an in-frame and make no sense unless a guy runs a very low mileage local operation and is in love with his custom truck.
Factor in resale at next trade time and its a no-brainer. Keeping a truck with much more that 800k miles on it is beginning the roll the dice in my book. That's why the major carriers dump their used trucks on low rent companies like Master Lease when they get near the end of warranty. It's called the "hockey maintenance curve" on a chart. =^)
I believe RTB has another concern and that is placating the "major investors" he has ripped off. The little fish are nothing and they'll have learned a valuable lesson about sub-penny garbage, but he seems to have stung some slightly bigger fish who failed to do their DD. One last pump & dump isn't in the cards since the company has nothing to sell pump and their story is stale. It will be interesting to hear how that works out because I'll bet they are sweating bullets to unload this EGOC and no one is buying. I think those 113 shareholders are married to their bags. =^)
You need to talk to those friends again and urge them to familiarize themselves with the current emissions compliance standards. I owned my own trucking company for 18 years and am somewhat familiar with the standards. Generally they only apply if a person wants to take a non-compliant older truck to California. Don't want to run Cali? There are 47 other states that will appreciate your service.
But the standards are nothing new and in fact all trucks from model year 2007 to date are fully compliant right from the factory. They need nothing. The deadline for 2005 -2006 is 1/1/14, less than a year away and EGOC does not have a single EPA/CARB approved device that can be legally installed on anything. Never mind that a 2005 -2006 OTR truck has mileage (800K - million mile)up near the point of needing a $15000+ in-frame overhaul and a host of really expensive repairs. It make no sense to retrofit a money pit and drivers knows that.
BTW, Egoc has never applied for EPA/CARB compliance approval on anything and the process can be expensive. Hey Ray, good idea but why not just issue bogus PRs, lure the suckers in and sell the stock??? Meanwhile, there are actual companies (not scams) that have a host of verified devices on the market.

You can answer that question easily.
- This company supposedly intended to retrofit older Class 8 diesel trucks to meet EPA/CARB emission standards.
- The retrofit is necessary if the trucks operate in CA.
- Tested/Verified compliant retrofits have been on the market for years and CY 2007 trucks are already fully compliant from the factory.
- Without testing/verification devices cannot be mounted on Class 8 trucks.
EGOC does not have a single product that has been tested/verified on the EPA/CARB list. Instead of testing and verifying, they have been selling stock.

You are posting unsupported nonsense. There are no states that have initiated standards that are tougher than those of the EPA/CARB.
EPA is federal law per the Clean Air act and CARB is the headache for OTR trucks running CA., Period. Trucks that don't run CA are off the hook and don't need retrofitting except in possible isolate port drayage work situtions. EGOC could not tap such a market since they sell no approved devices.
Post anything that supports your point about more stringent retrofitting standards than EPA/CARB.. There are none. Better yet, call a real retrofitter rather than a BS CEO of a company with non approved vaporware products.
I've been in the trucking industry for a decade and a half + and I'm hearing nothing. Hydrogen on demand is bogus and has been a scam/joke for years. Not one EGOC system is EPA/CARB approved/verified for installation on any truck and the demand for retrofitting emissions has been handled by companies making approved devices. The last practical deadline is a year away and this company has nothing to sell and install.

You'll also notice that EGOC does not have one approved device listed. The reason is simple, RTB never submitted a device for testing and approvel. Please ask the most transparenbt CEO on the planet if he did...

The EGOC "technology" is a longstanding scam and available everywhere (eBay???), has never worked and, if it did -- could not be installed commercially without EPA/CARB approval. EGOC has no approval and has never sold a thing except stock..
EGOC completely missed the boat and has no products to market; that means no revenue. None of their products are approved and on the market. They can't sell squat without approval and they've taken no steps to get approval.
