You are dead wrong on several counts. Specificaly:

"I see that but you dont need epa approval to install anything on a truck."

You see? Where? Post anything to support that statement. This says you're wrong -->

http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermkt/aftermkt.htm

http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/aftermkt/aftermkt.htm

http://www.arb.ca.gov/msprog/mailouts/msc0715/msc0715.pdf

"Next. A long time ago ray stated that their goal is to be carb approved and in order to do so they need more trucks on the road to submit the data."

"Ray?" The guy selling the scam stock? Well Ray is outright lying and the way to get verified is not to have lots of trucks with Bubba running up and down the road with a stubby pencil calculating fuel consumption and emissions. The procedure is done in a lab and on a dyno. It's spelled out here -->

http://www.epa.gov/oms/consumer/420f11013.pdf

and it is a little expensive. Ballpark $25 - $30 K for the lab test/dyno work.

"With that being said and all factual im nit quite sure what your point is ?"

The point is that you're not posting fact if I can read EPA/CARB regulations which require verification. Perhaps annual truck inspections and plenty of roadside inspections are a just joke. Those nice men in coveralls and expensive ticket books just like looking at trucks... =^)

Please visit a truck stop and buy a trucker a cup of coffee. You'll learn more DD in 10 minutes that you will in a year oh this forum.
